What about What are you doing tonight. Let's get drinks. <name of bar> at 9? I'm feeling "Come over" might be too commanding, already kind of fucked up by asking her if she wanted to hang out Saturday night and she replied she "hadn't slept in 24 hours and was staying in" Edit: Got the second date set up, god I love TRP

this sub is more open to discussion than any other sub I've been on This is the only place that gives constructive criticism these days. It's amazing how much I've grown from this.

Bloopers who choose that path are the neck beards... They don't get shit tested by hamsters as much because of their low SMV and they continue to live in Disney world where they think putting the pussy on a pedestal will work.

Keep that cocky attitude. You'll find your way

Shit tests are for you to prove whether or not you're the shit. Be a better dude and they'll decrease in number. If it annoys you too much, next the bitch. The amount of shit a lot of guys are willing to take is correlated with the girl's SMV. Don't put the pussy on a pedestal.

If logistics don't work, don't escalate. Keep flirting but if you escalate and don't close, shell cross you off as a pussy.

You have to make the move. Girls need plausible deniability so they'll never make the first move. Get her #, meet for drinks, hang out, hook up.
/r/askTRP15/07/15 09:39 PM

What are you looking for? Remember as a guy, you ultimately do have to make the move. Keep escalating, if she's receptive and continues to show IOI's, pull the trigger

It's not your job to take care of other people's emotions. Anyways, if she lost interest in you, she'd drop you without hesitation. Don't feel bad for putting yourself first.

You live inside your head. My guess is that you're a good dude, it's that shitty little hamster trying to hold you back. You're your own worst enemy. Gain control over your thoughts. Get into meditating. I've been pleased with the results. Start short (5-10 minutes) focusing on your breath and work up to 20-30 mins.

(white knight rambling)... If you want to do scum bag shit, you've gotta be a scum bag. Most girls are stuck in the matrix and that's where they're most happy. Keep the fairy tale going for them.

TRP is not here to get you laid or to get you a girlfriend. TRP is here to get you to make a fucking man out of yourself. That's annoying While, you can stay with her and be happy you need to be talking to other women in a sort of friendly way to keep an abundance mentality. Good

Comments like "fuck meds" are ignorant. It's 2015, medicine has come a long way. That thought process is what took me so long to try antidepressants. Antidepressants saved my life, if anxiety is a real problem, talk to a professional.

Start with the black phillip show (find on youtube) then go to the beige phillip show (podcast). Messiahs. You can game without having looks, being good-looking just makes the game easier.

You only think that you're stuck a beta because you've been conditioned your whole life into being one. I used to be the nicest guy ever. I also thought that I was just born a beta faggot and this would be a hopeless endeavor. I'm still a good dude, I've just learned to always put myself first. It's all a mindset, go to the gym, read read read, get out of your head, get comfortable with yourself. There's hope, keep living life, it can get better.

I just recently got past the anger phase. The red pill awakened me to the cruelty of human nature and I was pissed the fuck off for awhile. People suck but hey, what can you do about it. As repeated on the Beige Phillip Show, "Don't hate fish for swimming." People are people and some people just suck. Blue pill conditioning told me that I needed to see the good in everybody. Fuck that, some don't have it. Accepting that has made me appreciate the good people in my life that much more. It's also …

She wants validation. Cute girls already get it for simply being alive in this pussy-whipped society. Don't worry about verbally validating her, just do cool shit and let her come along for the ride.

I will be honest, I don't like how I've seen many of the women spoken of in this reddit being degraded, and to reverse sexual strategy and be foul towards women just to get laid seems sociopathic to me. Maybe I have misunderstood some of what I have heard, and forgive me if I have. But the focus of attracting women by being a strong independent man, that I can appreciate. You want to be a good guy. Fair enough. This world wasn't made for good people. Good people get shit on by the cruelty of hum…

Good post, I found some of the answers helpful for me too. What helps me to incorporate dark triad traits is remembering that people are animals. Stop. Stop worrying about what she does. You guys are still young, modern feminism has made whoring socially acceptable. Remember AWALT. Be the best you, if you're the best thing, she won't branch swing. If she cheats, she cheats. Her loss. You can't control her. Don't let your happiness depend on her actions. Put yourself first,

Glad you found TRP. No way blue pill faggots would give you the advice you need. The advice you need is already here, the only thing I want to add is DON'T TALK ABOUT THE RED PILL. Improve yourself and the hamsters will come. As far as participating in the SMP, on top of reading, what helped me a lot was listening to the black phillip show and the beige phillip show. Those guys are saints.

