There's more women than men and they vote more as a group. So who do you think politicians and judges who are also elected are going to pander to? Add to women fathers with daughters and lawyers who only target those with assets and income and who do you think will always be the financial victim in a divorce? Vote with your feet and leave the USA when you want to procreate. Don't get married above all else. Legislatures are all about self preservation. Women are more organized and now jails are …

to take care of them? No pudding, we're in America where women take our children's college funds in family court. Where lawyers get paid to stick their noses in where they don't belong. Until we rid our country of the cancer on families that are the family courts I tell my sons to go to another country to procreate. A country where women have no rights, no rights to force our daughters to live with their new boyfriends where they often get abused. http://www.washingtonpost.com/posteverything/wp/…

Big deal. You still have to hire a lawyer and spend 10's of 1000's of dollars.

Good points. See my post too. I just had to add, when I see these women walking down the street in their stilts and slut dresses, I have to laugh. Oh look at me oh look at me oh look at me ! ! Yeah married with a poor bastard busting his hump to give you everything you want and you still won't be happy. Wake up men. It's a game. There's a sucker born every day and he's dressed in blue.

Women are the way they are because we men coddle them from an infant all the up to the point they no longer possess sex appeal. Then they accumulate 20 cats to keep the attention and adulation flowing. Your father is at fault for marrying her in the first place and letting her sit on her ass for 20 years. How do you think this is going to play out? She'll eventually go back to work. Some douche bag guy will tell her what she wants to hear in order to get into her pants and your dad will get fuck…

Damn straight ! Pay for sex the old fashioned way, by the hour, not with a percentage of your success. Warn the gays. Stay tuned for what Ellen Degeneris is going to have to pay for all that hot lesbian sex she had with Poorsha.

Life without a goal ? Welfare and food stamps and free medical benefits. Less stress. Why bother ? Sit in traffic ? Soon as the traffic starts moving you have to watch for the police handing out tickets ? Park in the wrong spot, lost your proof of insurance card ? More tickets. Deal with A-hole coworkers and bosses ? Stress stress stress till the day you drop dead ? Support a woman who'll eventually fall out of love with you ? Maybe support her kids from a past marriage ? Get screwed in family c…

You make excellent points. I've posted a link by the celebrated author Christopher Hitchens who echos your sentiments. But the fact remains, while you might have worked hard enough to find a mate developing to the best of your ability brains and brawn, after supporting your wife and kids, 10 15 later she will desire and bed down that alpha male and fleece you in family court. Can you imagine paying your ex wife alimony for life after she runs off with half the assets you worked for ? And on top …

So what self help book are you readying there 20 something? And after you get some success the woman you marry will tell you , "Yeah, I love you but I'm not in love with you" Which means soon you be sitting in family court having your children taken away from you to be living with some strange man and you'll be paying child support and alimony and half of that legacy will go to pay for your ex wife's new boyfriend's Harley. So yeah, we're all going to get right on that building a legacy thing an…

Choice is great. Problem is men would be nuts to marry and let a woman stay at home to raise kids OR have a wife in the work place. Our nation's family courts right now are rogue out of control and corrupt. Fueled in part by feminism. Over 100,000 men in Texas alone are sitting in jail for non payment of child support on children not theirs. Men should be marching on the capitols. The problem is most men have a every man for himself attitude. 5 kids from 3 paying BABY DADDIES !!!!? There's no in…

Bro you just have to come up upon someone in your league or below. And throw a lot of darts at the wall to see what sticks, i.e. hand out business/personal cards after a brief convo. Don't get all Rodger on me now. But you're right. You get into a relationship and gone are your friends and family. It's all about keeping her entertained 24 7 till she's threw with you. And forget marriage. You have no idea what a shit train that is. See /r/killmarriage for more on that topic. You say you want sex?…

Bro they do have all the power. They have what we want more than the other way around. If you want to compress time you have to throw a lot of darts at the wall and see which ones stick. I'm not saying you can't start a 3 minute conversation but look like you're in a rush and say hey call me with a confidence they will.

