Girl in the car: while staring at each other give a smirked smile and a nod as if an invitation for her to get out of the car, impress you are approachable and want her to do so. She does great, she doesn't walk away.

Girl on the sidewalk: not sure if that meant anything other than she's paying too much attention to her phone.

As for the cards: If you do have a job it's a great way to show worth rather than scribbling on paper or just typing into a phone. The cards, whether business or personal, give her something physical to associate with you. No, don't walk around the mall giving them out, and don't make the personal card about women or hooking up. Make the personal card somthing light and quirky which shows humor and confidence.

If they're anywhere near the wall, or have already hit it, you don't need any sort of fancy approach tactics.

At that point, they're just happy that somebody is paying attention to them. Assuming you've got a reasonable amount of SMV, just walk up and start talking. If you think about it any more than that, you're overcomplicating things.

Hand out business cards. "Hey I think you're hot. Call me if you want. Here's my card." That's what you say. But you have the right idea. Don't waste your time on chicks your age. If they don't have 3 or 5 kids by 22 they want them. What you really want is women with kids about to graduate high school and leave the nest. Catch them before they acquire 11 cats especially if you have allergies.

As far as the off topic thing, since you weren't with a group of guys yourself you made an easy target for the guys looking to prove something to their budds, that they're macho ball busters. That's why dudes join gangs both in jail and out. A good sense of humor will help you get into their click. Freek them out. Try to befriend them. Laugh if they reject you.
