Preselection is attractive because it validates your worth as an attractive male. Being a "player" is not attractive. That being said, they often coincide, and oftentimes players are guys with generally attractive behavior anyway. Personally I've been called out and lost decent leads from my reputation. So I say it's not.

How often do you approach? How often do you take risks? What are you doing to improve yourself? How is your life? The possibility of you having so many problems you would only face rejection aside, I'd be willing to bet you DON'T only experience rejection and you simply don't take enough chances.

You do realize any attractive girl is going to have hundreds of matches right? Almost all of my lady friends use Tinder for the attention. A girl I'm seeing got 700 in a month. Their level of abundance on Tinder is insane. Of course the won't invest much in you.

My last two "relationships" came from a dirty fraternity party pull and a same day Tinder meet up. They're two of the best relationships I've ever had. How you meet is inconsequential when you're bringing what's necessary to the table.

Case by case basis. I'm horrible with planning sometimes and I'm late because of it. It's more a reflection of her organizational skills or just a lack of interest usually, I wouldn't attribute it to any kind of test.

Good luck! :) You have to intentionally push outside your comfort zone to find out where the real boundaries are.

So you're in high school? First of all, I wouldn't carry any relationship into your first year of college. Check these articles out about setting yourself up for college. I wish I had read these when I entered. I'm not entirely sure what advice you're asking for, but just go off your own experience right now. It's high school, things aren't the same as when everyone is mature. PUA doesn't apply the same way. About the kiss, I've found going in all the way is much better simply because some girls…

Gonna have to add to this, OP you're going to have sort this out in your head. Obviously your approach is fucked up if you want the good looking girls... But don't have the balls to pursue them. Either lower your standards or man up and go for what you want. It's as simple as that.

To add onto this, you need to start simply trying shit out. Trying to grab the hand and see what happens. Hand on the leg. etc. It won't feel comfortable but you'll be amazed with what you can get away with and what girls are receptive to. you'll realize girls are either into you or not so whether or not you do the RIGHT move at the RIGHT is less of a big deal compared to if you even made one at all.

Asked her out? Tell her first? What? Where have you learned this? Not that it won't work, anything will. If you're assuming attraction you SHOULD touch her. If she's not interested she'll make it very obvious, and you just stop touching her. Actions>Words. If she's interested she'll appreciate the confidence.

Most of PUA and seduction is overintellectualization done by people who can't get girls. At the end of the day getting girls is a natural, shit, biological process. We're here learning this stuff because we missed out on that natural development. Pickup is an attempt to emulate and structure your behavior to just do what guys should do normally. Obviously people without PUA theory aren't going to do everything right, maybe they get needy at times or overqualify, but at the end of the day it's ju…

I feel for you, but what exactly are you doing? Where are things going wrong? How often do you approach? How many people are you talking to? How do you talk to them? How hard do you push for the close? Are you taking risks?

You really do just jump right in. If you're seated I'd jump right in by putting the hand on the thigh. If you're walking around just fucking go for it. You have to realize if this girl is on a date with you, she likes you. She wants you to hold her hand and do this shit. Even if she's not giving overt signs. We all try and play cool and act uninterested. And if she doesn't want to, why the hell would she be hanging out with you alone on a date? Just cut it off and drive home happy you saved your…

Come on. Have you read any of the sidebar material? Don't text her anything. Besides the obvious "meet other girls," wait until you see her at school again and go direct and push for a date/close/etc. Any contact you do now is going to fuck up any chance you have by breaking any tension there is.

Why are you trying to ask out a girl over Facebook when you're meeting real girls in real life?
/r/seduction21/05/14 01:21 AM

If she's too far away to comfortably make contact grab her elbow, pull her in telling her "she's too far away and it feels weird." Then just go for it. Put your hand on her leg and caress. Work your way up. Grab her hand. If she's not recoiling in horror, she probably is down to kiss you.

Simple pickup did a poll with their Project Go subscribers. 80% admitted to not going out. I'm sure the number is even higher.

Just make sure you're taking care of all your shit. Think about if you're contacting her cause you're needy or if you want to give her some positive energy. Focus on not expecting anything from her and just offering yourself. After that it's on you to figure it out. A lot of the rules here are extremes. Not every successful hookup was alpha as fuck and non needy. Personally I don't put much stock into anything until we've slept together, but that comes from so many approaches and interactions fi…

You fucked up and need to accept she may never forgive you and it'll be completely reasonable on her part. You need to calm down and get your emotions in check, and realize you can create this kind of relationship again in the future. We're not all special little snow flakes. And seriously, read the sidebar.

