The best thing you can do is to get married. My wife and I are both bummed about waiting so long to get married and getting such a late start on kids.

Find yourself a traditional Latin mass. When you join a “Protest-ant” church, don’t be surprised when the spirit of protest sweeps it up.

Revenge is an appetite, just like lust or food. It seems like you have mastered the others if you are on the right red pill path handle revenge the same way you are handling those things.

Here's a great article that addresses it. When I find myself heading down this path I start to think FLEE due to this article. https://meaningofcatholic.com/2019/07/10/how-to-conquer-lust-and-pornography-five-things/

Check out the "Gamma Knife" procedure. My father in law had trigeminal nerve issues and they knifed that shit with targeted gamma radiation. Not sure if it would fit for you, but it helped him out.

I (male) have kids the same age and wife is sahm. You are doing great. These ages are incredibly tough! I can scarcely handle both kids on my own with any degree of polish or productivity for a few hours, let alone all the time! Be proud and make sure you appreciate that healthy amount of pride. Make sure your hubby recognizes it as well.

A motto I’ve come to live by is become the man you wish your father was. Your approach makes sense too and jives with this idea from the perspective of fatherhood. Now do fathers and daughters and mothers and sons :)

We have a world that is tilted towards despair. Despair is clawing at you from every side friend. Fight it off with healthy curiosity about what the next moment or epoch of life could be.

This sounds like something super healthy and good wrapped up in feelings of doubt and concern. You are doing something absolutely great and you have set yourself up well for the right relationship that will certainly happen. Keep seeking it. I will say too, that marriage is designed to soothe this exact fear - among other things.

She just needs you to lead man. Laugh and turn this into a joke. It's as though the caboose is trying to pull the train the opposite way. Literally sit down and say listen, I expect you to have a clean house every day even with the baby so I can have a good environment to continue to make money and support our family. In the future, you can simply reference this expectation that you have made extremely clear. "I love you, but my sex drive is low because I would be more sexually attractive to a s…

As it sounds like you haven't focused on this already: Eating less calories is going to be a lot easier than burning more calories. If you have focused on consuming less calories, it doesn't show in your post. You mention the quality of lunches you take in, but nothing about quantity, calories, or other meals. Cheers,

These details match my life to an eerie level of detail. (But I didn't move to Scotland and didn't smoke weed quite as frequently as you.) If you are like me, you will regress and read these comments. I hope you don't. But if you do, have some solidarity. It's a battle and hedonism, which is what I also describe it as, is a mighty foe. I have a great family and a beautiful daughter now who have helped to compartmentalize my hedonism. But I sure haven't beat it. Good luck to you sir.

You are clearly a pretty brilliant person. Cool to see how you have clawed your way out of a terrible situation. Shan’t be long now it seems before you are so comfortable. Don’t over think it.

You don’t have to do anything crazier than she does or has done l, you just need to maintain sexual dominance/control in those situations. :)

Yeah - too many people are finding the red pill light in seriously fucked up situations with horribly unhealthy women. They post about small victories like this guy and people jump on them for not nursing women back to health.

I do not care about my woman's orgasm, but I have learned that she finds hers the more aggressively I pursue my own. So I challenge this post to say that fucking and pursuing your own orgasm are not mutually exclusive.

I thought this post would be metaphorical, then realized it wasn't, then I realized it was still quite symbolic! Nicely done and good luck. Show her the direction she needs to go and she will love you for it.

I truly believe lesbians are the female side that is getting ostracized by the blue pill dynamic. I suggest that most, if not all, lesbian relationships are extremely unhappy or maintain happiness with dead bedrooms.

I am going to challenge some of the thinking here: I don't like the premise that we are trying to create value by being great and giving sex partners. I think it creates an unhealthy dependency on the opinion of women, and despite all your instructions, is not something you can control. I think the whole give and take you speak of is completely off. I think the most satisfied a woman will be is when she can make you the happiest through sex. This includes the consensual "taking" of her, not you …

I render this post bullshit for it's made up statistic of .1%. Bring some support for that statement as it is ehat the rest of your post is based on. The failed marriage with weird reasons for success is simply failed leadership within the marriage. If you have failed in that regard, enjoy your call girls.

You did the right thing mate. I hope you clearly showed it didn't matter to you. I would have combined some laughing. I think it is the best tool in the MRP arsenal, though not appropriate for all situations.

I see religion as the single best way of imparting time tested values that lead to personal and interpersonal prosperity. I look at the origin stories ofmost religions with healthy doubt, but like to attend church for the singing and the disciplined values.

Awesome, my goal in situations like that is basically to establish that their requests means nothing to me, especially because of the put down before it. You did great not reacting to that bologna. I would make sure you don't undervalue the power of laughter, especially in social situations (and in one on one situations) even if it is slightly forced, it will obliterate that awkward 10 seconds and then your wife faces a choice of enjoying the fun of the moment or doubling down on her insulting g…

Your thoughts seem to focus on loyalty. She advocates loyalty to one's self only. And through loyalty to yourself, you will breed value in your life that others will want to interact with (hiring you, buying things from you, etc.) By her way of thinking, making a decision out of loyalty to anyone but yourself is basically suicide. And thus intentions hold very little sway. Because if I am being loyal to myself, I do not care about the intentions of a subordinate, merely their result.

The Razor's Edge by Somerset Maugham is a great story about the journey of man through life. (Also Bill Murray starred in Ghost Busters to make a movie out of it, which no one liked and caused him to quit acting for awhile.) Great movie, great book.
