LSD can be detected in a urine test for 2-4 days after last use, in a blood test for 6-12 hours after last use, and in a hair test for up to 90 days.

Make sure the school has you listed in the call list, verify it, test it. I had the same problem. If they don't cooperate, go up the flag pole. I was frustrated and sent a group email to the district Superintendent. They are politicians and don't want negative crap, they sent me to the next level below them, which was the executive administer, they are the Principles direct boss. She called me into a meeting at their office with the school's principle. I vented with an audience. I get texts, pho…

You posted on here using the term Incel and whined about people's political beliefs. You are obviously in a lot of pain and your situation sounds miserable. This is your choice. Only advice i'll give is: change your worldview. Don't look through a polarized lens. Don't insult your fellow brothers and expect to be treated with mutual respect. Incel is an awful term used to quickly stigmatize and dismiss another human. As a father we are tasked with affording and fostering self confidence and self…

Be selfish. Most of us compromised our hobbies, friends and general interests to please our ex's. The quiet bugged the shit out of me. Something is missing in my life. What is wrong? I was married/co-habited for 12 years. I'm nine years divorced and still its weird. Pavlovian catharsis. I was conditioned to look to her for approval and acceptance. I was conditioned to ask her first. I was conditioned, they like to call it training. It takes time to remove that conditioning. I even found I was se…

Don't give up bro. My ex started dating a dude. She pushed my kids on him, actually sent them on icecream dates. I was adamant about meeting him. I met him and let him know "Under no fucking terms that he would replace me in my daughters lives. PERIOD." I reminded him that my ex and I had trouble concieving our first child and I had had to pump several gallons of cum into my ex in order to concieve. My ex's hormones prevented her from concieving at first and when she took a supplement, we got a …

You are not alone. I felt my family law courtroom was designed straight out of the wizard of Oz. Judge was a short old man whom sat on his throne. His desk/podium was atleast 20' plus higher then me. Very intimidating, like arguing with god. The processes are antiquated. The courts use fax and certified male for most document transmittal processing. I fought hard to get a basic deal (weekends/holidays/scraps). I was most surprised that more focus was placed on child support amounts rather then t…

Sorry bro. I find it wild how men that are struggling with their partners, confide with their divorce buddies. Are they trying to commiserate or is a pressure release ? I think the later, guys aren't allowed to vent or its held against them so we keep it inside. Safe rides to you!

I gave up many of my interests to please my ex. It only created contempt and lead to our split. The biggest perk of singularity is this type of freedom. Looking back, I was more attracted to her sexually and was focused on a maternal partner ( I wanted a family). Shared interests are very important too. Having something to keep you interested in one another outside of the bedroom. Have you suggested him inviting her? Is it jealousy or control. My ex was more in the control camp. I think she had …

My progressive sister, tried setting me up with a dude at a party she was throwing. I'm not gay, just divorced. He had just came out and I guess she wanted me to try? We still don't talk anymore (my choice). A good friend whom remarried for the 3rd time, keeps telling me, "I need a good woman". Yet, most of our conversations are him complaining about her and her kids. His new wife keeps sending me photos of her "single" obese co-workers in attempt to "help me". I'll wait for something more organ…

You are welcome. Just got off the phone with my 16 and 14 year olds. I stay involved in their lives. I don’t miss a thing. Invest your time daily with your kiddos, it’s worth it. I saw comments on here about the contrary. Don’t ever stop trying, ever. The conversations are very valuable to me too. It’s not just for them. Provide an opportunity to connect, participate and stay connected. If you want your kids in your life after they turn 18 you need to invest your time now. Best wishes, never giv…

I bought both of my daughters tablets with skype installed. Facetime is a lovely thing too. Its challenging to keep young kids engaged in a conversation without the video. I call them everyday, have it written into my judgement. Call them everyday, even if it is for 5 seconds. Im 9 years in.

Good tools help. I’ve slowly upgraded all my hardware over the years. I just got the $40 Dutch oven on Amazon. Better knives help too. I was a crock pot guy for years, but it’s nice to have the old cauldron going. Build your spice arsenal whenever you can. Pot roasts was my best starter meal. Real easy. Get a good roast. I Understand that: The only constant in life is change. I'll give you that. But , the rest of what you wrote is a bit weird. No offence is English a second language to you? Im having problems understang what you are saying. 1.What is a minority for women? 2.What is the difference between a man and a human? How do you plan to enforce the plan, since I have no choice? Depends on the size of the group of friends. One on one most men don’t fuck with each other. Get us in large groups, out comes the dumb. Somebody is getting punched in the nuts; no matter what age. Ahhh. TMFA: too many fucking acronyms. ;) Best advice: stay busy, control what you can. Workout like a beast, stay sober, maintain your health. Don’t seek legal advice from strangers. Pay an attorney for an hours advice. Cost you about $300-400. Document everything. Prepare for the worst. Vent on here. Stay in control of your reactions. Ice man, sly as a fox. Be good to yourself, stay single. Focus on you.

