I personally just start handling things in a BP way and they feel like they come out on top and you don't have to deal with their bullshit drama after nexting them. I've done this 3 times now and it works pretty well. There is no anger or anything and we've remained 'friends' without any awkwardness especially in social interactions. Funny how happy they are when they feel 'on top/they've won'.

I've been dedicated lifting for over a year and tracking diet bulking/cutting, but I still don't really have an attractive body. I'm starting my first gear cycle come January. If you've been dedicated to lifting and tracking your macros for over a year and you don't have an attractive body I see 2 possible reasons: 1.Started very overweight, still chubby 2. I'd say they abide by this much more because they are treated like are treated like shit from a very young age. Source : dated a rus/ukr for 2 years~, she knew her 'role' in a relationship & was happy. It was really tough to hear about her/her friends upbringings though...russian dads are some of the scummiest people on the planet.

Yeah, repressed for long enough which is why I'm pretty hesitant. I've only done salvia/cannabis in the past. Tried a little bit of shrooms but pretty much psyched myself out of the trip (barely saw 'breathing' objects)...you are right though. I found a few things I need to work on about myself during that trip. I will try again (fully) You said in your other post you've never tried them...?
