I'd be all for it if the "choice" part of pro-choice would be extended to men. As a rule, I try not to focus on women's rights as a way to improve men's rights. It just doesn't work. But my solution to this problem would be to only allow births that have the consent of both biological parents. It's truly a 50/50 split then. Both parents have a trump card. False rape claim numbers seem like a really easy number to skew. How exactly do you confirm a fake rape allegation? The only real way I can see is to verify that the two people were in two different places at the same time. Or that the one who was raped actually says they were lying. I remember when I was a kid, they chalked up bullying from a girl at school under "she likes you". In my childlike innocence, I felt flattered and figured I'd show her how much I "liked her back". I was almost suspended until the teacher realized it was her fault for giving me stupid advice. I've been through this before. I had video evidence that I showed my boss and HR of a co-worker that wronged me. I wrote letters and left messages not mentioning my race. Nada. At the FIRST mention of the Urban League, my boss's boss came down to settle it. For OP, I recommend that he be willing to go all the way with a threat like that though.