Realize that at the end of the day, people are just animals. We're a little more advanced in that we have logic but everybody is affected by human nature. TRP teaches us the natural instincts in women such as female hypergamy. No matter what society wants you to think, men and women are different. Look out for yourself first, by being happy yourself, you're better able to bring joy to others.
/r/TheRedPill19/05/15 03:55 AM

Looking back on it, I can see that it was just people being people. I never really understood human nature. I thought everybody was inherently good. That's not a healthy view to have. Thinking that, I thought that people acting in their cruel human nature was a conscious decision. It's not. Everyone looks out for himself first and that's OK. People give each other shit all the time and I foolishly took some of those shit tests personally. With my friends, I took a shitty approach in giving advic…

You're right. I'm still probably one of the "nicest" guys I know, I just know to stand up for myself now rather than being a beta rug.
/r/TheRedPill14/05/15 11:22 AM
3

You're right. There are good people who will help you be better. There are people who have made me better and are willing to help me with my future. But help only comes from people who are happy with themselves first. I guess that's what I meant when I said "betas will always try to AMOG you" Betas aren't the enemy, people who are unhappy with themselves are. I guess this post shows some lingering anger-stage sentiments I still have.

Smart and manipulative don't mean the same thing. Whatever, it's a dog eat dog world, everyone is looking out for himself, the red pill exposes the cruelty of human nature, female hypergamy in particular.
/r/TheRedPill29/04/15 03:22 AM

Yeah, it's not that we choose not to talk about the red pill because we don't want anybody else succeeding, it's that they won't listen and the possible repercussions just aren't worth it. SJWs get jealous and try to be white knights by destroying causes that don't add to their benefit. Sure, feel free. Also, /asktrp is dedicated to answering newbie questions where you can get answers from multiple perspectives.

It's an AMOG attempt. Trying to lower a successful person's self esteem.
/r/TheRedPill19/04/15 07:17 PM

All the lies you'll be fed by society growing up without a proper role model...society wants you to not give a shit about yourself. Society benefits from people making sacrifices. It's definitely okay to help others but you always need to put yourself first. The red pill is about individual happiness ultimately leading to a better society, the blue pill is about making personal sacrifices to seemingly better society when blue pill work is nowhere near what red pill work can accomplish.
/r/TheRedPill19/04/15 06:58 PM

Thanks for this. The ridicule others give to late bloomers and the subsequent shame late bloomers feel is all because of blue pill conditioning. Thank Jesus fucking Christ for the red pill, the matrix is real.

Success with girls starts with your self esteem. You won't pass shit tests if you have low self esteem. Do whatever it takes to get your head in a better place. MGTOW is a good way to start, try everything though.

Bars are still an option, you just need to up your game. Bars are the easiest places to get strange. Get better at talking to people you don't know and you'll have fun at bars. It amazes me how simple and animalistic people can be. Keep that red pill down and see for yourself. Those blue pill faggots don't want anyone to know the truth simply because they haven't seen it for themselves. To clarify, not calling /u/Taikal a "blue pill faggot."

I guess it's just me being solipsistic, happy that something worked for me not really thinking about the fact that it might not work for others. Solipsism is what creates noise. If I rubbed you the wrong way in any way, my apologies. Depression is a bitch. You need to find your own way...with life in general I guess.
/r/TheRedPill21/02/15 04:46 PM

Dangers may exist for some, but the positives are worth the risk. The stigma behind SSRIs and depression kept me from getting the professional help that I needed. In order to gain anything, you must be willing to lose. Such is life. There are risks with everything. I made this post because the noise against SSRIs is so great, I wanted to highlight the fact that they can help.
/r/TheRedPill21/02/15 03:22 PM

I'm on an antidepressant and a mood stabilizer. A good way for me to describe their effect on me is they've helped to clear this mental fogginess I've always had. They've helped me think more clearly and have been helping me reach more of my potential.
/r/TheRedPill21/02/15 09:08 AM

Avoiding help when you need it isn't "manning up." It's 2015, avoiding medical help doesn't make you more of a man. More power to you for getting through without it but don't try to make me feel effeminate for getting help. That's caveman logic.
/r/TheRedPill21/02/15 08:56 AM

Maybe I'll read that at another time. Honestly, I don't give a fuck what it is. SSRIs saved my god damn life. Fuck you if you say SSRIs can't help.

Adderall made me jittery and made my heart race. No debilitating effects though. It killed my appetite and I couldn't sleep on it but I usually took it to pull all-nighters. Made me crave cigarettes but that's with any uppers. It can definitely help. Talk to a professional about it.