Game in general really isn't a thing. There are better ways to do things, but in the end it's mostly about pulling the trigger and maintaining your image/behavior.

Besides Mark Manson's Models, I feel like most PUA material, especially read at that young of an age, make you weird as fuck and overanalyze everything. I speak from experience.

No, you really couldn't, unless you have severe gaping holes in your image/personality/approach ability and are trying to offend people. It's more about knowing there are an abundance of opportunities, even if you don't currently have an abundance of options to choose from in your life. And part of the abundance mentality IS actually having abundance, and this is something you develop over time.

It'll take a lot of time to get past this, we're all working on it, and it's always going to be a constant struggle in your head. Personally, there are two things I've learned that help me deal with this. 1) Numbers game. I've accepted that most of the time if my body language, tonality, and approach came off confidently, it's mostly a numbers game. Girls fall off the pedestal when you realize statistically it won't pan out. This isn't being negative, but it helps to realize every girl isn't som…

I feel like I was/am in somewhat of a similar situation as you. Read about yellow light escalation. A lot of the time I felt like girls weren't into me when really they just wanted me to make a strong move. Going 50/50 with a girl is the dream but oftentimes you have to do 90/10 or even more sometimes. Something I've finally put together with the last two girls I've been with, both gave no signs of over interest besides following my lead and being around with me. actively closing proximity, acti…

How do you usually approach? Do you open direct? Besides just playing the numbers game harder perhaps you're playing it too safe and not being aggressive enough to polarize and create an emotional response in these girls. Why should they want to see you again? What are you offering? Without approach audio or something to actually quantify, it's very difficult to give good advice.
/r/seduction08/05/14 04:30 AM

How much are you approaching? How many numbers are you getting? How do you ask for the date? What do you think your sticking points are? A lot of questions I know but somewhere something fundamental is not working if you're putting in the work.

Something that nobody here seems to address... What's your image like? How is your style? Weight? Do you go to the gym? Have you maxed out your looks? Without taking care of this you've got a long road ahead of you just playing the numbers game. Also, are you communicating your intent? Are you coming in strong? Do you try for the close? I have a friend who used to approach with me and while he approached more often and probably had less AA than me he never got anything cause he failed to push th…

I think it's important to be aware of where you land on the introvert extrovert scale when you delve into this to manage expectations, but at the same time be aware not to allow yourself to be boxed in by it. Personally, I did not like that book at all. I felt I related to it at first, but then it kept on droning on and on about how we'll never be as sociable as extroverts. I felt it was limiting rather than empowering. Sure we have limits compared to extroverts but it doesn't mean we're doomed …

Introversion and extroversion aren't simple character traits, they involve how your brain reacts to stimulus. I'm an INTJ introvert and I get overwhelmed by a lot of stimulus. I can maintain an extroverted appearance for a few hours at a time and everyone I know thinks I'm being a dick when I claim to be introverted but at the end of the day, ten minutes staring at a wall in a quiet room is more energizing to me than fist pumping to EDM on a dance floor.

:P To be fair I'm not disagreeing with what you've said but I feel your view is a bit overly pessimistic. I agree taking this PSA at face value is setting yourself up for failure.

Calm down dude. It's not even that serious. You're either not approaching (because women aren't like this) or you're bringing in so much emotional baggage you can't attract anybody else but these emotional dictators you seem to think all women are.

I read this book when I first got into college and honestly didn't really like it. CurveBall lays out most of my issues with it. I came in as a Freshman and thought cold approach was off limits. I was also not socially prepared coming into college and there's no way I could've pulled off most of what the book suggests and it was really depressing for me as a freshman. If you're in the community I'd say there's a 99% chance you won't, considering we're all here because we're at a deficit. It was …

I think it's important to know what things to accept, such as flakes and dealing with general unavailability, but this is so money. At the end of the day, doing what you want will always be the right choice because then you will have no regrets.

Time, and a lot of right action. I still feel shaky from time to time, but when I compare my current state in an approach and out, I'm miles ahead of where I used to be a year ago when I started.

If you've already established this, why are you worried? Just clarify it the last time you see her. Don't waiver and be a man. Accept there might be a lot of awkward silence.

Do you exclusively do night game? How much are you approaching? How often? What do you look like? Background info? What's your approach process? Have you not had any success? If you don't have ANYTHING to show for this last year you need to reevaluate what you're doing to move forward.

