My complaint is not about its simplicity or how detailed it is. Rather, I wanted to point out the hypocrisy when RP protests that "traditional" self-improvement advice is "too generic" while their own is full of buzz words and overly used phrases.

Exactly what bothers me about people pushing "eye-opening/liberating/revolutionary" RP theory. There are some good common sense advice that yes is generic but useful nonetheless, mixed with plenty of insecurity regarding female sexuality and the imaginary boogeyman of extreme feminism.

I am saying that few things from TRP are original or derived from a "RP philosophy". Taking those things and slapping an RP label on them does not make them "RP thought", but rather cheap diluted knockoffs of the original product.

One can have plenty of safe, consensual sex without having to be called a slut. And thanks for making sweeping generalizations about Western men's courage, it speaks volumes about your level of social intelligence.

I do live in reality, I just have standards as to what counts as treating other people with decency. And there are plenty of women out there who don't care about height or money or status or social skills, depending on their priorities and open-mindedness. Why do you choose to be so cynical and depressing rather than taking advantage of meeting all the great people out there?

I believe you're taking a lot of assumptions here with your lessons You assume that your daughter will be attractive enough to gain unwarranted favors (no disrespect to your attractive genes), which is a far stretch for the majority of women You assume that gender privilege mainly favors women, and doesn't help men in any way. From my experience, there are a significant number of advantages from being male and societal problems that we don't have to face on a day to day basis You assume that if …

I agree that most jobs are not empowering and that she should choose a career based on her passion, not a sales pitch given by certain industries. That being said, I don't agree with the notion that the only way to get "real empowerment" is from a creative profession. I work in a STEM field, for a tech company and let me tell you that this shit is amazingly empowering, given the scope and impact my work has on our company. And yes I do that Excel shit day in and day out among other things and I …

I think the list presented above is clear preparation for the real world. There is plenty of negativity in the world today, so you need to teach future generations how to stay positive and confident in themselves for them to succeed and achieve great things.

If we (that is to say women and other minorities, yours truly included) stayed away from certain industries until things were even, we would essentially be "waiting for a reddit OP to deliver" aka dead. I'm a firm believer in the phrase "if not now, when? if not us, who?"

Well considering we are talking about a hypothetical daughter, it would be "her". And no need to get all defensive on me, I appreciate your worries about my parental skills though. Nice looking out.

I find hard to believe you'd be a good father if you consider all women to be easily exploitable. Sounds to me like you'd never see her as an equal and that could lead to problems down the line.

Research lesbian relationships? ...Because they are a mess? Really? Not sure if ignorant or just homophobic. In any case: Its funny because all those authors of great works were either MGTOW that have nothing to do with women or just as much players as we are. Well that is a huge generalization, that is definitely not supported by academic evidence. Nope. I already have a good approximation on what is going on inside their heads. So far my experience says its accurate. So you're saying you're a …

The multitude of works in art, philosophy, and literature that questions our purpose and existence, wonders how much we can truly achieve over the past millenia is a great exhibit of evidence that humankind is more than just basic needs and generalizations. There is a universe of needs, wants, desires, and ambitions from different person out there so it is belittling and awfully ignorant to try to package them up in a poorly made box of "behavioral patterns". And I don't think TRP has truly foun…

And with that they can gain more self-confidence and greater internal motivation to overcome adversity. Great point.

I am of the belief that as long as you are not harming anyone with your sex life, or hurting yourself emotionally, then no one should give a flying fuck (ha) about your sex life. Teaching safe sex is an utmost priority because no one should be transferring diseases.

Humans (both men and female) are inherently complex. As much as some men try to dumb themselves down to "keep his stomach full and his balls dry" baseline standards, there is a lot more necessary to achieve happiness and overall satisfaction with your life. And I definitely don't think learning how to seduce each and every man is easy for the majority of women. There are plenty of shy girls out there to testify against the "fucking easy" part of seducing men.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/14 07:04 PM

Uh...what if they just cook a lot and gain weight anyway? That lesson would be in vain then.

