The thing with class in my situation though is that it actually helps a lot with the social anxiety I have. Like you don't understand the degree to my problem sometimes. On those bad days I've described, I'm literally uncomfortable just sitting at my desk with people around me. To the point where I might give off a random twitch haha. Yeah I get what you're thing to say. The thing is I don't want to use being an introvert as an excuse to be socially awkward. I guess because I found the two to interconnect somewhat, I look down on my introvert aspect. Embrace my identity and still try to keep moving forward I guess. Thanks for the advice man :)

Thanks for the response! From what I've gathered in your post, you're telling me I can set up a sort of mental training and choose a state of mind wherever I need it. To be honest though, it seems a bit out of my grasp. Like this confident god mode I have has a momentum and its kinda unpredictable. Same here, I posted just a couple of days ago but I'm in you're shoes. I basically have good days and bad days for socializing, this rollercoaster for interraction if that makes sense. Three things that have helped me: Get plenty of sleep Break out of you're daily shell. After a certain amount of socializing in a given day, you just "break" free if that makes sense. Atleast with me, but I got to go through a daily quota since it resets when I wake up. Establish that positive attitude for the day…

Taking cold showers in the morning instead of warm ones. Basically teaches you that once you get over that initial doubt to get in, its not that bad. Same applies to girls basically.

Probably b/c he deserves the money, like foolycooly said. Second, like anything in life, if you put a good amount of hours into it, you develop a sort of "bond" with the thing. Sounds like gibberish but if you put in the hours to read an entire book, the message will probably stick in your head for the rest of your life no joke.
