Great follow up. I pay through my checking account so there is a record with my bank that I pay the state and what I pay them.

No, ALWAYS go through the state. Let the state track it. Give the money to the state and let the state send her the check, I know it's redundant, but it's the only way to make sure you are in the clear. Some states don't recognize direct child support payments to the ex, they will view it as a gift, even if you write on the check "child support." Always give it to the state, no chance of anyone coming after you, let them track it.

Been there man, they are idiots. It's way too long of a story, but long story short, they were taking the money directly out of my pay check and I STILL was short, damn morons. Ended up back paying a few hundred, so it wasn't too bad, but I was money that I should not have paid due to their screw up and work screwing up and who takes the responsibility of a company and the state fucking up? Me, broke me. Fucking assholes.

Also pay it through the state and let the state give it to the woman, never, ever pay her directly. If I give my ex money directly and even put on the check it's for child support, it doesn't count. it HAS to go through the state so they can document it. ALWAYS send it through the child support agency of your state, NEVER trust your ex to do the right thing, especially when there could potentially thousandths or tens of thousands of dollars you will be on the hook for and have to repay, even tho…

I came here from this thread, fellow MRA: http://www.reddit.com/r/antisrs/comments/speg8/now_a_prominent_srser_was_doxxed_this_is_getting/ From what it looks like someone prominent from SRS was doxxed, not you, so you're in the clear. Hope that puts you at ease. With that said, I agree with MuFoxxa, doxxing is messed up, doesn't matter who's "side" you are on, doxxing someone is just plain fucked up and sick.

For sake of accuracy, we don't know if it was a random person, MR, or SRS that did it. They did post some things that SRS members said were incorrect. It appeared to make it look like it was SRS that did it, but after SRS called them out, they deleted the text, but SRS did take a pic of it and explain how inaccurate the statements were and that it appeared to make it look like it was SRS that did it, but we can't be certain. In SRS defense as well, they did rip into sisterofblackvisions and said…

It is, just make sure to keep all your account separate. It still is possible for the courts to consider it a "common-law" marriage if you lived together for a long time and share everything. If that happens, it's just like a marriage and you could still be on the hook.
/r/MensRights06/04/12 01:11 AM

Prenups are a waste of money. My cousin is a lawyer, he says that if the judge doesn't feel it's "fair" enough to the woman, the judge well through the prenup out, kids or no kids. You also have to pay for a lawyer for you and her, all total it's about 5k and can be thrown out in a second. Your best best is to not get married and keep everything separate, if you live together, you don't want the court to consider it a common law marriage, which is just like being married and you'll be fucked.

Exactly. Like this woman, who rapes a 14 year old boy and only gets 30 days, yet this man got 9 years on a lie.

Going through the same damn thing. I have two daughters and she openly cheats on her current boyfriend and the kids know about it, I don't think they understand it though, at least I hope. Hell, I fuck around too, but only once have the kids met a woman I was fucking come around (my car was getting fixed, I wanted her to spend the night in case of an emergency, she only was with them for 30 minutes and we were exclusive as she was my girlfriend at the time). I just try to set a better example th…

I've had my cock grabbed at clubs before (I'm hung and I think they think it's fake and I've gotten hurt before because they fucking tug on it hard), yet if a woman wears a shirt to show off her big tits and I come up and grab them, I'm assaulting her (which I would be), they do it to me, and I have no recourse.

I'm not going to tell you how to find it, sorry, but that stuff is just too much. The less people know the better. It gets addicting and should really only be used for academia purposes and helping people, as in psychology, but if you really want to find it, you can find it. I will PM a good read (you will only need to read that one book, it will have everything), but you gotta promise me that you only read that book, don't go any farther into it and just use it more for fun, more than anything …

Not 100% what you mean with "good material" but: The PUA thing can get pretty deep. Myself, I got into reading people. I can stand a certain way or look at someone a certain way to get them to feel an emotion, then use my words to manipulate that emotion. I can also use words to get them to think a certain thought (subconsciously, by that I mean they don't directly think about it, but they are subtly aware of it), then build on that thought and then later suggest they do something that I have be…

I give people the benefit of the doubt, but your last comment forced me to research your previous comments... It is obvious you are LDS. I'm cool with that, they are good people (I'm an atheist, but I'm cool with good people, some of them are LDS), but the ones I did know kept it to themselves, even more than other people that had religion. If you are trying to push a religious doctrine (which is a bad idea on reddit) please be honest with it. You'll get more respect that way.

