It also matters what you're doing there. Cardio doesn't do much. Crossfit is too injury prone and bad in long run. Bodybuilding is nice but only for showing off. HIIT is for testosterone. How many Indians look like this? Usually the average Indian guy has moustache, huge belly, high pitched voice, bad personal hygiene and wears flipflops.