All young men are desperate. Hormones is a terrible thing. If you want to compress time you have to throw a lot of darts at the wall and see which ones stick. When it comes down to it, a girl knows if she'll sleep with a guy withing 10 seconds of an encounter. The alternative is wasting money in bars buying drinks and going home alone particularly if you're not an alpha.

It's called something else, like a personal card, like a business card though. You put your contact info, your philosophy, interests. Come on you've never heard of this? You walk around in the mall and hand them out. Or in bars. If the girl is interested she calls. If not you wasted 3 cents. Better than pissing away a whole bunch of money on drinks.

Yeah like I'd want my ex wife to have had the decision to pull the plug on me all those years. Little did I know at the time she was waiting for an exit strategy and took all she could get when this man materialized. lol My agenda is to inform. I don't think for a moment I'm going to get lawmakers to abolish the 50 billion dollar a year divorce business the lawyers have created for themselves. Bring on gay marriage !

We evolved quite nicely over 200,000 years with roles defined yes. You're overlooking society's ills. You have to go back and compare Pre 1960 with what we have today beginning in the 70's. Aside from all that, marriage rates are down and divorce rates are hanging in there at about 50%. Look at the abysmal stats. http://cdn.static-economist.com/sites/default/files/imagecache/original-size/images/2014/02/blogs/graphic-detail/20140215_gdc352.png Care to try your luck? 50 / 50 And learn a little ab…

We should be abolishing marriage not spreading the cancer to yet another unsuspecting group. Let's abolish marriage and let people be free to engage and disengage from relationships without government intervention. That's all marriage is, a toll booth on a government run expressway.

On woman and being homemakers and all that. Now we have latch key children being raised by day care centers and we throw our parents into nursing homes. The US is number 1 in the world on incarceration. Step kids end up getting molested because mommy found some douche at work that hasn't got tired of sweet talking her..yet. Ok so women were trapped in their roles. So were men, trapped into being the mule for the family. Now none of us or society is better off.

On Ellen, let's hope so. Everyone should be second guessing marriage. A marriage license is a license for the government to redistribute ones income and assets at a future date as they see fit. Marriage doesn't guarantee a lasting relationship and a lasting relationship can be had without marriage. J. Edgar Hoover and his assistant come to mind. Lovers for decades. There's no benefit to marriage other than someone winning financially and someone losing. Oh, and the lawyers get paid no matter wha…

Hand out business cards. "Hey I think you're hot. Call me if you want. Here's my card." That's what you say. But you have the right idea. Don't waste your time on chicks your age. If they don't have 3 or 5 kids by 22 they want them. What you really want is women with kids about to graduate high school and leave the nest. Catch them before they acquire 11 cats especially if you have allergies. As far as the off topic thing, since you weren't with a group of guys yourself you made an easy target f…

I've heard some women comment, "geez, what was so wrong with staying home and raising a family?." Problem is in most metropolitan areas you need two salaries to have a decent house with all the trappings, no pun intended, as the price of everything now has adjusted up as two incomes are available to pay for it all. Does this mean they all want to revert back to the 1950's and prior? I don't know. I wouldn't mind someone supporting me while I sit on my ass keeping house, cooking, cleaning and rai…

I was 41, she was 26 and a real head case. Lasted a year only because I just came out of a long term marriage and was willing to try to make it work. I'm not an alpha male but she was pretty hot. Hotter than my wife that's for sure. They want babies if you can find one without one. You want my advice alpha male? Pay for sex. You'll end up paying for it in the end anyway. source? lol Here's a tit bit for you: Relationships fizzle. Why ? (from dictionary.com) FAMILIARITY BREEDS CONTEMPT The better we know people, the more likely we are to find fault with them. Long experience of someone or something can make one so aware of the faults as to be scornful. For example, Ten years at the same job and now he hates it familiarity breeds contempt . The idea is much older, but the first recorded use of this expression was in Chaucer's Tale of Melibee (c. 1386). So divorce …

