It's completely internal. Im 28 now, i didn't go on my first date till I was 27. You can fake confidence but people will see through it eventually. It's what i used to do. But when you are genuinely comfortable with who you are, don't let others' perception affect your self worth and are proud of yourself, the confidence will come naturally. And if you can't do those things yet then you need to work on yourself.
