You could always try plastic surgery and a work regimen. Usually aethetics can be tweaked. It will cost money but if that's what will make you happy.. you might consider giving that a shot. I've done all forms of exercises. I would not recommend bb as it will cause injuries to the spine, knees etc and will increase consumption and cost you more in food.
