How to avoid getting a hangover?

hangover is a combination of dehydratation and byproducts of alcohol metabolism (or something like that).

To avoid hangover: drink less, drink better quality booze and drink more water before going to bed and between drinks. Or get some IV saline, pills dont work, well, maybe paracetamol for the headache lol

Try drinking lemonade (Sprite/7UP) after you consumed alcohol. It helps break down the acetaldehyde in the alcohol faster

I always recommend to drink really much water before going to bed, like so much that you’re on the tip of throwing up. Also keep much water beside your bed during the night.

Pro tip: Smoke some weed before going to sleep, for me it helps sleeping more than 5 hours.

I get killer hangovers. The only thing that has ever worked for me was drinking at least half a bottle of pedialyte right before I go to bed.

Step 1) Eat some junk food after you drink. A Cheeseburger, some pizza, some random shit from your freezer, etc)

Step 2) Chug a bottle of water

From a functioning alcoholic.

Drink water through out the evening. Stick with one drink style. Don’t go overboard with sugar. If you do. Drink 2x the water.

Pending on the night:

Michelob Ultra and shoot tequila if I’m “watching my figure” no hangover
I’m trying to get shit faced. Whiskey wells and coke with shots of crown royal. Slight hangover
Waking up a strip club at 3 am because my coworker who pays for everything thought it was a good idea. Miller light, whiskey coke, tequila, whiskey shots, Vegas bombs, vodka redbull, and really anything else people buy me in that moment. Usually with hang over and regret that lasts 2 days. I will also order Chinese food and not leave my house.
