That's not true, lot's of guys can get "Bulky" beyond what they desire from lifting. Especially with newbie gains and genetics as factors.

The human body was made to move in an endless range of variations with practical function. Lifting while being highly effective only covers a small handful of motions and is often impractical. Any type of fighting art is perfect for this, luckily i have a handful of friends who i can wrestle (greco roman and freestyle) with competitively a few times a week.

Because stuff like this rarely happens, if you actually came here you'd realize that americans on the internet are incredibly over-dramatic, i've never had an issue with police, nor have any of the people i've known growing up in around working class people in a major city with a relatively high rate of crime.

PUA is Game, your distinction between natural & unnatural and Why & what doesn't make sense, you have to fake it before you make it, everyone knows that.

"There was only 1 woman alone that seemed pretty fit but she looked 26 or 27+ when I'm 19, so I didn't feel like talking to her either." You should have approached here, sometimes when girls are out they dress a way that makes them look much older than they are. Combine that with the fact that you're probably nervous and looking for reasons not to approach and she may be looking a lot older than she is. I pulled a few girls who looked in their mid 20's who were actually 19 and 20. And even if sh…

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the obvious. Better wingmen. Blue pill guys make bad wingmen at best, at worst they're cockblocks. Red pill guys make good wingmen, don't get jealous know when to walk away so you can isolate ect.

This is a good way of cultivating abundance mentality and destroying neediness. Not to say you don't need ANYTHING or ANYONE, but when you find yourself feeling needy or anxious ask yourself, do i really need this thing/person? You'll find it easier to walk away, enforce your beliefs/expectations and so on.

That's the thing, I don't think any man is "naturally boring". I'm not quick to call anyone boring because i used to be your typical "boring" guy, not because of who i was, but because of how i expressed myself. When i began expressing myself correctly and honestly people started calling me a badass, weird, became infatuated with me ect. I think every man can go from boring to interesting without changing who they actually are.

Take an overweight guy who smokes, drinks tons of soda, eats a diet that's over 50% refined carbs, eats very few/no vegetables and rarely if ever get's off his ass. He stops eating meat, eliminate the shit from his diet, add lots of vegetables, quit smoking and start getting daily exercise and his health will improve greatly. I think most men, if not all can switch from "boring" to interesting simply by honestly expressing their thoughts and emotions. So it's not that they are actually boring, it's that the seem boring because they do not express themselves.

In my experience, high smv alpha males don't even go out as much as low smv males. When i started hanging out with high smv natural alphas I was surprised to see that they often only chill at their house or go to low key parties/clubs on the weekends. Very similar to the alpha orangutan having women come to him vs. Beta orangutan running around chasing. That's one thing that is kind of frustrating. It depends on your internal motivation/principles. I can be helpful while not being beta, but it sounds like you cannot. There are millions of alpha's in the world, each one different and distinct from the other. That is what gives zest and meaning to life, that everyone is an individual and has the capability of giving their own meaning to life. If you believe you can be Alpha while being altruistic then you will find a way to make that happen, if not then perhaps you need to do some work and e…

I would call dwight an alpha who's not reaching his full potential due to lack of coolness and social skills. I think this could be a legit trend. I mean we know women are less attracted to the physical than men are, we know women are more interested in status, power, game, masculinity ect. This observation could be a legit trend. I remember hearing a video where RSD Tyler was talking about how when he went to clubs in russia or something, all the hottest women were with guys who "looked like they worked out" were built, but still had some bodyfat and weren't perfectly porportioned. It makes sense, seeing as how women aren't as attracted to the physicalas men are, but rather prefer dominance/masculinity. An alpha may have moments where he does things that may be considered beta, but if HE does out of his own free will then there is nothing wrong with that. It's NOT about pleasing a woman, or being the perfect man, it's about doing what YOU believe in, and sometimes, that may not be considered alpha. So be it, i could care less what some guy on reddit or some woman i'm with classifies me as. YOU are the one more concerned with women's perception here.

Often times this comes from guys being too 'nice' and not conveying their sexuality, not necessarily low SMV. If you're low SMV to a girl yet convey your sexuality, you'll be labeled a creep, but atleast not a beta. When you go in for a kiss, number, dance ect she won't be surprised, maybe she won't return the favor, but to me it's better than her being totally surprised that you even have a functioning pair of testes.

