What happens at your age with drinking? My dad's been drinking since he was a teen all the way to 45, drinks 4-5 cans about every 2 days,more than 12 a week I'd say. I heard it damages the liver but I'd like to hear it from you about what happens?

Broke my P.R - last year I could dead lift 50 pounds and 2 days ago I broke it by going to 120. Initially it was absurd since I failed 2 times on lifting that hoe, but I pictured it in my mind that the bar was going to lift off and it did.