I'm no doctor and I don't come from a medical background so take my opinion on whatever I say with a grain of salt but I'm a huge proponent of amphetamines or "uppers." In my undergrad days, before I was diagnosed with major depressive disorder, I saw some major benefits using amphetamines. Adderall got me my bachelor's degree. It let me focus better while I was studying, even helped me take better notes during lectures. Cocaine made me more confident at parties. I actually got tested for ADHD i…

Brother, you're absolutely correct. When I said "you can't have empathy" I meant that he didn't have the ability to empathize with those who do suffer from depression. Empathy is good, too much empathy handicaps the fuck out of you. People are animals who will take advantage of others. I actually made a post about this on / thankTRP. You can see it in my post history.
/r/TheRedPill20/02/15 07:55 PM
8

If you don't suffer from depression, you can't have empathy. I don't blame you for the way you think. Unless you've experienced it yourself, stay away from this conversation. You can really inhibit people from getting the help that they need. If you suffer from depression and found a natural way to cope with it, good for you. People are different.
/r/TheRedPill20/02/15 06:36 PM
7

Yeah, it's a feelz post but fuck it, for the first time in my life, I'm not depressed and it feels fucking good. A main tenet of TRP is self-help and god dammit, depression is a mother fucker. You'll get over it. AMOG faggot.
/r/TheRedPill20/02/15 05:19 PM
11

Funny. You're right, try all that first before you try medicine. I did and it got me to a better place but at the end of the day, I was still depressed. The fucked up thing about depression is, I didn't even know I was depressed. I was just unhappy with my life and I didn't know why. People like you made me think I didn't need medication. Fuck that. Depression is a mental disease. It's a chemical imbalance in your body.

Really. Don't feel ashamed if you don't know how to do seemingly simple stuff. It's the age of technology. If there's 'simple' shit you don't know how to do that needs to be done, you can pretty much youtube anything these days. Just own up to not knowing how to do a lot of shit. Don't feel embarrassed.

It's a dog eat dog world... Unless you're already rich as fuck or you already have things going for you in the right direction, there's nothing in it for the good guy. People take advantage of the good guy. Look after yourself first

if he's calling you a bitch in a professional environment, I'm guessing that it's a pretty laid-back atmosphere. Just agree and amplify. Don't take it personally, don't get butthurt by that shit. He's just fucking with you. Shit testing you to see how much he can take advantage of you. Do the things he asks you with flying colors. If he starts making unreasonable requests, call him out on his bullshit. He may be your superior in your profession but that doesn't make you his personal slave. Do th…

My room includes a set of golf clubs, a few posters, and some pictures. Nothing girly about that shit, get over yourself. It doesn't take much to make your room look decent. Don't fulfill the feminist stereotype of men being dumb cavemen who don't know how to take care of themselves.

It might not necessarily be creepy but having a bare ass room makes you seem boring. Upping your SMV includes taking care of superficial things like keeping up with your appearance.

The logic is stupid because women aren't logical but that's just the way the world works. It's not hard to put some shit in your room, pretty simple actually. Stay angry with how the world works or learn to adapt.

Ah, my bad. People can be so against SSRIs I thought that's what you meant. In the past in /r/askTRP, I've been strongly discouraged from taking antidepressants from people who had a negative experience with it. People are different and react differently to different medications. I don't have much medical knowledge so I can't really argue in this field but benzos are physically addicting and I've never heard good things about taking them for an extended period. I will say though, xanax can be a …

People so blatantly against antidepressant medication have no idea what the fuck they are talking about. Yes, medication is overly prescribed these days and is often prescribed to those who don't need it but it's saved my life. I didn't decide on this option until I was 24 because there is such a stigma against seeking help. Please know what you're talking about before you dish out 'help.' Not saying medication should be used permanently but some need that crutch for at least a little while.

AWALT. In this increasingly feminine society, it's gotten tougher and tougher to find an LTR-worthy woman, much less one worth risking a legally binding contract that entitles her to 50% of your shit. Keep looking for your unicorn or spin plates.

Faking confidence isn't so much trying to put on a front as somebody that you're not. It's about being confident in the choices that you make, the decisions you make. Society has probably conditioned you into a blue pill beta. The hamster in your head will spin its wheel and make you want to make blue pill decisions. Faking it is about forcefully suppressing your hamster and staying true to red pill teachings even if they feel wrong. Don't feed your hamster. Live by society's rules and you'll ne…

Feels like a troll but I'll bite the bullet. They both have huge red flags. Where the fuck is your abundance mentality? There are more than 2 girls in this world. Especially for an LTR, it's okay to be picky. If they're not satisfied with being a plate, let them go. Take the pussy off the pedestal.

Your insecurity is created by that hamster that we all have running inside our head. Ignore that fucker. You have to force yourself to ignore it at first. With time, it will come more naturally. Don't worry, fake your confidence and you'll learn to naturally ignore your hamster. People love those who can be confident without being an annoying ass about it. Admiration from others is addicting.