eh. Well it was my pleasure attempting to enlighten you, however, I sleep well at night warning my sons and their friends to not ever get married. I tell them when they want to procreate move to another country. Best to pay for sex by the hour rather than by a share of your success like I did. So the way to read that is in the almost 7 in 1000 marriages that occur (note the major downtrend) 3.5 end in divorce. That's a little more than 50%. Second marriages end in divorce more often according to many sources as optimistic mates trying to combine families and continue to deal with the baggage from the first marriages.

I have news for you. The civilians are no better off.... half of all marriages are Jerry Springer episodes waiting to happen. The ones that stay together do so for fear of a financial debacle. Maybe dude ages gracefully while his wife falls away to a ton. Maybe he cheats maybe he doesn't. Typically the family stays in tact. Not so if man falls away to a ton and the woman gets hotter with age. It usually means divorce. Spread the word. Marriage is for suckers. It's a bet with half your income and…

Well more than half of all marriages fail. And if you have a son he'll likely get screwed for all his years of being a mule for a woman and her ungrateful kids. And if you have daughters they may get greedy some day and screw the wrong guy over. OJ Simpson? Yeah. Now you know the real story. Women in the work force and the internet has removed the barriers time and distance needed to find the next cock to jump on. In their 20's 80% of all women, it is estimated, are doing 20% of the guys, the alpha's, the Ghenkis Khans if we were set a 1000 years back or whatever. Feminism isn't killing marriage. Feminists were the unwitting victims of the powers that be that wanted to spur economic activity and break labor unions by getting them out of the house by convincing them they're missing out and outsourcing everything they did in the home. I've heard over half of males on the US National Sex Offenders list are those over the age of 18, 19, 20 dating girls 17 and younger but older than 14. It's just another example of government solving small problems with larger ones so lawyers can profit in that these young men's lives are now ruined as they will have trouble finding work and a place to live.

Just ask them how they're enjoying working and commuting 60 hours a week while their children are being raised by day care centers. Yeah we men have been holding them down and having all the fun. It's not their fault, they've been duped by a very effective government special interest group. The same ones who are trying to convince the gays they are missing out on marriage. Follow the money. Excuse the suckers who fall for the lies.

Instead of investing all his time working out getting repetitive motion syndrome and needing knee and hip replacements in the future, he could simply hire a prostitute. It certainly would have been cheaper for me to do so instead of settling in divorce court.

I'm new to this sub. From what I can see it contains many examples of the symptoms. Symptoms of the American disease called "There's more women than men who happen to vote more often, so law makers pander to them" So if you're wondering where does the pussypass come from? Why do men lose out in the family courts? You've been schooled.

"Men on Strike" by Dr. Helen Smith. See some sample interviews on /r/killmarriage If it's not enough to warn you don't get married or marry or move in with a woman with children, or let a woman cohabitate with you in your house, (you'll lose the house and the woman) read her book. Divorce Corp by the way is a great documentary to pick up as well. Marriage is a scam. So is the family court and child support rackets going on in the US.

We all pay for it one way or another, game or no game. Look at Tiger Woods. He's got a great game lol. Now he plays to pay off his high priced baby breeder. Shack? Paul McCartney? Mel Gibson? The average work a day joe six pack? We all pay for sex in the end. Though I've heard a stat that 20 % of men, presumably the alpha males are making it with 80% of the women. If prostitution were legal outside of the family courts, (sex isn't free men! you get the bill in family court) and men had the birth control pill, marriage would fade away into a distant memory like buggy whips and horseless carriage makers. Do you think the facts are compiled on everything? Do you think the government is going to compile data on how foolish it's own lawyer enriching laws are? You could take a statistical sample for yourself. Or, you could spread the word and when you run into a dopey 18 19 20 21 22 year old dating a 16 year old, slap him in the forehead and tell him to dump his jail bait girlfriend before he is relegated to living in a group home which by the way is another government run scam that pays its buddies…

