Can anyone explain why judges always make judgements in favor of the woman instead of the parent actually raising the children? Exwife refuses to get a job that pays. Meanwhile he raises the kids without any assistance from her and works 2 jobs to support hem. She's the very definition of a Deadbeat parent (she doesn't exercise visitation, attend their school functions, rarely calls or texts them. And of course DOES NOT PAY CHILD SUPPORT!). But she was just awarded more alimony bc of this new guideline. Why don't courts try to use any common sense!? She intentionally lives beyond her means, lives a life style better then when they were married, and now has more income for her household than the custodial parent and 3 kids. What is wrong with this system?
