its really not that hard, lift heavy (really heavy), go to your limit everytime (if youre not sweating and dying of pain youre doing something wrong), eat enough ( = so much that u get sick), and sleep as much as a newborn.

true, i also started shedding fat and putting muscle on like crazy when i started. withing 6 months i gained like 7-8kg of muscle(i weighted around 65kg at the time, later 70kg), and lost significant amounts of fat. On the other hand i find it really hard to get to a low bf beyond a certain point, it almost seems impossible as i start to get mood swings, i feel shitty, cann't deliver the usual performance and get enormous food cravings.

what job are going to get with a humanities degree? if youre lucky like my mum you can become a teacher in bavaria which is paid pretty good, and has 100% job security (cant be fired). But most of my mums friends from college are just stay at home mums, or studied something with actuall job opportunities. so no real benefit from studying shit like that.

Important for teenage lifting: Do not cut as a teenager(As long as your not fat). It will only slow progress and without the apropriate muscle you will look like shit, even when you are 'lean'. On top of that more muscle will make it easier to shred fat, hence you burn more cal. every day.

Drinking and knifes are a bad idea. I had a butterfly with me once, i got really drunk. Afterwads friends told me i was playing arouns witb it, and propably even threatend other. Not really cool, but it didint matter, since at lead to a reputation of reckless drinking, which is kinda cool, because even people i have never seen know me. Later in live might not be cool, but if youre 16 that is definetly cool.

dumb it for drinking. i dont want to take the risk of having a changed personality and getting more stupid. with alcohol i know the risk and myself, and i can easily drink with everybody a shot because i can tae quita a lot, without even having a blackout