Well said. I think we are prone to comfort by familiarity. I’ve had many racial experiences in my life. I grew up in a military town and through my work travelled extensively to Asia (S. Korea, Japan and China). They are painfully racist. I was refused many places, ignored at cabs, yelled at, spit at ( I rushed that punk) and had random people come up and take selfies with the “Gaijin”, the dirty word for foreigner “other”. There is a reason why they added don’t covet to the 10 commandments. Do not waste your life wanting what others have. It’s wasted effort. You end up devaluing yourself. I disagree, I believe this sub is Men’s Rights. Race should not be a subcategory. People that require that and see it’s necessity, should focus on that social dynamic separately. These were boys not men. What they did is great. And they should be praised and rewarded. I think this was a miss post. I’m multi ethnic and find the race identify politics are decisive. If you have to specify your race this is the wrong place for that.

Daddy said knock you out! This man was protecting his family. Kids need to learn consequences. That young lady got her first lesson.

I agree, we need to control the message. I fucking love how Jordan Peterson is always calm, yet the words coming out are like cannon fire. By using easy insults we are just giving them fuel. Control the message, calm, deliberate and not using the easy, “Fuck you, ya fat cunt”, let them squirm and lose control. It’s quite satisfying. The PC term is morbidly obese or just obese. Using their terms is almost as effective, burns twice; so to say. A morbidly obese feminist. Rather than Fat, ugly, man …

Avvo.com, google search. Read the reviews. The logical one was a woman, she also gave me insight into specific female strategy. Taught me abit about family law. As in if your ex found a firm that likes conflict; you are in for a battle. They make money every time they send forms. And they find need to send forms. You don’t know if they are pro quo, or it’s her, as in they aren’t charging her , because they are helping her target you and can charge you for her legal fees. It’s fucked up. I’m not …

Sounds like my ex and your soon to be ex would be homies. Similar tactics. I’m still fighting for my rights, it continues to be a struggle; it’s a power struggle, woman tend to use their femininity to show weakness and inability to procure income in court. When in reality they are masters of manipulation and are not reasonable when it comes to decision making. A healthy relationship is 50/50, dictatorships will fail. I found my spine and voice and continue to use it. Hoping things get better is …

So I have to laugh, I was offended by your comment in my post. I decided to look at your profile and postings. Since you took the time to try and summarize me, I decided to try and look at your perspective. Why you think it’s ok for a woman to comment on a Men’s discussion. It looks like your fiancé dumped you 9 months ago and all you do is write about your pain and suffering. I’m sorry for your pain. I’m sure waking up every day feeling unwanted and unloved is hard. I had tough break ups when I…

Yes. I never realized how damaging it can be to go through divorce. The risk is too high for men. Women can have children without men involved. This has diminished our value. Fathers are undervalued. Divorced fathers have a lowered value in social hierarchy. 50% of marriages result in divorce. I think as a requirement, before getting married. Both men and women should be required to observe divorce court proceedings and juvenile court proceedings. To show where you more than likely will be after…

Thanks for making me feel like shit. Great way to start my day. I hope you feel better having judged me. Honestly, I came on here to get advice from other men.

Thank you. I have made a lot of mistakes, but have found some small victories. I’m sorry for you to join the club. Document her behavior, research your judge, and prepare for war. Act like nothing is happening before you pull the trigger. Keep in control of your emotional state at all times. Just repeat to yourself, “Anything can and will be used against YOU in a court of law”. If you want to get more time with your kids and custody, you need to have your shit together. As well as give the appea…

Volunteer like a champ at their school. It’s neutral territory and you have every right to be there. It’s not the individual one on one time, but it’s something. The kids will love your participation as will the teachers. Plus you get to develop a relationship with the school not filtered by mom. Open up communication networks, email, school website, soccer mom group emails. A lot of teachers blog. There are apps that show daily progress, pictures , assignments. Ironically, most of the time it’s…

Thank you, very kind words. It’s nice to hear from others on the same boat; misery loves company ;) A club neither of us would wish on another. In all seriousness, yes, please, share. It’s a new year. Time to try new shit. I’m reaching out. Shame and forced humility are heavy from this experience. My skin is thicker and fuck it right, I get overwhelmed and as a coping mechanism I withdraw. I work with a lot of divorcees and married and it’s not always positive to communicate; plus I feel I creat…

