It's a bit risky but maybe try asking one of them out. Or at least feel the waters out by upping the amount of flirting and touching. But hey what do I know, I'm just a random guy on the internet.

Interesting, I think you're on to something. Max from rsd says something similar. Girls should just be the cherry on top of your already delicious ice cream sundae. Or something along those lines. Makes sense, somebody who has very little going on in their life is unattractive in my opinion.

Thanks man. I love oly lifts. The only one I can do with passable form is the power clean. 225 PB. I just started throwing power cleans back in the mix because they aren't super taxing recovery-wise on my legs. I cut deadlifts and will focus on squats (DL too taxing to do in the same program with squats during a cut). Your squat and DL are impressive for your training age. BP and OHP, once I incorporated some volume and tempo work, focused on form, and started doing weighted dips, I feel like my…

27 yo, 6'0" (maybe 5'11" and 3/4 but whatever), before starting my current cut I was at 217 so probably around 210 as well now. Training age is 11 years, technically though it is much less because I had very little training knowledge (just gym experience) so I had no idea what I was doing until 3-4 years ago. I continue to learn more all the time. I like to read/ watch quality training and nutrition info regularly, As long as it is from a reputable source. BP: 335 PB, 315 recent best OHP: 205 PB…

Wendler is good. 5/3/1 + boring but big 3 month challenge worked for a little while for me. Gains stalled after a while, but it's my go to strength program for now so I'll probably revisit it at some point. I prefer my current program that I put together for myself. I haven't checked out any of those other guys. I'm assuming they all provide training advice, not nutrition advice, primarily. I seriously doubt that fasted training or intermittent fasting leads to muscle wasting/ your body burning …

No sources for any of his claims, pushes fitness supplements on his readers, his arguments aren't even that good. Thib is just ok for actual training advice, but I do not trust nutrition advice from him or anybody else that has an agenda.

From what I remember, it is a bit sexist but nothing too extreme. There is some good advice in the book though.

Pook had an interesting style. What I remember from the book is he played it aloof, generally. I think he relied a lot on looks (preached about getting jacked, not that is a bad thing completely, but I think it can turn into a crutch). It was interesting to read that he communicated like a woman (learned to speak "womanese") and it worked for him. This goes against what I have heard from others and what I believe in, which is that you should be communicating man to woman or in a masculine way, i…

It isn't exactly common but it does happen. I attend meetups somewhat regularly and there are some single women that either come alone or with a friend that may or may not be single as well. Try any event geared towards people that are new in town. Fyi I live in Portland, OR which is a "small-big city."

Honestly bro, never. I've never gone searching for a partner at something like that. I've only gone for the actual hobby/activity. It's not vague at all, I understand what you mean. We didn't meet at a club, met through mutual friends for the first time 3 years ago but she was underage then. We reconnected on Facebook 2.5 months ago and I ran a bit of game on her (or maybe I was just talking to her) and got her number, things went from there.

I know I'll be ok eventually. I just hope that this doesn't negatively affect my future relationships. I've seen quite a few people that have been destroyed by a breakup and their ability to trust another person completely becomes compromised. Their outlook on life can become jaded too. I don't want that to happen to me. I love the journey. I love learning pickup and seduction. But I'm in this to eventually find someone I want to marry, that is my hope anyways (maybe this is a problem?). The pla…

I agree with a lot of what you said. There is no magic pill, the game takes years to learn. It's a journey for sure. It might interest you to know that rsd Tyler has said exactly what I said above (in some of his free videos). I've never paid for content, but I can see how it may help people by accelerating some parts of their process. Inner game will always take time to develop. But there are certain things you can learn which will help you get results faster than if you did it by yourself. For…

"This subreddit is a goldmine" Is it though? Part of the reason why I started watching RSD and going to other sites is because I felt that seddit lacked good quality field reports, infield footage, and people actually doing shit and not just theorizing. I've noticed quite a bit of dicking around and not as much action taking. A lot of bitching and whining about why this shit doesn't work for them or how they can't approach, etc. There are some nuggets here, but i feel it is far from the goldmine…

I am about to post a FR (got a BJ and fingered her in my car) from this past weekend and how free RSD videos have had an impact on my game. Or at least how I think they have impacted my game. As for the paid content, I have no idea.

It's all free game until they're married imo. Girls are pretty scandalous creatures, so it does not surprise me that they would cheat. Plus she may not have been happy in the relationship, you don't know until you talk to her and try something. Long story warning -skip if not interested. I went up to a girl last night and and asked her if she was Baywatch for Halloween. She was wearing a red leotard thing and had a whistle around her neck. She was super flattered and brightened up even though I …

Went out last night. I'm not that tall (barely 6'0) but was opened by one of the hottest girls I've seen in person while in line getting a drink. Granted it was Halloween so she had an easy opener about my costume, but still, you don't need to be tall. I am fairly jacked, but that is within your control, to an extent, whereas height is not.

