Things to remember before a solo run

I'm about to go out on a solo run through the bars/ clubs tonight. sitting on my bed listening to some music to get in the mood I see that the time is 11:11, BP days I would have wished to maybe get lucky or meet a girl. Tonight I simple wish to have a fun time. As I am finishing up making sure my clothes are up to snuff I am thinking about my wish and running through my goals tonight. Things to remember throughout the night that I think some of us even though we "know" to do these, we rarely go back and remind ourselves actively do them.

Never go out to have sex, go out for a good time. Be outcome independent. Never get to attracted or gove to much attention to one girl, there are plenty more that probably suck better to. Relax and slow down on the drinking, you'll need it. Always remember amused mastery and carry a BIG STICK for those shit tests.

I know these have been posted many times but this is just a reminder to run through them to get ready for a night.

Now wish me luck or don't, either way I'm going to have a good time FUCKERS

I prefer to go out solo, and to various new and different types of venues. It forces you to meet new interesting people. When people don't know who are you can use it to advantage. You can choose to be whoever you wish. Not to pretend but work on that aspect of you personality that needs improvement. You can be the easy going friendly guy or the mysterious stranger.

When alone you are more self aware, especially of your frame, posture and the body signals you send. This will help you master and control them. Either move to the music or be calm and still. An expression of amused mastery works best for me.

You get a chance to sit and observe others around you. You will learn more than when you are with someone because you won't be distracted. Keep and eye out for interest from women. If they like you they will make eye contact. This is way better than cold approaching.

If you find it difficult to approach people. Find a spot near the bar where people come and go. This gives you an opportunity for some banter. Also women will have plausible denial to indirectly approach you. Talk to the bartender to break the silence. talk to the people around you. Keep scanning the room look interested. Do Not Zone Out.

I spend a lot of thought on my look. Think about the image you whish to present. Bad boy blue jeans white T-shirt. Cowboy, I prefer Sharp Designer black with a slight goth edge. EXPENSIVE DESIGNER SHOES, Buffed fingernails. Ensure you have a tailored fit. Whatever make sure you stand out. Women notice everything about you. Look your best.

An in-shape well dressed man will attract women. It works, women approach me everywhere.... oh and gay men darnit!.

Yes and No.

Sounds like a cop out but I only picked up what turned out to be trash whilst sharking solo on night game, they were good looking girls too. Just bar sluts though who turned out to be thick as fuck.

Day game you're both sober, she hasn't got 5 bitch shields, no white knights and you can actually hear what she is saying to you, there's no expectation of you to just buy her a drink or do a party trick and you can get inside her head a little and find out whether she's worth a damn (hobbies, career, interests etc).

Day game is where it's at. Especially at this time of year, girls go out at night and are used to drunken idiots pawing at their flesh and the whole SMV range is inflated. Day Game lets you be kind of the exotic stranger who doesn't need (or appear to need) dutch courage and knows what he wants.

No, I love talking to people actually. I am much better 1 on 1, but I also have a very commanding social presence anyway even in groups, I just find 1 on 1 to be more interesting usually.

You are right. I need to start forcing myself to cold approach just at like coffee shops.

I'm not fat or anything, but as one of my jobs, I work as a food critic. So unfortunately the main thing I would think of is finding a woman as fascinated by food as I am... I guess I should find a different angle though right because of 1. how stereotypical it is to ask someone to go to dinner, 2. girl's that like eating are probably not going to be attractive ones... right?

Or is there some way of spinning it so it comes across rather more unusual than the boring "can I take you to dinner tonight?" shit? I actually do not think men should ever pay for a woman's time, but of course if you invite them out you're stuck with it I guess (which seems ridiculous to me still, but whatever).

Just curious on what you think re spinning that though.

I for one am very intrigued by you being a food critic. I am actually jealous because with a job that interesting you can basically just talk about that. just off the top of my head my cold approach would go something like this.

me/you:"hey there, saw you sitting alone, wanted to say hi (extend hand and smile" her:(she shakes hand, which 95% of people will do, especially if your smiling)"hi" me/you:"my name is silent, and yours?" her:"my name is Lucy" me/you:"nice to meet you!" (grab chair sit down) "so what do you do for a job Lucy, you have the look of someone that does something interesting." her:"blah blah blah, what about you?" me/you:"oh im actually a food critic"

this will steer the conversation towards food, and of course being a food critic you must know some amazing places... dont necessarily offer a date but instead say that your job requires you to be somewhat secretive about you being a critic and that it often looks suspicious going alone and then ask if she can help you with an upcoming review . (this can be a lie or a truth, it doesnt matter). Bam: she now thinks she is doing some adventurous undercover shit. the rest is up to you at that point. conversations happen, you get comfortable with each other, you screw and get married. the end

hope I was of some help. with the paying thing just ask the waiter before you even order if the check can be split. that way the girl doesnt order something large expecting you to pay. most people I find respect that and unless she is looking for a provider then it wont hurt your chances of fucking her.

I was just scrolling through and wanted to share my experiences as a female who loves food and cooking but also being in shape!

The hardest part when it comes to finding a woman who enjoys food is finding one that also values their physical health and appearance on an equal level. There are plenty of us out there but it might take a while!