The MRM has a lot to do with the PUA community simply because it is a group of men who have broken away from the traditional male roles and expectations to go a different direction. I can see that point. is the PUA doctrine's rote manipulation of women for the purpose of dating any more hateful toward women than any of the same things that women do to manipulate men for the same purpose? I would like to hope that at one day, neither of the species can manipulate each other for personal gain, oth…

I hear ya. Physical connections are just human connections, but just on a physical connection (on a basic level, that is enough to get men or women by in life). We are more than just physical, even as men, we have emotional needs, don't deny those needs. I was used by those women just as I used them, but on a physical level. After I was done fucking them, they got personal and, honestly, I was interested in listening because that's was the part I was missing, an emotional connection. I'm glad I …

Thanks for the explanation, have an up-vote, that makes a lot of sense. I'm glad I stopped doing it. The whole PUA thing is good with a light touch to give someone more confidence, but I got way too far into it, it consumed me. My goal is life was to fuck as many chicks as I could. I had some bad shit happen so I wanted see a psychologist for a little bit, found out I was developing a sex addiction and I was already borderline. I agree, for the most part, but I have met and dated women that did not want to get married again or did not want to have any more kids, but they still already had kids. Like I said, I highly doubt I'll ever get married. There is no reason to do it and it is financially dangerous. With that said, coming home to a woman after a long day can be nice. With anything, there's good and bad, but at this point in my life I'm over sleeping around, at least at this moment in my life, but that could change…

Generally, both of the sexes are actually designed to be together for about seven years, which is just long enough to create a child, help raise it (to make sure your genes survive) and then move on with your life. Society or not, it's a personal choice for me. Relationships have their good and bad, for me though, it would be nice to come home to a nice woman. Emotionally, I get more out of that then just sleeping around. Is it fun, hell yeah, but I'm over it, it's not what I'm personally lookin…

Never said you had to be in a relationship to be happy. Living that PUA life style transforms you, you create an alternate-personality and start to view people as ways to fulfill your needs. Banging your average skank isn't enough, it doesn't get you off as much because it's easy, then you start wanting the harder challenges, like picking up a guys girlfriend in front of him, married women, etc. In my experiences, what starts off as a hobby becomes a life style and it can really consume you, you…

Former PUA here, if that's the case they are idiots. MR has nothing to do with PUA life style, other than the illegitimate kids they make. That shit will get you laid, but it won't make you happy.

As someone who was a PUA for years, I can promise you this is true. Sure, I got ladies, but I wasn't happy. Not gonna lie, a lot of them were super fucking hot, but I never connected with them as I faked any connection I had. I'm much happier being me, less dates but more real connections with women.

And that's why I'm paranoid. That just happened yesterday. I really don't trust SRS and I still haven't heard back from the person that PM's me. I have to go to court soon for my kids, the last thing I need is this coming up in court and having to explain myself, so yeah, another reason I'm being extremely cautious.
/r/MensRights16/03/12 08:35 PM

It was a different one. I did some research on it and it does seem legit, honestly, I'm just being cautious and paranoid. I know It's probably nothing, but better safe than sorry. Just with recent shit happening. After giving it a day, I'm probably just being paranoid, but Qanan, a moderator, just recently had to delete his account to save his job.
/r/MensRights16/03/12 08:33 PM

Fair enough. I just feel like a target from my recent post I just did. The timing is just too perfect and again, why contact me? We didn't talk all that much, why not other members that have been here longer, a moderator, or a someone that talked to Qanan more.
/r/MensRights16/03/12 05:07 AM

I want to hope it isn't, but with Qanan just getting doxxed, we all have to be a little paranoid. I don't want any others to risk losing their jobs.

Just wanted to say congrats on the life change man and pretty much doing it all on your own is damn impressive. Yeah. I could really care less about knowing if I'm in one of their posts. It's funny to see what they right though. I have been at least in one of their posts. Either way, I like this script to tag the SRS. I thought I would get more hits in my x-post about it.

Exactly, this cuts out that time and it's really simple to setup. I did an x-post but it didn't get enough up-votes. I have a feeling SRS isn't happy about it, lol. Just spread the word. If enough of us can tell who they are then we can warn others on here. Also, I'm going to PM one of the moderators as well and see if we can setup a bot also. Have it automatically copy what they say, who they are in a reply to them and then a warning that they are known SRS.

