I like to get in a good workout and get the mind and body feeling confident. Then do some appearance maintenance to make sure I look good. Then get some visualizations of me doing well and having fun. This usually keeps me good throughout the night because if I fall out of state I can tell myself that I look good I feel good and I've worked just as hard if not harder then these guys to do it.
