What you don't hear them complain about is when a guy they actually end up liking talks to them and this does happen.

Why shouldn't she sleep with multiple people? From what you said in the comments it sounds like that's what you want to do. I thought this sub used to be good and interesting but you sound like an absolute douche. Unsubscribing.

Your books aren't the law though. In the UK 2 pints of beer and you could be over the legal limit. You had (half, presumably) a pitcher of beer and then another 40 minutes in a bar. I would say that you were over the UK's legal limit.

A lot of folk have already answered this but you second last point. Imagine you were going for drinks with friends. Would you sit at a bar without a drink or would you go and get one? If you want a drink, go and buy a drink.

It just depends on the situation. Half the time I'll stop replying because I generally hit the sheets pretty early and either just don't reply or say good night.

I think this is a great post. It's all about being a better man/person. I don't think it's reasonable to expect someone to never talk about people behind their back. Just don't make fun of them for cheap laughs. Don't be negative. Negativity kills fun. Complaining is negative. Anything negative instantly makes you look less fun and a less enjoyable person to be around. I used to have a friend who was always extremely negative about everything. He'd complain about the smallest thing, seemingly ju…

Day game is fantastic in these places. Everyone is drunk the whole time and always up for chatting by the pool on on the beach. Talk to everyone. When you head out in the night you'll bump into people that you've spoken to. Reading your post makes me want to go back... I've been to Kos, Zante and Ayia Napa and loved them all. Ayia Napa was by far my favourite. We totally cleaned up. Group of 6 lads, all of us wrecked every night. Easy to chat to people, just have a good time. Girls are there to …

Does K-closing (there must be a better term than that) have to be the ultimate goal? You could get a number and then go on a date. Alternatively, you could just start off in a 4 and then suggest to a girl that you go up to the bar to get drinks. From what girls have said here and other places, they know what's going on if 2 guys comes over and the instantly break them apart.
/r/seduction05/06/13 02:19 PM

I don't think that you should be splitting them up like that. They know exactly what is going on. Instead, bring the conversation together and all 4 of you talk at the same time. This way the girls will get to know both of you and if they like you then will help your friend out to get with her friend.

I was once approached in a nightclub by a girl who was friends with my friends girlfriend. I hadn't met her before but she'd seen me on Facebook and saw that I was out with my mate, his girlfriend and some of her friends. It was really weird. Just talk to her like you would anyone else. If it comes up in conversation that you know someone she does then great, otherwise there's no need.

Definitely, especially if you were up until 5:30am and then someone left out the front door to get a taxi. Don't worry about it though, embrace it.

One of my friends kissed a girl on the dancefloor, took her to the bar for a drink and then before he even ordered one he looked her in the eye and said "do you want to get out of here?" It worked for him. Being direct can work, but it won't work with every single girl.

This sounds like a sure-fire way to be featured on /r/creepypms. I NEVER double-text a girl unless we're still in contact and there's something I need to tell her. If she hasn't replied to a text where you're asking her questions there's no need to text her again. Yeah, you might get some results from blasting texts to her but have some self-respect.

The small things like that can make huge differences. I used to be really, really quiet at school. Then I got Xbox Live and Halo 2 (this was 2004) and after talking to loads of different people on Live I became far more confident. Things blossomed from there.

Of course, we also broke my biggest rule: never date anyone you meet at a club. I don't know why so many people have that rule. It really doesn't make sense. You can meet some great people in a club yet you can also meet some dobbers in a club. Same as everywhere else.

I think a lot of things that are suggested in The Game would get you a slap, laughed at or just walk away in Glasgow and Scotland as a whole. I know The Game is dated but a lot of the same things apply. When I was in Singapore last week it was easy because they seemed to dig Westerners. I think the whole dating scene in America is very different from the UK. You guys always seem to go on coffee dates etc. In the UK it is always drinks. You need to appeal to a woman's emotions. Use kino to help create an attachment between the two of you. Make her feel wanted and make her feel that sex is a good idea. Think about your posture, a powerful looking man is far more attractive to make babies with than a weak looking man.

