The Category D ones are always the worst, have had quite a few of those myself. What does everyone make of those? I always find it hard to understand.

Why not do both? I wouldn’t do something I had no interest in at all, but I’m a pretty open-minded person and enjoy socializing in a lot of different situations and keeping variety in my life, so was just looking for some ideas and inspiration.

I've heard this advice before and think the principle of it is generally good, but recently I've experimented more with pushing it a little and found that I (and probably other guys) will assume a girl isn't that interested too soon when she really might be. Again, the principle is good, but maybe guys who are new to this are too quick to give up on a girl, as long as you don't make her the center of your universe. As an older guy interested what you think of this. Like, if this guy has 2 other …

I get what you're saying. To answer your question I wouldn't say that I missed them that much in that time tbh. I enjoyed our dates and the intimacy, but when its been one date/conversation at a bar, even my interest wains in those weeks. I still want to see her but not as much as I did. I'm sensing the same on the other end, as the girls are still open to seeing me again sometimes (usually the ones with a better connection obvi), but it just feels like some steam was lost I guess. Trying to see…

She either loses interest or goes from being very into me to almost feeling like we're starting over again and I have to win her back again type stuff.

This is what I've done and the flame seems to somewhat go out during that timeframe though.

Use it when you're extremely bored, in the bathroom, etc. Don't get attached to it or check it too much. Once in a while you'll get a girl who is actually down to meet up but the match to date ratio is bad, and obviously a lot of girls will message you then flake. I'll say this: I've been on maybe 4-5 dating app dates, and every girl has said she only had been on one or two dates from the app before that. Compared to the amount of matches they probably get, it's not a great ratio. You'll get mor…

For me, those logistical thins are things I want to know. Like her age/profession, where she was brought up etc. I think that stuff is important to know.

I live in a big city. It usually gets a response but the interaction usually doesn't last much longer beyond that before they/I lose interest. The couple of girls I've actually met off of online dating say they liked that I actually tried to have a conversation and didn't say anything weird/super sexual right away. That being said, I'm clearly looking to change my approach for a reason. More often than not it doesn't work.

What are some ways you can get a girl qualifying via text in a dating app?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
