I have done all of the things you've listed in the skills before pills. I am mostly focused on the friends situation but it's been mostly fruitless for the past 6 months of consistent effort, so I've been taking a break cause it's been generally demoralizing. In terms of affection since I don't really have any friends so it's been mentally draining.

Thank you so so much for this comment. This genuinely gives me a lot of hope. I'd like to add within my major most of the guys are gay but I'll definitely give hinge another shot since those dates were in less than a month or so time span. (Those dates were guys at other colleges). In such a short period of time with the amount of matches I got I'm definitely doing good, maybe even better out of nun mode.

Didn't explain further but I have a very similar label/experience to you in general. I'm often labeled as a catch or someone you have to wife up. The reason I say they aren't attractive and or desirable is because all they do is party or legit don't have ANYTHING going for them. In other colleges I've found the opposite so I mostly am aiming for other universities in the area that's what I mean by I don't date at my university it means at my particular university.

I've made a vow to myself that I simply won't date guys at my college, they aren't very desirable or attractive to me anyway and I have a few male dominated hobbies which sometimes produces results but in general it's hard to find eligible guys my own age right now for literally anyone.

I think it's a mixture of both really, they either turn down the opportunity for the guy to pay or/and guys straight up just don't take them on dates. Even just telling people I've never paid for a first date is baffling to girls in my generation.

Yeah I considered that I'm not looking for marriage straight away though just someone looking for a long term relationship that leads to marriage. Most of the men I meet tend to not align with my values at all is what I meant (hooking up, partying, etc) if I were to date now it would be a lot more looking at the potential.

I have a lot of these written down further in my notes those were just brief summaries of what I want to achieve. I already do a lot of self improvement in general so it isn't too different to what I do already I'm just putting a hard deadline on no dating because I'm not at a point where I offer enough for a partner.

I'm half African half white so my family has more traditional values. The most I get in terms of my friends is why would men do that all for me is what I mean. I do discuss it with my family but finding a group of girl friends is my dream honestly :(

Yeah all my friends at least my freshman year did WAAAAYYY more than me but I keep my relationships pretty private if it's not official (no names, photos, etc). I do have a reputation from a lot of people and my friends as the traditional dating one with "too high standards" cause I'm more traditional values. I'd like specific tips though I'm curious to what you'd recommend.