I think you're going out with the wrong mindset. Your goal is to have a good time on the date, not to get her into bed. Let one thing lead onto the other.

I got to Scotland football matches and always wear my kilt to them. After the game I switch the Scotland top for a white shirt and then head out. Girls start talking to me all the time. As the night progresses it goes from "why are you wearing a kilt?" to "are you a true Scotsman?". For those not in the know, a "true Scotsman" doesn't wear anything under the kilt. My response is, "why don't you take a look and see?". Works every time.

Best job I've ever had was working as a swimming teacher. I would be talking non-stop all of my time at work. There was no time where I didn't need to be talking. As I grew more confident I became far better at talking to people, having jokes with the kids, chatting to other teachers, talking confidently to mums about their children. Obviously it isn't a job everyone could do and you will need a qualification for it. When I first started my boss told me I was too quiet, a year later he said he c…

My mate successfully did this once. He just made small chat every time he went in (deliberately choosing her checkout). After a while he just simply handed over his business card to her saying "I've known your name its only fair you know mine too". He got a text later that night from her.

Yeah I can see it working too. Hand on the small of the back always works and is completely natural. Will try it out at the weekend. Only potential obstacle is her thinking you're going in for the kiss straight away.

I presume you mean my flatmate. 'Wrong' is the wrong word to use there, sorry. If you have you hand on her back you will be standing to one side of her so you can lean in and talk to the ear that is closest to you. My flatmate will go to the ear that is furthest away and therefore leans across the guys face. I tried making a MS Paint diagram but it didn't come out very well.

Came here to post just this. Fantastic talk.

The noise is an easy way to get in close to the girl so makes it easy to escalate kino. Whenever I'm talking to a girl I tend to go for the hand on the small of her back so I can get in closer to her. Lean in close to her ear whilst talking. My (female) flatmate does this incredibly seductive thing of leaning to the 'wrong' ear to talk so she goes all the way across and puts her arm right around you. Unsure how this would work for guys doing it though.

Cheers for that. I've always wondered what girls think of boners whilst dancing. I tend to go for one of two approaches if they spring up. 1) Assume the bent-over row position with your arse 2) Grind the hell out of her

I no longer thought of kino as "weird, creepy touches". If you are confident when you do it it is good, if you're unsure what's going on then it will be weird and creepy.

Another good one, although most girls know this one now, is to just before you take a picture of the girls turn the camera around and take one of yourself (and/or mates who might happen to be conveniently posing).

A classic dance floor move is what my friends and I called the 'camera trick' years and years ago. If you see a girl take a photo of her friends then take the camera from her and take a photo of them. Instantly in there with them as you need to show it to them afterwards.

One of my favourite ever nights out was around 2 years ago now. We went out with blank white tshirts and a few pens. On the back of mine someone wrote "I Love tits" (it's true, to be fair). But on the front he wrote "She's hot -->". So many girls asked to pose for photos with me that night it was unbelievable. So easy to talk to them afterwards. Could not recommend that enough!

There's something not quite right about that. You kissed her and she kissed you back then claims AFTER the date it made her feel uncomfortable? If she didn't want to kiss you then she shouldn't have kissed you at the time. Did anything else happen after that?

No idea where you're from, but over in the UK I know that Zara often do decent blazers for less than £100. A month or so ago they had loads on sale in Glasgow for £25 each. Shirt and blazer can often look too smart. T-shirt + blazer is great for smart casual. More than smart enough to get into any club and if you want when you get in (or get too hot) you can take the blazer off.
/r/seduction18/09/12 10:50 AM

Where are you when you get these compliments? I've found recently that wearing tshirts and a blazer to a nightclub (taking off the blazer early on, generally) I do far, far better than when I wear a shirt. Over the past 3 months I've made some decent gains at the gym and have far more confidence in showing off my arms and I'm getting compliments on my body from friends. I think tshirts/polos are far more approachable than shirts. Shirts often look like you're trying too hard, especially in a clu…

Yeah you're right. Don't contact them often enough. Remain on good enough terms that if you bump into them on a night out you'll chat to them. Or if they talk to you on Facebook or via text you can give a good reply. Depending how long, and how far, the relationship went then casual sex could happen again down the line.