Just wanted to say sorry to hear about your situation. Since you have primary care for your son, maybe you can argue you need the money for his sake? Just sucks for you. I'm another one as well and I totally agree with this sub-reddit. The people here have helped me see my kids and been there for me when I need to vent when I get the shaft from the society for being male. I'm more on the socialist side myself, but like he said, I have other "right" views as well. I just try to have an open mind and make informed decisions, which is why I'll never get elected, lol.

Wow, I never knew how bad they were. I just checked out their rules, crazy shit. The funny thing is, I just never liked them, hard to say why, but I just had a gut feeling there was something wrong with them. I always down-voted any of their articles. I just thought they came off as "self-serving" and just like they were better than everyone else, I didn't know they were focusing on anti-male propaganda. My cousin is a lawyer. He says pre-nups are basically worthless. To get it, you have to have a lawyer for yourself and her, even if both parties agree, if the judge feels it's not fair, then he'll throw it out. It's a waste of money to get one, best bet is to not get married and not have kids.
/r/MensRights10/03/12 09:42 PM

Totally agreed. A lot of it is our culture. Women are empowered now, so they can leave the marriage and do better without the man, while the kids are raised by a shitty public school system and the man is forced to supplement the wife because she's not financially empowered. Now, lets say that in reverse and say men are "empowered" now, lets have an equal system to see which parent is better because men can raise children now, not just automatically send the mother and you get a backlash from wo…

First off, I never referred to women (women as a whole) as bitches, one particular person I know is a bitch and that person happens to be a woman, that's my ex-wife. Our goal isn't to demean women, we love women, we don't like how society gives them preferential treatment and with the case of children, men have very little rights to their kids. Even then I have a hard time believing it, lol. I have known guys that have gone through worse and the woman still got the kids and the man had no recourse, he just had to take it. As long as that's true, then I'm happy for the guy. Story time: My dad got accused of abusing me and my brother, had CPS involved, talked to a bunch of people trying to explain to them what happened. Even though my mom has in a mental hospital for stress and just got sober for being an alcoholic, the courts still want…

Yes. Wednesday Thursday Friday is in the court documents, but we typically don't follow it due to varying schedules for both of us that have changed since it was set up. I go to school, so I would have to take her to court each semester and the reality is, I can't afford do that. Birthdays have always been both of us, very rarely when it was just one parent. If it's one parent, it's because one of us has taken them on a trip, but it's discussed in advance. We typically do it together for the kid…

I did a Google search and nothing came up, but yeah, I have a hard time believing that's true or it must have been very extreme case. Courts typically don't give a shit what the woman does to the man, unless it's an extreme case.

Thanks man. Just feels good to have someone know what I'm going through and not to be judged for saying it. This shit just wears me down, I don't know how I do it some days.

Her birthday is today, ex has a birthday for her later in the month. I'm pissed and was pissed when writing it, don't like my use of apostrophes then you can suck it. Two daughters. Hahahaha, yeah, court documents say I should get them three days a week, doesn't mean shit when it comes to the woman letting the father of her kids seeing the kids, but if I go and pick them up, even when I'm legally entitled to, all hell well break loose. Really??? How in the hell was I coming off like an asshole t…

I know, there's nothing I can do. I just wanted to vent and get this out, I figured this would be a good place to vent. Just so fucking pissed, I feel like I'm raising three kids, my daughters and my ex-wife. I know how you mean about being "unreliable." I go to school full-time and any time I ask for a day to do an assignment or my shitty car breaks down, all hell breaks lose. Yeah man, it is all about my ex as well. No fucking shit, right? I thought about getting them after school since I knows she'll be at work, but I don't want to get the cops involved and have a huge scene and ruined my daughters day. Just bullshit man, I pay all that fucking money, spend time with them and all I want is three hours, but no, I can go fuck myself because I was "manipulating" my ex-wife to see my kids.
/r/MensRights08/03/12 09:09 PM

Exactly! That's exactly why and she'll just claim she didn't know and it will cost him more time and money to fix it, such bullshit. The system is really designed to keep men down.

DON'T have kids man, seriously, it's the dumbest thing you could ever do. It makes you way too liable for so much, can get you your licences suspended, pay tons of money for a kids you don't/can't see or end up in jail for not paying. You're required to pay and with divorces at 50% odds are good you'll end up like us, paying for years, it's a nightmare. Get a vasectomy and don't tell any women you date, that way if they do get pregnant, you know they've been cheating on you.
/r/MensRights02/03/12 11:04 PM

They make the males cops and then have them arrest you because the women feel "threatened" by you questioning the system.

