lol mate, im 19 but having the same problem. Leaving a comment here for later. Btw, have you had any bad former experiences yet? I had ED both times I tried doing something sexual when I was 16. This makes me freeze and im fucking stuck in my head just like you. They can even make it painfully obvious and ask if they can go home with me. Kissing is no problem, but everything else is. Anyways, if you’ve overcome this pls let me know how you did it.

I always recommend to drink really much water before going to bed, like so much that you’re on the tip of throwing up. Also keep much water beside your bed during the night. Pro tip: Smoke some weed before going to sleep, for me it helps sleeping more than 5 hours.

what might that social hobby be? are you recommending just trying things? Ive heard when you have to think about it, it isnt your passion. Btw, Im always trying to push me out of my comfort zone. When I fear something, Ill do it regardless.

I think what he means is that putting on a facade is in conclusion betraying yourself. It basically means ‚your personality isnt worthy enough, so you have to act‘ which just lowers your self esteem further. Im on the same boat as you Op, if that helps.

thank you! i have another question: mark says that everything you do to alter your true feeling/intentions etc. is needy behavior. He also says that women are extremely receptive to your intentions. Is it really true that they see cues so much more obviously than men?

oh ok i think I get it now. Just always better your self for ONLY yourself and not to get validation from others.

I really recommend you to give it a read, its free btw. The author explains it like that: If youre wearing a mask, dont behave naturally and dont act vulnerable (acting or saying things you want but can be rejected), it indicates youre giving her validation more importance than your own.

Hm, I think i understood something wrong in the book ‚models.‘ I thought being as honest as possible is important so you don‘t need girls validation.

? Am i implying negative characteristics about her or me?

hm, one example would be that she told me that she goes out without her boyfriend and instead with his male friends. Then I said yeah I dont believe in friendship between boys and girls, and that everyone of them would probably fuck her on the first opportunity. (Of course i didnt say it exactly like that)

yes thats what I thought too. After reading Models I just think that if shes not interested in my passions etc. she would never make a good girlfriend, so fuck it.

Thank you! I actually have a question, isnt mindfulness implemented automatically in your daily life? 🧐

no, i dont. My social circle is rather small, I have 2 friends with whom I chill most of the time, and a few others who i see every now and then, but no females whatsoever.

Thats actually some really good advicr, thank you! Ive tried meditating before but after 5 minutes it gets really exhausting, any tips?

Im doing much self-reflection and Im pretty sure the big underlying issue is that im too worried what others think of me. Yes, I dont get along with random people well. Even if ita a dude, i cant just chill and talk to them like a normal person most of the time (sometimes its fine, it really depends on the day)

but what can i do about gettong out of my head when i‘ve already approached?
/r/seduction25/08/18 11:38 AM

I do, thats why girls are always around me, but i cant talk to them.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
