This post is mainly directed towards the people that are doubtful about a lot of the advice given in this sub and also a way to thank everyone here.

Some background info: I've always been a super shy guy. The fact that I went to an all boys highschool made it worse when I went to a university FILLED with girls.

Ever since I've gotten here, I've strived to change myself. I found this sub and videos online, trying my best to cope with my social anxiety. I listened to some advice and came to the decision: I want to meet the most perfect girl I can, with the least imperfections.

How did I go about doing that? By being the very best I could be myself. I started working out, doing the no-fap challenge (surprisingly helpful), cold shower therapy and pushing myself to meet people. I would even try to implement this method where WHENEVER I felt uncomfortable in public, I would HAVE to talk to someone, be it a question or introduction.

Fast forward three months and I've secured my first number ever and it was the best feeling imaginable. I can honestly say that self-improvement is the catalyst to game and I can't recommend it enough.

That's all I really have to say. Find your identity and accept it. Don't try to change it for the sake of acceptance. Improve yourself and make sure to keep that identity in-tact, healthy and growing.

I'm not saying I'm perfect, still improving actually. Nor have I made a huge 180 degree turn on my former self. My direction and attitude however, have made that turn and I'm ready to continue on this path for the rest of my life. Thanks for everything guys and I'll post back on Friday with some news.