/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/14 07:00 PM

I definitely agree with a lot of this! Soul-searching is overrated to me for the vast majority of people. My main beef is that, yes, while it is unfair and the standard now, this is why we need to work to change that discriminatory way of viewing women. It's life but it's not eternal. And there is definitely nothing wrong for teaching there to be emotional value to sex. I personally view sex as a physical act that can carry emotional weight, but it does not necessarily have to.

Besides the external promotion (which I don't care to read), care to explain why these aren't good lessons for future generations of daughters?

I was more concentrating on the part "any man she wants". While I'm sure you could give plenty on your personal insight of the world, that sounds unrealistic if you think your knowledge will assure her any guy of her choosing. Set up for lots of heartbreak.

I will definitely include "do what makes you happy" as a great addition to the list. And no one said anything about "forcing" anyone into any field. If I ever have a daughter that wanted to do STEM, she would have my blessing and my encouragement. If she didn't, she would't have to. I don't think the disappointment to one's career is something unique to feminism. I mean the first one is reasonable advice if she absolutely wants a natural born child. Fortunately, adoption, fertilization techniques, and even surrogates may alleviate the pressure should she want both an advanced career and a child. As for the second one, what is "slutting around"? It doesn't sound healthy to use shaming/guilt tactics to keep her "pure" to arbitrary standards.

It just feels sometimes when I read RP stuff like I'm reading about a whole different universe than the one I exist in. A-freaking-men to that my man. That is exactly how I feel many times reading over RP material. I absolutely agree that, past high school, I have never felt taken advantaged of by any woman and they (being women 18+ in all stages of life) have always been normal decent human beings. Some better than others, some worse but all in all pretty good in my book. There has never been a…

Well first I never refer to them as "spinning plates". They are human beings with names and not to be symbolized simply as a dining room objects you know? My success comes from being honest and upfront, and caring about those I'm seeing. By keeping communication open and letting her know how you feel about a situation then you can easily navigate through a lot of issues. If RP can incorporate that with the respect of all women, then I'm game to subscribe immediately.

While you're absolutely right that I'm blessed with a supportive family, the funny thing is that in my family (both maternal and paternal) the women call the shots. My mother, my grandmothers, my aunts, my older girl cousins - all of them are successful college graduates that have had ridiculous success in their careers, education and families. So you can imagine my shock and skepticism when I first encountered RP philosophy that dictates an overwhelming "masculine" influence. All the men in my …

I don't necessarily think myself "above" the Red Pill. I consider myself not a part of it. To me it represents emotional fallacies and half-baked pseudo-science about men and women. I raise these issues to discuss how some men can achieve their goals without it, and if maybe it doesn't have as much a positive effect as its proponents may preach.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/14 09:24 PM

I agree with you on all those points. Social human behavior is hard to quantify and even harder to analyze. I guess the key is in continuing to strive for answers. To make life a little more comprehensible.

I find your ability to advocate both research based science and "meh life is like that" ambiguity amazing. As for me, I am huge supporter/learner from the former, and not a patient man when it comes to the latter.

I actually am hoping against that conclusion. I don't think I'm otherworldly talented and/or intelligent. I'm smart and capable, sure maybe even above the average person, but I believe that there are plenty of equally talented and successful men and women all over the world. It's the pointless rat race of life. And here is the biggest divide between you and me. I don't believe it is pointless, nor do I think life is a rat race. I agree that the amount of work you put into life is proportional to your expectations and personal standards you have for yourself. That being said, I currently have consistent sex, from multiple girls, at the same time, with clear and respectful communication of our feelings and intentions. That is one of the main reasons I bring these questions for TRP, I don't think it is the definitive way to achieve these same results for all men.

I don't necessarily think I'm "above the truth" but I am doing exactly the opposite to avoid a brainwashable brain. I am questioning a popular way of thought (among the subscribers of TRP) with introspective critiques on its claims that it serves men everywhere. I am a man and my personal experience runs counter to the majority of RP guidance and theories. Why should I roll over and accept a "truth" that I have only read about in the depths of a dark corner of the internet? Why would I allow mys…

I don't know which examples you speak of. Also, I was merely expressing my sincere doubts in your example of a "hot-right-now" social media app as an excellent looking glass into modern social behavior and the existence of RP philosophy. Mainly because it is: dependent on the school environment (Greek or non-Greek majority? Urban or rural?). not all colleges are the same in terms of parties and attitudes. limited to a choice campus population. I doubt that the yik-yak user population of a colleg…