It's like everything else. A few drunk drivers kill some people and that gives the system an excuse to arrest millions who didn't kill anyone for being a little over the limit. A few school shootings and it gives the system an excuse to create a body of law that trips up otherwise law abiding citizens with fines and arrest or worse, take everyone's guns away. Any contract is only worth what you're willing to spend to make it stick. So if you sign a contract and it means nothing to you whether it's enforced or not, but 20,000 to the other party, the other party will likely take you to court and spend the money litigating and possibly recover legal expenses. So in the case of my ex wife, it was a matter of alimony and since the legaleze had a couple minor defects when you consider another state's law, it was on me to spend 20 to 50,000 in order to save…

Think about it. One half of the population goes from being spoiled by Daddy as a child to being spoiled by the other half of the population during high school, to being spoiled by that same half throughout the whole bar scene and college years. So keep up the good work champ ! It is why divorce is so common. The spoiled half of the population spoiled by Daddy ends up marrying the other half of the population spoiled by Mommy.

All marriage is is a license for the government to redistribute your income, assets and children at a future date as they see fit. It could mean paying alimony for life or child support on a child not yours. Divorce is a $50,000,000,000 a year business in the US alone. What does that tell you ? Vegas wasn't built on winners either.

Evolutionarily speaking sex is for procreation. 67% of couples who have a baby describe their relationship as worse off after having a baby. (John Gottman, Baby Makes Three, 2008) Thanks Amelia for that tidbit. Evolutionarily speaking men don't lose their sex drive after a baby is born as a dandelion continues to spread its seed far and wide no matter how many take root. The female urge to procreate diminishes post pregnancy. Perhaps picks up again with time ?

The number 1 reason to not get married is the family courts. A marriage license is a license for the government to redistribute your income and assets and children at a later date as they see fit, and local county family courts are hostile to men. yeah the US Family court system is rouge and out of control. Title IV-D gives judges legal kickbacks for every dollar of child support they order. There's only one certainty in life, death and taxes. There's only one certainty in marriage, it's a financial contract that gives the government the right to redistribute your income, assets and children at a future date. Marriage doesn't guarantee you a loving relationship for 50 years. A loving 50 year relationship can be had without a piece of government paper that so often enriches lawyers to the tune of $50,000,000,000 a year. Your grandparents are from a bygone era.

In the Philippines the children are put to the father. The Philippines didn't want the children molested by the mother's new man. Apparently the US family courts don't care that children are being molested by step fathers, step brothers and baby mama transient boyfriends. I'm for preserving the American family unit too. My first notion was to abolish the family courts for they are the true cancer on society. And they profit from their little game to the tune of $50,000,000,000 a year. But that won't happen. Why ? Rather than joining the effort to abolish the United States family court system, I've come to the conclusion that by the time that pipe dream ever happens, if ever, the Women's movement, and as the majority of US population and voters, women, will have conveniently pulled the strings on their puppet politicians to change the laws that currently reward women for busting up their families for alimony, division of assets and child support. Have an open marriage and find love and romance outside the business contract (a.k.a. marriage) but don't force the kids back and forth between homes and subject them to potential harm. It's best to NEST. Here's an excerpt from that Economist article : "Marriage, the Fraying Knot" View thread J. Kemp Jan 9th 2013, 20:36 The main reason for men to avoid marriage --- and children…

Why toss labels out there ? How would a female be agreeing with me when I'm saying if you want to fly the coupe, leave your children behind with their biological father and forgo any child support payments ? Forgo taking the family's nest egg with you, the kids college funds. Would Tiger Woods Ex wife go for that ? No 750 million dollar pay day ? Ok, how often do women sexually molest an 8 year boy ? 1 in 10 million ? Compare that to how often a man molests an 8 year old girl, 1 in a million ? I…