Same exact thing happened with me except my work fucked me over. My damn job was taking it our over 26 pay periods, so some I would a little low each month until I catch up on the months I got three paychecks, but while that little bit of money was in arrears, it earned internet. I accumulated hundreds in interest over a two year period because my fucking job refused to take it out once a month. Fucking bullshit man. Man, it gets annoying. They keep saying the same thing over and over, I just keep repeating myself and they only bring up the points they see and leave out the other points that I already made and I love the emotional responses they keep bringing up, it lacks all logic. Just appeal to pity. I was telling someone to chill out and be nicer, but fuck man, they are damn annoying, don't blame the guy for being an asshole!!!

Yes, at least until I can get a job again and not all of it, most of it. I still spend money to go see them and when they are with me. She can afford it, I can't. The kids will be fine.

It does matter how much money she has, that's my point, seeing as how I don't have a job. Her life will be fine, the kids will be fine if I didn't pay. What may change is she can't go out and party or pay for plastic surgery, but I don't see a problem with her having to give that up for awhile so I can get on my feet. The courts should look at the whole situation. Part of the reason it's so low is how much I am in their life and I'm not saying I should be paying once I start working or once I'm …

I meant in relation to submitting proof. I was making the point that to get my money, I must submit some proof and that firex726 was making a good point in that she should too. She can afford it on her own. She lives at home, has little to no bills and obviously makes enough if she can get a boob-job. I'm not saying I shouldn't pay, but what I'm saying is that I should get a break for awhile so I can get my degree or at least find another job and start paying again then. The courts should look a…

Yes, you are correct. No reason to get mad at people like that, just paints us with a much worse image. Who know, maybe they are some young person who has been brainwashed by the propaganda out there, it's best to use logic and reasoning and be nice about it, by insulting it just re-enforces that all men are "assholes" and "dogs" when we start throwing insults.

Oh hell no, I don't. If you're wondering about me, I supported her and the kids while she stayed at home and raised them. She got pregnant and I dropped out of college, married her and started a career. She is the one that cheated on me, so trust me, I do know where I screwed up, like getting her pregnant (she did say she was "on the pill" but obviously lied). With my kids though, I say nothing bad even though she does now and again about me to them. I just suck it up and bitch to my mom or clos…

In some cases, that is the case, but not in this one and not in a lot of "child" support. Their mom has enough money for a boob-job, she has little to no bills, still lives at home and makes 60k a year. I still see my kids and pay for what I need to for them when they are with me. Me on the other hand just lost my job and I'm a full-time student, but I still have to pay and if I don't I can lose my license or even end up in jail. The system is unjust. Yeah, exactly. Hell, it even turned a feminist onto the idea that the system isn't right, but even then she didn't say anything in class, she had to pull me aside and talk in private. We just need to talk about this and get the word out. I tell me friends and young kids in school my story.

Yes, but that's like giving my right arm to my ex because she wants to have three arms. My point is that she DOES NOT need the money I give her. I do not have a job and I'm a full-time student. I should be given a break her, think about it, let me finish school so I can make more money and give her more money. Besides, the reality is, with all the shit I have to deal with, sometimes it feels like it's just not worth it. It's like a slow torture that can happen at any moment. It's a living nightm…

No, I wouldn't. I have thought about it and still occasionally do, but I love them too much. They are 8 and 5, been in their life way too long. I don't want to make them any worse than what their mom does. She's a whore. She cheated on me during the marriage, hence the divorce. I do at school. I tell them all the time. I once stood up in an English class and went off for about 10 minutes on why one should not get married or have kids. My teacher pulled me aside after class, she is a feminist and she said she totally agrees with me. She has a son going through the same thing, even worse as she was keeping the kids away from her son, she even said that after what her son went through, it made her less of a feminist, she just didn't want to go off in class about it.

Just doesn't spend quality time with them and I think part of her just doesn't give a shit. I'm in AZ. Yeah, but I think I would be hung out to dry. The majority of women would view me as a threat and try to destroy me, especially the ones that get child support. I don't trust most of the media out there, especially local media, that's why I'm on here telling my story. That is an interesting thought though, I'll think about it a little more, maybe contact a local newspaper.