Dude, go back to court and modify the agreement to get what you want. Document and use her “inconsistent” behavior. Courts like stability. You have a right to have traditions and holidays too, not influenced by mom. To get a motion for change. Stress the mom’s last minute decisions. It show she is “uncooperative”, key words. I went through a similar situation , now have a better, not ideal, but better parenting plan then original. It’s a gamble, I got more time, but pay more child support... The…

Holy shit, “routine” methodology was used on me too. My ex always interrogates my kids post a visit. Another word I hate is “Visit”, how the Fuck do you visit your kids, when you active parent. I prefer Calling it my parenting time. I define my parenting time, fight brother. It’s your right. Words matter and phrasing matters. Don’t let them normalize this insanity. Parental Alienation (research it) is seeded by a mother constantly showing and acting concern about the father. Scrutinizing minuscu…

Sorry brother, you stay strong too. I said to my ex, I’ll leave with what I brought into the marriage I didn’t fight over anything material. Total loss from the fees and being forced to sell in 2010 when the market was shit. I lost about $100k, not bragging. Bought the house for $425 2k sqft), sold for $350... tried to get her to wait till market came back. Eight years later she just bought one half the size for $410, supposedly her income hasn’t increased. Might just be the $2k a mo I pay in CS…

Stay strong, document daily. I’ve noticed though ... over the years my ex became a better mom after my continual aggressive monitoring of her behavior. I brought my kids home to their mom after a Christmas visit. She wasn’t home. I found her loaded at a party. I took the kids to the police station and waited for her. She had a friend drive over. You could tell she showered and drank a bottle of Scope. Had the cops witness... and they turned it on me! WTF, they said I was holding the kids and she…

I wish we could do that here, Oregon... There is zero accountability on their end. My ex claims she is limited by her degree and being a woman. Tax free money with zero accountability. I work hard; shouldn’t the kids get to enjoy that with me? I earned it. It’s not like I don’t already spend every penny I have when I’m with them. I just get to see pictures of her in Mexico or in her new house with them. “Win the super bowl, go home in a Hyundai” I think recipients of child support should have a …

Sorry brother, let’s help each other, or at least try. My judge insulted me and basically just spoke to my ex’s attorney. Hardest shit I’ve ever gone through. In Oregon the judges desk seat is poised about 20 feet above you. It’s visually intimidating. My judge insulted me, flirted with my ex and used every opportunity to marginalize me. I could barely talk, but preserved. Left confused and needed to go outside and have a smoke. Walking down a stair well I walk past him. He looked terrified and …

I appreciate your comment and kinds words. However, I respectfully disagree. I have taken the high road. I’m just getting sick of taking it in the ass. My favorite band Nine Inch Nails has my anthem, “Happyness in slavery!”. I play the game. Playing the game does not make me a better dad. My kids can see my pain. I hide it , but I will never lie to them. If anything I can prevent my daughters from doing the same shit to their future partners. Their grandpa created and I married a princess. My tw…

Her attorney added a provision stating that I have to cover clothes and incidentals on my dime during my time. I hate Oregon, the beaver state is not a good place to be a divorced man. I feel exploited. The judge signed. I doubt it was read.

Time.... stay busy, control what things in life you can ( hygiene, diet, fitness, work). Create routine. Don’t be reclusive. Seek counseling. Focus on yourself. Focus on things you have neglected, when you were with her. Be selfish. Don’t look to drugs or alcohol for answers. I’m 8 years in , it gets a little better everyday. Be good to yourself, your inner voice. Help others, it’s empowering. Stay busy, hard to feel sorry for yourself when you have lots going on.

Best advice I ever got off Reddit. Lawyer up, hit the gym (stay 100% sober), delete Facebook. Translation get actual legal information from an attorney, a quick q&a for an hour runs from 100-500, depending who you pick. Prepare before interfacing, the motherfuckers are expensive. Keep your head on straight, get buff, confident and keep sharp. You need to be on your A game. Do not comment, post or anything with social media. Any information can and will be used against you in a court of law. Good…

Hit the gym, lawyer up, delete Facebook, no booze no drugs. Prepare for battle; your best friend will become your worst enemy. They also know your weaknesses. Being a man in divorce is fucking rough. Follow the first sentence to the letter. I got the same advice from Reddit seven years ago. Only smart things I did. And yes seven years later, still going through the divorce, it doesn't end with kids.... good luck.

Be the bigger man. Treat him with empathy as well as her. Don't go out of your way, but be respectful and kind. This will only be better for you, him and your kids. Your relationship with him is as important as yours with her. They are both around your kids when you will not be. It's worth the investment. Hopefully it will work out. I'm also a vindictive fucker; you have the upper hand on him physically forever. That should be empowering enough.
