At my peak I could bench 315 but because of playing football, focusing on my new career (been working jobs so I’m taking this new IT seriously) and a packed gym at most I do atm is 225 but focus on reps. Not to be confusing but there's no straightforward answer. Discord has been banning people and shutting down groups they don’t agree with since they’ve been bought out and Reddit is following suit in hopes of being publicly traded eventually. Once something goes public it’s always about “cleansing the bad”, shoving ads and mining as much data as possible to please the share holders.
