That’s true they are either jealous that you would need to spend time with your children or they are jealous that your ex is still somewhat involved in your life since you have to coparent. That’s partly why I’ve pretty much been single for the past 10 years. I also just don’t find joy in dating anymore with the direction our society is heading.

Same boat here except I don’t get to see my daughter until Sunday when I get her for the second half of winter break. I had one friend from the military text me Merry Christmas. Not a word from family or anything. I took my Jeep off-roading and been watching Football. I also have two dogs and they keep me pretty busy.

Dating is pretty much near impossible now. Woman don’t seem to like being approached in person. There are the dating apps but those are super toxic and half the people on there aren’t a real person. She periodically decides to stop following the custody order. At court she never negotiates, she always forces the judge to make a decision. I don’t really find myself enjoying any type of seeing other woman to be honest. My ex is very high conflict when it comes to co-parenting our daughter and it’s tough to have a normal life. I never want to find myself in this type of situation again.

I agree with you. I really have to stop doing anything that’s outside of the court order. My parents actually said the same thing. They said they know I want to see my daughter more but due to my exs behavior I could open myself up to really bad things happening, I do take photos of the parking lot so that way I can show in court that she wasn’t there because I can show the metadata from the photo which is also geo tagged. I was thinking the allowing me to see our daughter extra time would cause the judge to allow extra time. We really only have the school year schedule to dial in. Yeah I don’t do her favors when it comes to her other children anymore and that’s because of her meltdowns over frivolous issues and I don’t co-parent her other children with her, so I don’t want to be responsible for something happening or for her to make it seem like I did something wrong you know what I mean?
