It's very hard to believe a systematic wage gap could explained by sex discrimination. It doesn't at all make sense that two persons who in all relevant ways behave identically would have different salaries merely because one of them is a woman. Actually, a child is not able to give birth. If she's able to give birth, she's no longer a child. Calling a pubescent person a child is just stupid law-speak. Yes, you should never force someone to terminate a pregnancy. You should never force a minor to undergo a medical procedure unless it's medically necessary.
