The article subtly leaves out, that male paternity leave might in effect boost the overall production value of the male in the house hold effectively boosting child care possibilities. amphetamines, yes it is messed up. You know how the German military was able to keep soldiers awake and focused all night and for days at a time? Cocaine, amphetamines and the like. The difference between falling asleep on guard duty or falling asleep because your dumb ass teacher doesn't know how to interest boys with the subject matter.