I usually get called a misogynist so thanks for you contrary opinion. I don't hate men, I am one. I believe the family court system is a cancer on the American family unit, is responsible for the declining birth rate, (who's going to support us in retirement?) http://www.economist.com/blogs/democracyinamerica/2013/01/marriage-america and am promoting the concept of not rewarding women with child support for breaking up their families. So let the children stay with the father. Furthermore, I'm ap…

/r/MensRights30/01/14 07:46 PM

Step mothers don't have a penis do they ? They are not known to have sex with farm animals are they ? Women typically aren't as sexually charged would you not agree ? Who watches porn on the internet ? Men. It's priests molesting little boys not nuns. And if a step mother molests a 14 year old boy, who cares ? So yeah, I wouldn't want my 10 year old daughter living in a home with a strange man as I suspect my daughter was molested by a 17 year old step brother. I agree. Abolish the family court …
/r/MensRights30/01/14 07:46 PM

step mothers can't rape your daughters and I'd venture to guess a strange man is more likely to molest a child then that child's father. Women work right ? Equal rights ? Let the father hire a Nanny. OR perhaps just stay together to finish raising your kids and have an open marriage. Whatever ! But stop incenting women with cash annuities to bust up their families. The Phillipines by the way doesn't have a divorce industry for profit. There is no divorce. So people are left to work it out and fa…

Women get preferential treatment in the hiring process and if you've worked for a major corporation you'd agree they get promotions before men as well. So yeah, it's all about creating a fuss for profit. All of it in the name of saving the women and children. Right, my ass. These family courts are the self serving cancer on society. Would you care to guess how many of our children are molested when they're forced to go live with mother and her new man and family ? Who knows. But would you want y…

Right. Just what the system wants you to have to do, get a lawyer. F that. Make her sign a consent form and video tape it. Yeah alcohol is a depressant. I've actually heard of this happening to a friend of a friend's son. Don't do the drunk one night stand thing and screw the young twats, have sex with older women. They'll be more appreciate and what to keep you coming back for more. And men should be fighting to legalize prostitution. One way or another we pay for sex. Don't get married and don…

Better policy ? No major piece of legislation gets passed in the US unless it's a big sloppy wet kiss to the special interest group that wrote it. We have to discuss abolishing the family courts. And in the mean time, get the word out that marriage is a scam.
/r/MensRights30/01/14 01:43 PM

The family courts do more harm than good. Marriage is a farce to begin with, but in countries like the Phillipines, the people are left to their own devices to deal with it. No one receives cash incentives to bust up their families as they do in the US UK and Canada. Mankind has evolved quite nicely for over 100's of thousands of years without self serving family courts redistributing our income, assets, and children. You want to reduce big government ? I can't think of any other part of governm…

Well the docu-movie is coming out, Divorce Corp. by Dr. Drew. And yeah, I tell my sons, and their friends, and anyone within ear shot of me every where I go, don't get married, and prepare for all the baby mama drama you're going to deal with if you ever want or end up with children. America needs to get rid of these family courts with the stroke of a pen.
/r/MensRights30/01/14 06:13 AM

Men have been getting screwed by these tyrranical family courts since the late 60's. Look for Divorce American Style on Youtube. That's a 1967 movie. Watch the movie. It should have been taught in high school. I would have avoided buying a worthless prenup and not been the slave I've been for some stranger for the past 20 years.

Oh men's rights associations ? Dude we should be marching in the streets. These family courts are destroying families and rewarding women with cash prizes for doing so. And these women are oblivious to the dangers they're putting their children in or are too focused on how much they collect in child support. They're too blinded by their new romances to even consider their new men might be pedophiles !

