She claims the swim class changed classes now she is wanting me to resume the regular parenting day. The issue I've with that is if she makes another decision without my consent an makes it hard for me to spend time with my kid.

I have a court conference in March my lawyer said agree to the video chat so the kid can be familiar with you, after that we can do in person now they're saying only 1 hour an with her family an friends supervising.

It was verbal but she went back on her word now fast forward I just did a month of video calls now that I ask for more time it comes with her family an friends supervising me.

Thanks for the reply, I don't have any criminal record nor child abuse the only issue is I didn't go to court thinking she would become reasonable. There was times she would give me my son for weeks then stop. Now they're saying you weren't in his life for 2 years

Yes she's accusing me of being abusive an not doing anything for our kid when we were together. Which is a lie because I have messages of her threatening me an different things like that.

This is her second lawyer an he is taken the abuse route but the first one the legal contract she wrote up had nothing on there about abuse. I've messages of her saying if she could kill me an get away I would etc... after the divorce

We weren't legally married just common law.. so there was no agreement made for a divorce. Should I be paying child support also even without a court order? I spoke to a few lawyers they said regardless if you see him or not you will have to pay.