I've noticed that women who love food and are physically attractive fall into two categories in their youth. The first category is those who have naturally high metabolisms or good genetics that allow them to stay slim without exercise, however these types of behaviors can backfire when they get older and their body begins to slow down and they'll get fat to put it simply. The second category is women who enjoy eating but also maintain a level of fitness that improves their overall health and can be maintained throughout a lifetime. So beware of those who are naturally slim young and big eaters as I've seen crazy weight gain happen to many older women once they settle down.

Yeah, the one time I even picked a girl up in a bar, well, then when I wanted to hang out with her she wanted to go to bars... I feel I have given it an incredible try. I've gone out to many, many bars in an attempt to change myself. I've successfully faked it a few times, and even won some social approval, but I have never felt more beta in my life than when I did those things.

I've got to get over the day stuff I guess. It always seems inappropriate somehow to try and go anywhere with daytime interactions, and I am often out and about in society, but I am a regular at various places. I don't want to get a reputation for being socially inappropriate and be asked not to come back to my favorite coffee shop for example, even though for sure that is a public place I am very happy, and dominant at. But it seems like most people aren't open to meeting other people in these kinds of environments. For example, I am also a food critic, so I am at restaurants pretty often, and super dominant, comfortable, and happy there, but again, no one eats at restaurants alone unless they are a food critic I guess, so I am swamped in social environments, but can't meet anyone.

Maybe I am just imagining the mental blocks where there are none though. I am pretty generally engaging, and talk to several people throughout my day usually, but there just always seems to be something in their eyes/actions that says they aren't interested in staying connected beyond a brief interaction. Maybe it's the city I'm in... but I really don't get it. I'm tall (6'5"), athletically built (swimmer's body), and I think pretty comfortable talking to people (despite severe setbacks in terms of socialization and also being diagnosed with Aspergers, I still believe I am fairly functional, I've had several LTR's; but that is a different story I guess since they have all left me in the end for being too terrifying).

I wish there was some way to make a secret film of myself in social environments and post it here to get feedback on it... I read through all of these materials, and it seems like I should be DROWNING in women, but it seems I'm no better off than the fat beta orbiters out there (but I never take shit from women, and have sabotaged my own chances with many women simply because I refuse to pay for them, which is apparently a very common deal breaker where I live).

I really do not know what the hell the problem is. I seem to have a very different problem from everyone else coming here, but I don't see any other place offering help, so I really don't know where else I could go.

I guess I must be giving off these beta vibes despite feeling inwardly like a confident, alpha person. I seriously need someone to watch a tape of me.

Yesterday I had an illustrative example of what I was talking about. I was sitting at one of my favorite coffee shops drinking coffee, doing some work. Around the time when I was thinking of leaving I decided to try a butterscotch espresso shake they had on special, and then randomly two pretty cute girls walked up to the counter I was sitting at (where you also order), and one was trying to explain butterscotch to the other (since she was from Sweden, where apparently it doesn't exist). I kind of looked over slightly at her with a cocky "wtf is this conversation?" and she almost immediately spoke to me and said, "Well, how would you describe butterscotch??" So then I proceeded to give my best miniature breakdown of it, in the middle of which my shake came, so I literally just said, "fuck it, just try some of this!" They seemed pretty surprised anyone would just share a shake. Maybe that was the big mistake?

Anyway, they proceeded to insist on sharing some cake they had in exchange. They were waiting for their drinks, and I was just naturally curious about the Swedish girl being so far from home, so I began asking them questions, and joking with them, lot's of eye contact. It was just fun. Then they left, I didn't even bother to get any contact info or anything. I got some more drinks to go, settled up my tab, etc...

Then I saw them sitting in a different part of the complex that the coffee shop was in, and I was slightly debating whether to say something, or just leave. But the more dominant girl specifically called me out by name and kind of asked me to come over, and wanted to low if I wanted more cake, which I declined politely, as the shake was already above normal sugar intake levels for me. She asked me questions about coffee, I expounded thoroughly on the coffee scene, a new venture in a coffee shop I was asked to be a part of, etc...etc... I was like locking eyes with the dominant girl the whole time, and her demure Swedish friend was kind of forced into the back of the conversation.

Anyway, it was fun in its own right, but at the end of the interaction when I was listing off coffee shops for this girl to try I was like, "you know, fuck it, let's just stay in touch." And at first she immediately said, "oh I'm good, I just wanted to know about coffee shops." But I was kind of probing and was like, "That's cool, I'll send you a list, it makes no sense not to stay in contact." And she went for it.

But wtf? I was not necessarily in this interaction for an end goal, nor was I expecting anything, but given how it played out it felt like an interaction where the girl would've been very excited to exchange info, not reluctant. I guess I should be thankful she was just honest about it. I didn't feel bad about it or anything, but it's a good illustration of interactions I have regularly. Was the major error in sharing some of the shake at the beginning?

I do a lot of what OP does. I'm also waaaaaay better solo than with a wing person. I don't know why but with a wing person I'm content to just hang back and chat with them, but when my guy goes to the bathroom, and comes back, I'm often dancing with a woman.

It's because part of how I define having fun is interacting with people. Not women, people. So if my buddy is there and I'm talking to them, I'm having a good time. If I'm alone, then I'm kind of having a bad time, so I just find a person in the bar that also wants to talk to someone and is interesting (I've ditched out on many boring people). This is almost always a woman. Talking turns to dancing. Talking and dancing both include touching and that leads to a lot of things including going back to my truck in the parking lot sometimes.