I agree with you dude,I guess at that age they know what they want and if you don't give it to them quickly they will move on.

Cool dude, thanks. I'm trying out beginners salsa classes. So maybe it won't be impressive but gonna give it a shot anyways once I'm down there.

Hahaha that's true. She could totally be a psycho. I wouldn't know for sure until I get to know her though. But yeah if what you were saying in your original comment is not to put her on a pedestal, then I agree. That could help in the interaction, but telling myself that she is not that hot before I even approach seems counterproductive to approaching.

Dude you sound so jaded lol. I knew some people were going to misunderstand and it is partly my fault for using the phrase"dream girl" because I know that's a huge nono in the pua community. Lol some of the terminology you guys (not you specifically, leprogrammist) use is ridiculous, just talk about this shit like a normal human being. "HB10?" Really? When I say dream girl I mean that girl that you look at and immediately feel an extreme PHYSICAL attraction to that DRIVES you to get to want to k…

Haha yeah, maybe a misnomer. I should have said one of the hottest girls I've ever seen. That ass was fucking amazing. She was my type too. I've seen maybe one other girl that was my type with an ass that amazing.

Man I was there myself for a while. It's so hard to break through that first time and it doesn't get much easier until you've done it a few times. But believe me you will feel fucking amazing after the first time you do it. Then it becomes infinitesimally easier the second and third time. Eventually it isn't that hard to do, but the approach anxiety never goes away completely, it just becomes easier to force yourself to do it as you learn to master that fear. I hate to say this but you've just g…

Haven't been in the game nearly as long as you, but based on my experiences I think everything on your list is sound advice. Saving this post.

There's a lot of different things you could do but I'd need to know more about the context you are talking about. Do you mean in general when you socialize? I would say try walking into the room and not immediately start approaching people aggressively. Just go get a drink, chill for a bit and observe. Helps if you are with somebody so you can talk to them. If not, find a dude or girl you aren't interested in and just be friendly. As you open up and become more talkative (fun), girls will probab…

Just my two cents. Don't be a try hard. People don't like try hards in general, girls too. Maybe the best way to combat this is to think selfishly instead of about what other people want.

I saw some bro get brutally rejected tonight but he held his ground and kept at it. Eventually he found a girl that was receptive to him. If he had given up would he have been successful? Obviously not. My only regret for tonight is that I did not try to hit on more girls, regardless if I would have been successful or not.

Exactly right! Tonight the woman I asked to dance (grind on me) rejected me. Her words were, "I'm not looking for somebody tonight, but thank you." She thanked me for hitting on her, haha. Did this make me feel like less of man? Did it make me feel less desirable or diminish my self-worth? No! It did exactly the opposite. I felt like more of a man, more awesome, because I had the balls to make a move no matter what the outcome was. Don't take any rejection personally.

I started my self-improvement journey from what was probably the lowest point in my life about 5 years ago. It has been extremely frustrating at times. Changing and improving myself has been a long and difficult process. Sometimes I felt like I was taking two steps forwards and one step back. My journey has been full of highs and lows like many people, I think. The problem I always had in the past was the first kiss at the end of the first date. I usually had no problem with the date, but would …

Its a kind of a long story but the short answer is we met through Facebook. We got to talking and I found out she was planning on visiting my area soon. We "met" through a rave group on FB and all I really did was talk to her via FB messenger with no expectations, just was friendly and positive. After a little conversation I showed her a pic of me shirtless from back when I was hitting the gym super hard and I think that was the hook point, haha.

Good advice, thank you. I work and go to school so I definitely have other things going on in my life right now. Working towards a job that I will love and want to start a business in the future. That is actually one of the reasons why I am so stressed out is because I am very busy. I do understand what you are saying though, and now that I've lost my virginity I think I will feel less pressure the next time I'm in bed with a girl.

I've noticed that in general you get one shot with a girl once she has shown interest, or you have shown desire and she has reciprocated. I find that making strong eye contact with a girl or staring at her showing physical desire is a good way to let her know you are interested, but once she puts herself in your vicinity or reciprocates interest you only have one chance to open her otherwise she becomes less attracted (goes into auto-rejection-- "maybe this guy isn't that into me after all," thi…

"More often then not, we try something out and then discover passion, rather than have passion and try something out." I like that a lot man. Thinking back on my own life I think it is very true. The things that I tried and liked enough/was determined enough not to quit ended up being the things that I am now most passionate about.

Seriously, just like Blitzgrizzly said, stop cutting yourself down. Confidence comes from within. It starts with your thoughts. Think positively, constantly strive to be better, give yourself positive affirmations and destroy your own toxic thoughts. Also, stop comparing yourself to others. This will only eventually lead to unhappiness unless you're already on top. I remember my first "fully intentional" kino escalation. I was on a date with a girl and missed out on a golden kino opportunity ear…