But TRP argues that any moderately good looking girl can get a sexual partner like snap that with little to no effort. Your last point counters that line of thinking.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/14 06:44 PM
4

Very true points about anecdotal evidence. But then I would ask about how can we truly tell that someone is truly happy with their situation? The same principles apply to the FRs and rants on TRP. For all intents and purposes, those guys could be exaggerating their success, making themselves out to be the hero when in reality they are to blame for all their problems, etc, etc. So you see an inherent problem with verifying the applicability and success of this school of thought.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/14 06:43 PM

Yik yak really? From what I can tell it is mostly childish college bros asking about parties or bragging about who banged who and who drank how much the previous night.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/14 06:36 PM

I never said it was limited to males. I merely pointing out great life advantages we have in the Western world. These examples were made to counter the general thought process that "life is extremely tough for a man" when we literally have the world at our fingertips if we want to grasp it.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/14 06:34 PM
3

Then again, I guess you could argue they're not betas at all, but they also don't utilize the type of stuff TRP advocates because they've never needed to. Exactly my point. So I am investigating further into this fact. Maybe men don't really need TRP if there are strategies that exist that work as well. And maybe we believe that only a handful of men can use these strategies when in reality it's not a question of status, but of knowledge. Perhaps greater education and open-mindedness is the key …

I would contribute that to different skills and attributes of each individual. Also, I question his ultimate leading abilities; it seems he had some inner-held insecurities and self-esteem issues to become that needy. Additional question: are you saying that the only way to be "alpha" is to stand up to women?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/14 06:20 PM

I personally believe that we all need to recognize and support feminism. But that is another discussion for another day, I want to focus on the initial question; RP's applicability to the male population. I suppose I'm trying to approach this question from a sociological data perspective. Who are the most likely candidates to subscribe to TRP? And why? Is it their: number of sexual partners level of income level of education IQ profession and so on and so forth that draw them to this area of tho…

/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/14 06:07 PM

interesting because I don't like the whole "alpha"/"beta" dichotomy and yet by this definition I'm a natural leader. Weird.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/14 05:59 PM

Meh okay. So the author wants to date inconsiderate bad boys and finds the "sensitive guys" boring. To each their own. Yet it is very narrow minded to think that "modern women" lack the capacity for hard work and sacrifice based off a blogger post on Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez. Talk about hyperbole. Also! I have never seen it as "white knighting", merely calling out someone for their inappropriate behavior. For me it deals with the fact that if you disagree with someone's behavior towards another, male or female, you have every right to support and say "not cool" to abusive/discriminatory behavior. If you're going to act like a bitch, then you should treated like a bitch.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/08/14 11:36 PM

Totally read that one. Of course 'inappropriate places' is up to the discretion of the woman, but she does clarify her action is because a lot of guys can't take a simple 'no' and complain and beg. So not her main default. As for the replies I agree with this one: I wouldn't call it cruel if you're being really harsh in order to shut down some creep, or as a response to a guy harassing you. In fact, I find it really frustrating that women are so socialized to be accommodating to men that we feel…

Awww mannnnn, it's ruined. We were doing so well with the funny anecdotes and relatively misogynist-free environment. For the sake of debate: women are not vampires of male gains. It is pretty narcissistic to believe that is what every woman wants out of you. I'm sure all the women of the world can do well without.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/14 03:46 PM

Unless a person is too sensitive, I doubt anything that isn't obviously offensive would get any woman riled up like that. "Thinking" something might be funny doesn't give carte blanche to say whatever is on your mind. Even comedians know you don't start off with your filthiest joke, you have to warm up the audience.