It's already very low, it can't get much lower, maybe just $20 a month if that, it's not even worth it, just a waste of time and money and yeah, just because I pay less, still doesn't mean that I won't owe and it builds interest.
/r/MensRights26/02/12 09:10 PM

It's a business contract, NEVER get married. Every girl I meet, I tell them I will never get married. Typically the ones that are divorced agree with me. The other are usually cool with it, but it think it's because they think they can change me into doing it.

Get a vasectomy man, trust me, don't have kids, it's too scary. I've considered that as well. I do know that there is a way to sign over all my rights and not pay anything, just means I can never see them again. Sadly, I've considered doing that in the dark times. I love my daughters, but it's a constant, never ending battle.
/r/MensRights26/02/12 09:07 PM

I hear ya man. When the divorce went down, I had money so I got a decent lawyer. If she moves, all hell will break lose. Lol, she wanted to move across the country, told her if she does shit will hit the fan and if I have to beg my parents for money, I will and they will give it. She dropped that idea, lol.
/r/MensRights26/02/12 09:06 PM

It's difficult since I have little money and I have school, they are in school and they live over an hour away. I got in the divorce three counties we can live in, one is back home where most of both our families are and I can get them for the summer, I think it will be better for all of us. I'll have more emotional support, they'll have better influence in their lives (her family over there has their shit together) and getting them over the summer I'll have more quality time with them.
/r/MensRights26/02/12 09:05 PM

Isn't that great? But since I a have a penis, I can't get that. I even told her we can move back in and both go to school. I want her to have a degree, it means she will be more stable and the kids will be better off.
/r/MensRights26/02/12 09:02 PM

I DO support my kids, with the time I spend with them and what little money I have, I still use it to see them and buy them the things they need. I don't have a job and I'm a full-time student, the money I give her will make a small difference. So she has to hold off on a boob-job till I find another job or finish school, what's the problem with that?

The point I'm making is that I CAN'T afford to pay because I lost my job. I am in their lives, which is why I pay close to the minimum allowed. They DON'T need the money I give them on top of what I spend when I am with them. On top of that, I'm going to school so I can make more money to be able to give them, doesn't it make sense that I get a break? It's not like I'm using it to go the bar or on trips, I'm using the money to survive and get a degree. I'm just an ex-con trying to go straight an…

I am in their lives, that's why I pay so close to minimum and that was done when I was making more than her. I do want to be more in their lives, but my ex makes it very difficult. I'm thinking about moving out of the state (it's only 5 hours away) and get them over the summer. I would have more of my family and even her family in their lives. Her family back home is actually a good influence in their lives, they have their shit together.

No shit, right? I have to file weekly for my unemployment and I can get audited and I must submit proof I've been looking for jobs. I have to do all that shit, but she doesn't and she has two lives on the line? Again, the whole system is fucked.

Dude, I hear ya and honestly, I've had those thoughts as well. I hate saying that and women will rip you apart for saying it, but the reality is, the system is stacked against you. I have my times were I just want to say "fuck it" and move in with a girl I've been friends with for over ten years. We talked about it, but it would be hard with the kids, but if I say fucked it, I tell myself I can just forget, move on with my life and be happy, but I've been in their life for too long to do that no…

I have to lie and tell her how much life sucks, never tell her I'm dating because if she finds out I'm happy, then she goes over the handle and has to "one up me" by dating three guys or going on a trip or whatever bullshit. I'm an engineering major, I should be fine but I do see your point. Overall though, having a degree does generally make you more money than not having one. The difference is, she has enough to get a boob-job, I'm a full time student and lost my job, but I still have to pay even though she obviously has more than enough money. The children don't need my money directly being sent to her.

Agreed. I asked my lawyer during the divorce that and he said she can use that money I send her for anything, because she "probably" uses her own money for the kids, so it "comes back" to her that way. Not even that, I'm the responsible one. She goes out and parties, brings random guys around the kids, I don't do that shit (as in bring random girls around my kids, hell, they never even met any of the girls I was in long-term relationships with and I wouldn't unless I was going to possibly marry …

I actually pay almost minimum legally I can. If I go back, it won't do much. One of the ladies there feels bad for me, her advice is to do my best to pay. I need to avoid court. I used to have my kids a few times a week which is why it's so low, but their mom moved about an hour and a half away, so I don't get to see them that much which means once I start working again, it may be much higher than what I'm paying now.