We can thank the family courts too for the declining birthrates in America. Who wants to deal with them when 6 in 10 marriages fail and end up paying child support and vaginamony ? And paying child support on children not theirs ? http://money.cnn.com/2013/09/06/news/economy/birth-rate-low/index.html http://www.economist.com/blogs/democracyinamerica/2013/01/marriage-america Google all the articles about men being forced and jailed for not paying child support on kids not even theirs ! Dude, Mama drama will end YOU up in the slamma ! Don't be a fool. The justice system is just looking for a way to lock you up. Harmless marijuana ? Child support ? Domestic abuse ! yeah, google it. The laws are getting tweaked and tweaked in order to lock you up. Get a vasectomy and move back in with your parents. The only reason prostitution is illegal is because they want us to have to deal with these pain in the asses !

Ask him if women are the majority of the voting population in his school district, and or the majority of the voters who turn out. If he answers women and women, then you might as well say see you later and tell him you're planning a million man march in your state to raise awareness and urge all men to boycott marriage and family creation until the family courts are abolished. There is no reforming the system. It must be abolished for the sake of the American family unit. Tyranny ! Men who want…

The way men are treated in these family courts, throwing out prenups, forcing our children to live with strange men, the new men in our ex's lives without even so much as a suggestion that background checks be done. The family court system is described as the dark corner of the justice system and that is an understatement ! Imagine American society if they were abolished altogether ? I bet no one knew states get reimbursed with federal dollars for meeting child support administration goals. So the more child support being extorted out of men, the more states and counties receive to fund more extortion activities. This is why the high earner usually has the fight of his life to get his kids.

How come men get locked up for non payment of child support when women bare no risk even after having the 5th child she can't possibly support ? Where's the man's financial aid ? Women get heat and food assistance, more and more services, which is fine, but what about the men sitting in jail for child support ?

Did you hear about Dr. Drew's new docu-movie Divorce Corp. ? The trailer is on Youtube and the documentary is coming to a theater near you. All we as men can do in the mean time is boycott marriage and go outside the US and the UK to procreate. Maybe the majority of the population, women, who also are the biggest proportion of the voting population, who the puppet politicians pander to, will protest and help men get these family courts abolished.

Doesn't matter. The insidious family courts can pin child support on anyone they want, old room mate ? oh you married a woman with children and are now trying to get divorced ? Google the Presumption of Fathers act. The system is becoming more and more hostile towards men. It's time for another Million Man March, only on the state capitols. Black men and white unite !

There's two kinds of women, the kind that are crazy and the kind that are not crazy yet. Sounds like it will only get worse. The longer you stay with her the more you'll have to pay in alimony and such. Get a divorce and don't get married again. Two back packs. Travel light. Move in with a woman and get the hell out when you see the red flags popping up. I could have easily been divorced 3 or 4 times like most my buds. She'll hit you. You'll hit her. And you'll end up in jail. The government alw…

This country is fucked. I say men either need to get a pill to neutralize their sex drive or move to another country. Mankind experiences nothing but drama, exercises in futility, and money gone with the wind in dealing with women. And what happened to women not wanted to be treated as sex objects? If the Family Courts really cared about families, they'd make the parents stay together. But how would the lawyer profit ? The deterioration of the American family unit is due to no-fault divorce and women in the workplace, and day care centers, strangers raising our kids. So my proposal is noone gets a financial windfall in divorce. In the Phillipines for example, there is no divorce. This country should abolish the family court system. Instead, they bankrupt people fighting each other in court…

I supported my wife and daughters for 18 years till my Ex wife fell for a guy she worked with. He was three times divorced stranger she knew for a few months. My daughter was forced to live with a strange man because I didn't want to spend 50,000 to fight a custody battle because there was no guarantee I'd win. Long story short ? I would have stayed with my Mother and Father if I knew I was going to go through all this female drama. I warn my son and his friends as well. 6 in 10 marriages fail. …

Well here's what the typical male hears after the relationship fizzles. "I no longer love you, I want a divorce, I'm taking the children, I want alimony and child support and half of your assets, whether inherited or not" And "Yes, I'm going to make your daughters live with a strange man"
