One small piece of advice - I used to find myself asking a lot of questions and it starts feeling like an interview almost. Especially in a party setting it’s really hard to have any real convo. You really need to evoke emotions especially early on and using touch to add a more romantic vibe. Try talking about yourself more or just making witty banter. Comes off as more confident and people start getting a feel for you

Well kinda. I was drinking water and I offered her some and she said I’m good, but I’ll take a drink if you’re offering. We shared the drink too…and it’s one drink who cares lol Also want to point out we talked & danced for probably just as much time afterwards.
