You can approach everywhere bro . You have the right to express yourself to her and if she s busy , she would tell you that and you move on to the next girl . The thought of you interrupting the girl while theyre doing their thing is a thought induced by your anxiety . Its one of the million rationalizations our mind comes up with to not approach , to make us stay in our comfort zone .

I ve already started the gradual exposure therapy , which is breaking my fear into little steps and gradually exposing myself to it . I started with asking girls about the time , then i ve added directions to it . Now i ve come to the point where im comfortable asking girls about the time , directions and then giving them complements . Im now looking for suggestions i can add on top of these things , like asking for their name , or something similar