In another post people were talking about the journey of life, completion, ect. The kind of feeling you're talking about is an antsy feeling one gets when he reaches a milestone, and from there expects completion. One needs to remember that there is no completion, you always need a task, goal or mission. Yes your life will be better at that point, but that does not mean you can just chill out until you die. Depression WILL ensue.

For me it has to do with the night life. In college (especially earlier years) the only girls who 'go out' are the high status 'cool' (fucking lame) girls and the crazy druggie party girls. After college most girls go out. If you included girls you met in class an on campus, you'd probably do just about as well as you would post college (game skill aside).

Learned behavior that is repeated for decades becomes -largely- who we actually are. I agree with you that there is an inner alpha within all of us, which is why beta behavior makes us cringe, angry, depressed ect. For most men, concious outward behavior is needed as well. And once you're at a point where you're more alpha, it's like "damn, this feels so easy and natural" so you are right to a degree.

Testosterone's fascinating, especially in correlation to social hierarchy/status ect. If you're not familiar with the male orangutan's transformation from a typical (i guess you can call it beta) orangutan, to an alpha it's absolutely astounding. Being Beta (feminine) can help you earn more. They are willing to sacrifice more of their free time, are more submissive, will follow the rules, are eager to please others ect. When education, references, ect. add up they can get themselves in a relatively good position over time. This is the same reason why women are "outpacing" (lol) men in today's economy. Feminists get it though, they get that people of different tribes are, well, different. That's why they rarely comment on sharia law and islam's treatment of women in general. The problem is that these are the same people that spout the whole "we're all human" diversity bullcrap.

WTF if a chick says "maybe" while grinning ear to ear tilting her head ect that means YES! I lost my fucking V-card to a chick that started a MAYBE, i fucked her 3 days after meeting her.
/r/TheRedPill16/12/14 09:22 PM

There are also a lot of answers that mean yes, you have to look at her mannerisms. I saw a ROK article title that said "Maybe" now means "no" for western women. I call 100% B.S. I lost my v-card to a girl that started with a "maybe". I like OP's perspective, it's being positive/assuming the sale and we all know where that leads.

Yeah alot of alphas i know are practically homeless bums living off their plates income. I know a guy who knocked up an 8 and constantly cheats on her with other 7's and 8's he doesn't make shit outside of the rare odd jobs. Be careful, your mindset sounds like one that can lead you to becoming a BB.

The guy is tall, super jacked, high status, well dressed and he's out there with the confidence to approach hot chicks all day. I doubt he would ever need to hire models for is PU videos. Plus he has tons of rejections so i doubt he's hiring models.

Most of the alpha's i know go by nicknames, not their own birth name. One guy i know goes by a different first name, that isn't even a nickname just a regular first name, and he refuses to explain why. Alphas prefer to have their identity be a product of their own thoughts and efforts, not society, family or anything else, and this can extend even to their name.

You're right but i was referring to the wrestling match itself, which is obviously a fight with the external. Not the overall fact thatthe guy was a wimp.

I remember a pothead alpha loser type in high school (physically weak but got lots of girls) who, for whatever reason, was on the wrestling team. This kids record was like 3-27 (W-L) most of the losses coming from pins. The reason his record was so shitty was because he would literally give up every match whenever it got hard, which was pretty early. It might sound pathetic but he maintained frame and never gave full effort meaning other people never knew what he was fully capable of.

"If something has a direct benefit to an individual or a class of people, and a theoretical, abstract, or amorphous benefit to everybody else, realize that the proponent’s intentions are to benefit the former, not the latter, no matter what bullshit they try to feed you" It's as simple as that. You're damn right, ground work is really only optimal in one on one unarmed fights. You can grapple with a guy and be in control and he can still grab a knife and stab you badly. And if it's more than one opponent when you're grappling with one guy the other can strike you, even if you're in control. Most people can't defend kicks, but in order to kick you need a good amount of room. Hard to get if the street fight takes place somewhere crowded like a subway or bar. You also can't evade multiple…

Yup. Whenever I have a goal or aspiration that comes to my mind, i make sure to not mention it or even think about it too much until i've taken concrete acton towards that goal. And by action i mean doing it, not preparing but actually doing it. To me preparing is a lot like talking, it's passive, gives you a sense of accomplishment and is often done out of fear or avoidance.

I disagree. Going to the gym and reading are way too easy. Good habits, but far too passive. No risk taking involved, no socializing, just passively staying in your comfort zone (unless you have really bad social anxiety and going to the gym is a big deal) by yourself. An in person meetup could actually put the theory into practice, maybe with some vet RPers to lead they way.