Funny this should come up. Mashable had an article the other day about how comments on your profile photos are really important to how attractive you are. http://mashable.com/2012/09/16/facebook-study/
/r/seduction17/09/12 07:49 PM

Yeah I understand that, but more often than not the girl will be texting you too. If you ignore then it looks like you aren't interested and she might flake. Update - I think that contact is good, but just not too much of it. It really depends on the girl in question and how talkative they are.
/r/seduction12/09/12 07:21 AM
1

Point number one is fantastic. Something that everyone should do. As for 2, I think a little bit is good because it shows that you are still interested and you aren't going to flake on them/stand them up. I would keep it small, only a few texts a day. You don't want to be overbearing or run out of things to say.

This. Copy people who you think look like they're good dancers. Common traits they'll have is they are all confident and don't care what anyone else is thinking. Make sure you smile, it will make you approachable and look like you're having a good time! Smooth movements are better than jerky movements.
/r/seduction06/09/12 10:19 AM

This is so true. I tend to bore myself if I text a girl too many times throughout the day. There's not really a lot that you can say over text messages if you haven't seen each other. Texting is good for when you're at work and can't use the phone or see the girl in question.

My advice would be to not lie. If a girl asks how many girls you've been with just tell her the truth and say you're a virgin - you're waiting for someone special (and insinuate that this could be her). She'll think its really sweet and will appreciate the honesty. I would also imagine if you tell a girl you haven't even held hands before she'll instantly take your hand.

The girl who wrote the article sounds like she'd be the perfect target, someone who is so against the idea and doesn't believe it works at all. A very simple one is "what is your dream holiday?" A lot of people ask about work but I think holidays work well because it is something that everyone enjoys. "What's the craziest thing you've done this year?"

I think if you make sure you keep your shoulders back and head up (imagine a book lying on your head) and you look so much more confident. Everyone looks better like this. I've had back troubles in the past and really work on the strength in my back and a shoulders. It's worked wonders for my posture and I'm pretty sure I've actually 'grown' a little bit too because of it.

First off - well done! It takes balls to ask a girl for her number when she's with a friend! I suspected from when you said that she was a bit more standoff-ish a few weeks later that it might be because she met someone. Whether it is her boyfriend or not is irrelevant. Just remember, you can't do it as badly as I did (more unlucky really)... About a year ago I would chat to the girl who worked in the shop I went for lunch every day. Cheers for replying, Eric. Appreciate it. I think you make a good point and that's probably an easier way to do it, but I actually think dating in the USA is slightly different to dating in the UK (from what I've read, spoken to a couple folk... and TV). I love the psychic part, Eric! I might give that a bash when I'm out at the weekend. My problem is that I work out where there are really no girls about. The local town is full of young, single mothers so they're really out of the question. At the weekends when I'm not too hungover I head into town and go out and about the shops and chat to girls who work in the shops. Rarely do I number-close though purely because I run out of things to say before I get to that stage. However, when I'm in a nig…

Great work, mate! Don't really have anything else to say until I get into the computer later and type properly but wanted to say well done! I'm a firm believer in praise as motivator. Yeah she sounds like she'll get very attached, very quickly if you do end up with her. Tell her that you're too busy to reply for the next couple of hours (I find swimming is great for that - no chance you can use your phone then! I'm sure there's an 'Overly Attached Girlfriend' image for that waiting to be made for us swimmers)

I think you're always going to struggle to get a date on dating websites if you don't post a picture. There's no way you can build up any sort of trust without it. I think the best way is to message them and ask them something about what they've said in their profile as it shows you're paying attention to them. Any idiot can copy and paste "Hey, how you doin'?" to all the girls on it.