And a master key will eventually rust and break as well. Like I said, objects aren't the best things to compare human sexuality to. That scenario is so highly circumstantial that we could write a whole extended universe on it. Imagine that the female 6 is smarter than all the guys at the bar, so they are intimidated and creeped out by her. No sex for her. Maybe our male 6 is an amazing charmer and knows how to spot the single, horny ladies at the bar. Sex for him on a frequent basis! Trying to i…

Well that metaphor is pretty sexist (considering you pretty much used objects to shame female sexuality) but I have heard of a good one too: A pencil that gets sharpened too much is eventually reduced to nothing. A pencil sharpener that can sharpen tons of pencils is a great pencil sharpener. This one too is hypocritical but exists for a reason as well. Not meant to be leading at all, I was sincerely asking to understand how /u/an_absolute_rose defined sluts and who he chose to interact with. There's a difference between dating and basic human respect in interaction, or 'validation' as he was referring to it. You have no obligation to date anyone, but I believe everyone deserves mutual respect regardless of their sexual history.

As a guy, I don't agree with that first point because I frankly don't care. That stuff is in the past. She may have had some questionable partners but so have I! I have been multiple casual relationships and have "slept around" so I consider it highly hypocritical to X a girl simply because she was doing the exact same thing. I don't understand why we have to label girls that have sex with that term though. First off, the label is very vague; just who is a slut? Is it the girl that had a ONS? A couple of FWBs? Slept with three different friends? It is really unspecific and shaming to female sexuality. If a woman wants to have sex, why is it a big enough deal to be tagged with a rude name for it? Why can't she just have sex whenever, with whoever, however she wants without dudes judging her for it?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/08/14 06:00 PM

Okay, I get what you're saying. I didn't like the way you initially put it, but yeah no forcing/consensual sex = cool with me. My next question would be about validation. Do you not consider a girl worth human interaction if you view her as a "slut"?

Channing Tatum can sleep with whoever he wants to (I mean, just look at him, the dude looks like a Greek sculpture) and I have no problem with it. My beef is with the terminology "taking advantage of". When you take advantage of someone, the situation isn't mutually agreed upon and one party is abusing their power over the other. Not cool in consensual sex.

Apart from the "taking advantage" statement - that just sounds creepy, why would a virgin be better for marriage?

Never been in a situation where I had to fear this possibility. I have never thought about it because every girl I slept with it was clear to her and myself that we both wanted to sleep with one another. Respectful, consensual, and fun - it's the way that my hookups have gone. If a girl ever said "No" or "not tonight", then that was that. If she was drunker than I was, then nope straight to bed and maybe have sex in the morning. I have honestly never feared women like that because I have never g…

A small note because it has been mentioned various times already: the 2013 study about men getting less sex when they perform chores is interesting in its rebuttal, BUT (and it's a pretty big one, I can not lie) the linked articles clearly state that the marriage data is from 1992-1994. There lies another debate about how much has marriage really changed in a decade. Something to think about as well and can very well hinder its applicability to the here and now. Carry on as you were.

Well in the case where the woman was at fault, simple, "are too common" doesn't apply at all. It is not common, in fact, like you said I wouldn't have known if you haven't linked me to it. That's how rare the "false accusation" situation is! She was absolutely in the wrong and fortunately was found out and the guy was never charged. The justice system won a good one that day. When someone is beaten to a pulp and scarred physically and emotionally, am I supposed to poke holes in their story and express doubt? If so, I don't know what subzero level of empathy you've been playing the game of life with. By dismissing her account on the incident, you are simply confirming how you view her as a person - unreliable and not meriting concern. Damn, that's cold. Grow a few heart sizes faux-Grinch. You say "people" in general but again, the only individuals who raise such questions/worries are TRP followers. No one else. My associations stretch from the Third World to the 1%ers, so I am fairly sure I don't blind myself to the issues of today. Nice try reading me, but I'm a little more complex than that. I highly doubt "virgin-shaming" and "gay-shaming" as you call it are a) prevalent or b) a national problem for men. Your first comparison and your biological example make no sense. ¯_(ツ)_/¯ "Cheating cunts"? Really dude? Hide your contempt for women a little better man. That's a poor comparison because BDSM is a flavor of sex can take and, like you said, doesn't go hand in hand. One must open that door before it appears in the bedroom. Meanwhile, pregnancy is never separated from sex. The very act of sex is biological in nature and always a possibility when intercourse is had. The only way to completely remove its presence is removing the reproductive capacities of either party. And even that fails sometimes! And I will have to intensely disagree with this stat…

