On the flip side if you get an ambitious woman, who is to say that she will be loyal? If you have someone who supports you in your growth journey then maybe that is a positive instead of a negative. Personal growth will give you growth , but what happens if you go it alone and over reach. That’s where your anchor will really shine and to realize that the stability that she brings allows you to be the one growing. I don’t know your relationship - I wanted to offer you an alternative view.

I’m really sorry you’re going through it. It’s not cowardly, it’s self preservation. At this time you’ll be questioning everything and feel like your world just been scattered across the place. If I can offer you a ray of optimism, at 3 your daughter will be too young to remember this stage when she’s older if you can’t make it work. You’ve tried the mediation route and your next steps are crucial for the rest of yours and your daughters life ; my advice step 1 is lawyer up too and have a plan d…

I like to pay on a date I enjoy. Where possible I leave my card to avoid the awkward dance /conversation of who pays what. If she says she wants to go 50/50 then I say you can pay for the next date and there you go , you’ve already agreed to a second date by doing this .

It’s not about how hard you can hit , it’s about how many times you get back up. I absolutely feel you, there’s a lot of risks to being vulnerable but there is a reward. We men are also influenced by social media and red pill thinking as much as women are.

Just put yourself out there. I’m 50/50 , single parent. Don’t earn quite as well but not too bad but on no date has anyone asked my salary, over the past couple of years I’ve had about 10 dates and a couple of situationships, remember that women are just the same as us. Show up to get knocked down and always have belief in your value. Also, put your pictures in chat gpt and ask it tips to improve your looks , but all of this is pulled together in the belief that you’re worthy and that you are th…

This was a moment of weakness , it’s just hard when it’s the 2 of us and I’m not flavour of the month. Given the 5 years of hard work im not going to flush it away but I do want to chase my dreams as well as his.

Sold it and brought an outfit for a date with the money from it.

IWe have been there. Don’t put a time frame on when you will want to eat , you’re in a state of shock and everyone’s story different. With an amazing support network it took me over a week to keep down a meal. I was diagnosed with an eating disorder after 2 months and I’m back to the same weight 2 years later with a lot of peaks and troughs in between. Stay strong .

It’s very hard to stay positive at times but remember it’s not just a woman problem. It’s the same with guys, some guys are good or bad and some are great. You aren’t going to be compatible with everyone but there are people who share your values it just might take time and a bit or trial and error.

I pawned for a couple of hundreds and used the money to get myself a nice outfit for a date. It was more symbolic than the need for cash.

Get a pen, write lists of appreciation. Lists of achievements you have had since. Situations you’ve experienced that you wouldn’t have had if it hadn’t happened. Lists of how you’re getting better or even just how you’re changing . It’s not easy and it’s ok to feel bad, just try not to let it consume you.

I’m only about a year out ; answer is you need to look at yourself before anyone else, keep busy and try to move forward inch my inch. This hurt isn’t going away any time soon. Curiosity will take hold, don’t beat yourself up about it as it’s all part of the process and will heal with time. She left and no doubt it leaves a resounding why /how and it’s natural to look at her current life and try to fill in those blanks. Try and take that curiosity and direct it inwards; What do you want your lif…
