I agree with you up until the last part. I think it's okay to say something like "Let's get a drink at my place" or whatever the case may be. We're probably just splitting hairs but still.

Agree if you have roommates you need a set up. Back in my college days my dorms had a basement with a couch, TV and Microwave. If my roommate had beat me to the room, I would go down there. Get creative

You need to appeal to a woman's emotions. Use kino to help create an attachment between the two of you. Make her feel wanted and make her feel that sex is a good idea.
Think about your posture, a powerful looking man is far more attractive to make babies with than a weak looking man.