I'm glad I don't know or associate with any "more masculine" men then, because that shit is weak. If my friend told me he didn't want to have sex with a girl that's his business, none of mine. As for females that call you "faggot", they are terrible people and clearly not mature enough to respect your decisions. Doesn't mean at all that society (or the grand majority of females) disregards male decisions towards sex. You do realize that the Jennifer Gaubert-like case is so rare and unique that i…

The difference is the context of modern day society. If a guy doesn't want to have sex with a gal then he do anything from walking out to saying "fuck off" without worrying about the repercussions. In fact, no one would raise an eyebrow about his refusal. Women on the other hand, are hounded and pestered even after their refusal. They are "leading him on" and they "owe him at least a bit" and therefore are more often victims of rape in that context. (Most) Women will respect a man's refusal to b…

You do have a choice, it's called not having sex with that woman and/or getting a vasectomy. The man will never have to undergo the physical burdens along with the monetary ones of carrying a child so that privilege naturally sways all sexual interactions in favor of the guy. You're never going to get pregnant so you don't have to worry about it. As for rape, I feel sorry that you simplify a truly terrifying and emotionally scarring experience into a simple matter of "regret and lying". That's p…

I don't see the double standard there at all. When a woman decides to abort a pregnancy, that is a heavy decision that is ultimately her own because she is making a decision regrading her body, not the potential child. When a woman decides to carry a pregnancy to term, then there is an obligation on both parties involved because both parties were responsible for its creation. Every time you have sex, you should be held responsible for the potential consequences regarding a born child. TL:DR - it…

The application of social justice doesn't incorporate persecution of the group in power. The people blocking those advances usually are the ones making it appear that way. Notable examples are women winning the right to vote (no persecution of men), desegregation of US schools (no persecution of white people), and granting the right to an abortion (no persecution of men).

Just because dresses are uncommon doesn't make the women in your area any less feminine. I personally dislike being told what "real men do" or "this what an alpha/manly/dominant man does" (because fuck that noise, I do and like what I want) so I can imagine the same goes for women as well. And yet you're the only one questioning the validity of u/OfSpock's comment. The evidence is there, I asked about nice guys and she mentioned her husband was nice and married him. Ample enough evidence I'd say to determine a) they are still together, b) she then said she dislikes assholes, and c) she supported my viewpoint. Why is that so hard to understand? Or is her opposing life experience threatening to you in some way?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/14 12:53 AM

So you're saying that because people may choose the wrong partner and wind up divorced, then we as humans are not suited for marriage? That's a large leap in logic my rosy pill counterpart.

I will also remind you that countering every opposing argument is the very spirit of "debate". /r/PurplePillDebate19/07/14 12:13 AM

Where does the assumption that "courting her won't get her attention" come from? Men have been taking women out on dates for a long time, and, at least for that date time span, they have her attention.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/14 12:11 AM
2

What about "alpha" getting sex, then refusing to give the attention she needs/wants, she eventually cheats on him with another guy who's 100x more considerate and compassionate. Totally the case in my experience.

You do realize that just because we are suited for something doesn't mean it'll just "happen naturally"? Plenty of athletes were "suited" to be world champions, but they messed up or slacked off and ended up with nothing. There is always a lot of work involved and self sacrifice in building a family, that many people fuck up at one point or another in a marriage.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/14 12:08 AM
6

Certainly! Because you do realize we are on an Internet forum where we have only one another's text to rely right? My intention coming here was to see if I could spot the next subscriber to r/exTRP, because it's always nice to see people coming back to the light. Besides no need to get all emotional simply because I defended a woman on her right to give an opinion without needing to justify it.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/14 11:20 PM

I find this baffling/ridiculous because I have lived in cities the last 7 years of my life and have not encountered this rudeness in city women. Where are going slash what are you doing to get this backlash?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/14 11:08 PM
1

Attraction isn't a choice? I would definitely disagree with that. There are attractive qualities in every person if you look hard enough. And a lot of times, we can swayed in our opinions by interacting with that person. We can choose to be more open minded and tolerant, not everything is sudden and instantaneous.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/14 11:05 PM
2

