Mostly to think aloud which helps me reflect better and to write out a realization I just had about my game recently. Had some decent success a couple weeks ago. Got a number which translated into a date. Trying to make plans for date #2 with this girl (let's call her "C"). The next week after meeting C I went out and danced with some other girl I met at the bar, lets call her T. Met T in line to get drinks. Danced with her. Pulled her outside to talk and get to know each other. Got her number. Was drunk as fuck though. Woke up the next day with 3 new numbers in my phone no idea who is who lol. 2 days later, go on date with C. Went ok, made plans for date 2 but things came up so trying to reschedule at the moment. I like C a lot, problem is this caused me to not text any of the new numbers in my phone to set up dates. I realized this was happening. Did not text numbers in my phone, instead tried gaming more girls when going out. Noticed that I was getting a lot of attention from girls one night at a different bar my friends and I were trying out. I felt great that day. Little back story, I found out that my testosterone levels were on the low end of normal, borderline clinically low, so was prescribed vitamin d by naturopath in a shot straight to the ass lol. That shot worked and I felt like a million bucks for a while after, so the night I was getting all that attention I was feeling pretty damn "alpha" even before getting all that attention. Gotta manage stress, sleep, and nutrition better I guess. Been supplementing with vitamin d3 pills but not feeling the same for some reason as I did when I had the shot. Going to get blood work done soon to check t levels and vitamin d again. Anyways, that night girls were literally staring, I was making heads turn everywhere. I go to bar and two girls come up right next to me. I open. Goes well, pull them to my group of friends. I'm fucking cocky at this point, feeling like I can pull any girl, get bored, go to bathroom. Come back, girls are gone. I did not give them any attention before leaving so they weren't invested in staying. Go back to the bar area, girl comes up drunk as fuck but hot as fuck. Open her. She puts her arm around me. I do the same but then take my arm away too fast (palms were clammy and didn't want her to feel then on her back since she was wearing a backless dress). Talk to her for a bit, but honestly I think it was kinda chode-y. Think she lost interest, starts talking about how sick and drunk she is feeling. Her friend comes up and pulls her to the bathroom cause she feels like she's gotta puke. Moral of the story is that I think I got cocky and had a case of one-itis that stopped me from taking things as far as they could go with other girls, potentially making me miss out on a good time with these girls and raising my social value as well.

Recently, been going out to the bars but not getting as much attention/interest from girls. Not sure what it is that's causing it but last night I tried sober game, realized I'm just as good if not better at conversation sober and felt amazing while doing sober game (endorphins and whatnot from pushing through approach anxiety). Went to dance clubs later, tried approaching on dance floor with minimal interest indicators and got rejected or blown out everytime. Started drinking thinking it would help my game, really didn't do shit lol. Still getting rejected. Made me respect what the game is really like though, it's lots of struggle and periods of success. At least I've developed enough inner game to not let the rejections crush me like they used to. Still working on this to the point that rejection will not faze me at all. At the same time though, I'm learning the importance of seeing ioi's first before making a move on the dance floor. Dance floor is fleeting anyways. Girls just want to have fun on it and rarely does it actually mean she's into you. I hear about guys approaching, dancing, and making out. Want to get to this point. Think it's just confidence that will make it happen. I've noticed if you meet a girl off the dance floor then pull her on it, chances are she's actually into you and will stick around. Those rejections did take their toll on me last night. Towards the end of the night, two girls started dancing next to me,I wasn't dancing, was on the edge of the dance floor. I assumed they weren't actually interested so I didn't make a move, that was a mistake. Girls looked disappointed then walked right by me. The second one tapped my hip/ass as she passed by trying to get my attention I guess and wanted me to follow. Was in a pretty low state at that point though so I didn't even try to follow. Today the plan is to get work done then meet up with since friends to go out again tonight.

Lessons learned. Don't let rejections faze you, look for an ioi first, the interaction will be much smoother. Work on game until you can approach with minimal ioi and generate interest through conversation and or confidence. Confidence is even more important in the dance floor and this needs to be shown in body language, taking action, not hesitating, and acting like a strong, sure man when trying to dance. Next time yet offering my hand as an invitation to dance. Be more physical. Don't get cocky, don't let yourself get one itis and not pursue other women because of it. Your brain will trick you because it is easier to go with once itis and not approach or follow through with other girls.

If anybody read this entire thing and has insights feel free to share! Otherwise, good luck out there!