Manage expectations haha. Don't expect to go beast mode or anything. It's your first time and it'll feel clunky. Advice? Say hi to people and just make conversation. "Hey, I haven't met you yet. I'm "anewman1993." Ask who they know, say you know whichever dude. Go from there. Don't wait to talk to people, just jump in. good luck have fun. :)

Most of what everyone has said here is amazing advice. Especially the top post. Great videos. As a junior in college right now who relates very deeply with you (I was lucky enough to have a sport I excelled in that carried me to college where I faced your problems), here is my advice. It's good you're fixing your diet. Get in the gym now. Start improving your body. It's better to start now than wait until you're already in college or worse, after. This will take time. I wasn't attacking you, just provoking some thought. When I say don't text like that, where were you coming from when you send those texts? From strength, telling her you want to see her again, or from neediness? I'm going to guess the latter since you posted on here about this. And think about why you're texting. Are you bored? Do you not have anything else going on in your life? If she initiating too? What does you texting her communicate? Don't overthink this, but everything carries weight an…

Well first of all, why did you text her that? Secondly, this is all mental masturbation. We don't know. You'll know when you see her in person and she doesn't respond well to your advances. In the future, don't text like that. I try to keep text for logistics. In between I'll casually use Snapchat to keep in touch but I try to keep contact face to face.

What this dude said. You're going to realize this eventually if you ever get into this stuff at all, girls are either into you or not. If they aren't, you move on and find someone who is. If she's not, it's fine and she's perfectly entitled to her decision.
/r/seduction23/04/14 05:18 AM

Read the sidebar. How do find someone new? By meeting someone new. How do you find someone special? Meet a lot of some one news. Go out and approach. Day game. Do it.

You're too risk averse. I consider myself pretty good at cold approach and I'd expect average one out of ten approaches to get a solid date, the rest will probably go nowhere even if I get the number and it seemed on. You need to approach more. Also after months of tinder and pof I've met with three girls. Cold approach is a hundred times better. Get off the Internet.

Well I agree with you there. For what it's worth, about two minutes in I ask if they're seeing anyone. If they say they are, I just say "okay. well it was nice to meet you," shake their hand and leave. I open direct, so it makes sense for me to leave afterwards.

Respond however you want. It doesn't matter, it's not going to turn it around. She's not available. Just eject gracefully if you want and talk to somebody else, or stay and make a friend. it's really that simple.

You call that dignity? This reeks of insecurity. Where does complimenting get you? Where does trying to save face and failing get you? People are allowed to date other people. It's not a personal attack on you, it's just life and it's fine. Just walk away and find another.
/r/seduction14/04/14 01:10 AM

What?
/r/seduction11/04/14 02:37 PM

What I've started doing now is asking her if she's seeing anybody before I ask for the # or any kind of close. It gives her an out if she's not interested. If she says yes, then I just chuckle and laugh and say "of course, well it was nice meeting you" shake her hand and leave. Not that it's necessary. You make it sound like approaching and finding somebody attractive and honestly expressing it is a terrible thing to do.
/r/seduction11/04/14 02:35 PM

It's usually pretty obvious. If they're comfortable with their bodies, sexuality in general, and receptive to your advances rather than trying to slow you down, chances are they're adventurous. If it takes forever to kiss her, pull her in close, have sex, etc, she's probably not really down for much.
/r/seduction06/04/14 10:31 PM

I consider myself attractive, 6'0", been in the gym for seven years. 190 lbs, <10% body fat. It's a factor but definitely not an "instant in." I still feel AA, and when I don't feel confident girls reject me all day and night. I'm sure it helps because we're all human and want to date attractive people, but I'm a hard closer and play direct so the successes I get I earn.
/r/seduction03/04/14 03:27 AM
1

Okay. How many approaches have you done in your life would you estimate? Are you doing anything to make yourself more attractive in the meantime so you gain confidence to help you approach? These things all matter. Have you ever gone out with a wing?
/r/seduction03/04/14 03:20 AM
4

Wait, so four years in and you still have AA? Or four years in and you have no results? They are very different things. If you're not even approaching of course you aren't going to have results. What have you been doing to work on your AA?
/r/seduction30/03/14 03:56 PM

You don't seem like the type too but I just had to make the point. I know exactly how you feel. Don't be afraid to take a break so long as you get back on it. Good luck!

I'm glad you're changing the course of your life but this worries me. I WILL be the one breaking hearts and vaginas instead of limp-dicking through life being codependent. Don't be misogynistic and win/lose because of two girls you had a bad experience with. In the end you're the one that will hurt the most with that mindset.