Don't you think you just have bad taste in choosing hookup partners? In both incidences, you got with girls that went through bad breakups, not entirely healed and still very emotionally raw - there is nothing you can really do when you are the rebound, just wait around and see if you stick. I think you should be nice and courteous to a gal that is free, single, and not suffering the emotional backlash of a hard separation. That way you have more of her attention.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/14 11:03 PM

It's also a bit of a fallacy to assume that "a lot of people aren't fit for marriage". As a society and species, we have developed marriage/union of partners in all cultures throughout every part of our human history. We were bred and designed for marriage brosef.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/14 10:58 PM
5

There isn't anything factual or scientific about it. It's just - why do you choose him? She says because he was nice. Then it was because he was nice.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/14 10:53 PM
6

It's perfectly relevant because I was asking about guys who got the girl and were nice and polite - which is exactly what she is describing. And actually she doesn't to demonstrate anything dude, her opinion stands as is - she doesn't like assholes and she chose her husband from his polite behavior.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/14 09:08 PM
1

Glad to hear. So even if you were one in a million, that means you have at least 3,418 other women who hate assholes.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/14 09:05 PM
2

Then we are merely working on the speculation that there might be terpers that find "unicorns"? That doesn't sound rational or logical to me at all man.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/14 08:56 PM
3

I would call bullshit on the statement "women hate men that treat them well". Plenty of women on Reddit and in the non-online world will rave about the awesome considerate things their SOs do for them. Rarely have I ever heard something about "oh he's such an intriguing douche, I love him so". Usually if your girlfriend/FWB is calling you a huge douche, that's when she is packing her bags out of the relationship and flirting with the new guy in her life.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/14 08:55 PM

Boom niceness success. Now here's the question: would he had been even more appealing had he not been so polite, say, more asshole-ish?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/14 08:53 PM

Totally a possibility. But then is every "alpha" doomed to a lonely and childless bachelor life because he couldn't lock down any girl permanently?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/14 08:21 PM
1

So if you are nice and you get laid, then she didn't really want you? Did she just fuck you to fill in some gap in her schedule?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/14 08:19 PM

That description was hilarious, definitely brought a well defined image to mind. But isn't "being alpha" trying to impress them as well? Because all that lifting, money, accomplishment, self-confidence, IDGAF attitude serves one purpose...to impress her that you have your shit down and make her interested.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/14 08:17 PM

Damn son, that's a lot of insults towards the general female population. How are they self entitled, narcissistic, and psycho by the way? In my years in "the game", definitely have never felt that way about women here in the US. They're pretty awesome, given the sexual freedom that modern cities and college campuses allow.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/14 08:13 PM

I only ask about the "alpha" guy (damn these binary terms annoy me), because I usually doubt any accounts that come from the TRP that describe a happy healthy relationship between a terper and his gal. Haven't been informed otherwise given the present evidence.

/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/14 07:45 PM

Yeahhh I don't anyone would associate begging on your knees with being nice. That would be labeled as whiny from here (the US, where I'm posting) to Australia.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/14 07:44 PM

That would lead me to believe that if the so-called "alpha" is there for the fucking and not around for the courting, then there is little chance he'll end up with the girl permanently. Sure you can bang a girl with little to no attention, but dating her is another story.

You can't let the approval of others and the so-called social proof you are building in these places define you or your view of yourself. As you can tell from this experience, the moment someone doesn't give you attention and you feel an immense amount of angst and personal rejection. It's a tricky situation. For the most part, I find flirting/conversing with drunk people when I'm sober to be too much of a chore due to their low attention span. I would suggest staying at an approximate similar level of drunkenness as the girl you are flirting with. If you really want to pursue this particular girl, get her phone number to text her later. Word of caution though: this is also flimsy because she not even remember you or giving out her number if she is that drunk.

Exactly. Charming to me is the ability to both flatter and tease, to make the other party comfortable in conversation. You joke, argue, and flirt to the point that your listeners hang on to your every word to find out what comes next. Charm is the direct result of having both confidence and enough social awareness to pick up on the listener's expressions and body language.

Always have something planned for conversation! As canned and artificial as it may sound, when you are starting out it is always easier to have a mental list of preplanned conversations that both maintain a flirty atmosphere and show her that your life is awesome. Your conversation topic should show her that you are a) a man of action and decision and b) she would greatly benefit from being a part of your life.
