| 1 | Started off as self-improvement, now I'm in a rut?This seems like it would be really helpful, but my main source of stress is my job which is in my best interest to keep for the time being. I guess I could still deload and catch up on my sleep, diet, rest, etc. outside of work by cutting back on the weight lifting and boxing training, but doing those things is usually the highlight of my day. Lol. So I guess I'm a genuine 5'11 barefoot (possibly 5'11.5 but I won't push it - looks like I was placing my hand at a fucked up angle to mark the line before instead of angling it horizontal to the floor). | 1 | Is approaching girls during the day common?I've been in an usually good mood since I got into meditation - I'm not as stifled or self-disparaging and feel more alert/visceral - so I went up to two girls in a row feeling kind of cheeky, using the same opener that I usually use and both kept walking...today's the first time I ever felt creepy and predatory doing cold approaches.
