When I'm not being thirsty I'm usually very relaxed and I'm not trying too hard (like around girls who are just friends). But when I'm interested, it's like I'm actively pursuing/seeking it and I come off looking like a thirsty mofo. I think it's because I have this belief that if I don't put in some kind of work or show interest, she'll think I'm not into her. Maybe it could also be not flirting in the right way or showing interest in the correct way. Or combination of the two.

This post sounds a bit arrogant. I don't know you personally so I might be wrong by saying this, but it sounds like you need to work on your conversation. If you think every girl you talk to sounds boring, that might be a consequence resulting from an action on your part. Perhaps you're not engaging her enough so she feels the need to engage you. You said you make can make girls laugh easily. Obviously humor plays an important role during the conversation but, at some point, it has to go beyond …

Awesome post! Came at the right time. Thank you! I've actually been looking to improve my social life and build a dynamic social circle. It helps with not just friends and overall lifestyle, but with dating and relationships. I've been looking for books or courses that might cover this.

Check the resources listed on this Reddit for beginners. There is a whole comprehensive guide for starters. In about 2 months, you'll be pulling more than him hehe

I feel you on that, I'm the same way. It's tough because if you're not looking for a serious relationship, you're pretty much only left with the option of going out to bars or clubs. It sucks. I guess patience is key. Just keep going at it, it'll come. I think maybe identifying what your weak points are (charm/conversation skills) and then working on them specifically through books or exercises might make the difference.

Everything takes time. Just be patient with yourself man. Life in unfair and can sometimes seem cruel, but as I mentioned only focus on what you control. By doing this, eventually, slowly things start to work out in your favor. It's one of life's cruel jokes it plays. When you're stressing and trying to solve these problems life doesn't respond. Then when you say fuck it and you just do you and not care, it suddenly all works out. Keep at it. Don't be lazy. Put in some effort in your life. Not j…

Super well-said man. Thank you. I like that question at the end: "Your life is your story, so what kinda tale are you gonna tell?" Might have to steal that as my personal motto lol

Again, you're focusing on what you can't control. You can't control your hard looks. Like your face, your height, and maybe your hairline. But you have control over your body, your style, and most importantly, your personality and charisma. If you don't feel like you look good, it's probably because you're not putting effort to change what you can. There's always a way. Always. I know of uglier looking guys then I am, that fuck some of the hottest and sexiest girls I ever could. I'm talking 10s.…

Everything everybody has said on here is 100 percent on point. Take and use all of this advice. But I'll one thing: Ignore the externals, focus on the internals. Don't focus on what you can't control. Focus only on what you can change. I suggest you not worry about girls right now. Focus on improving yourself. Your body at the gym. Your mindset with a therapist. Learn from you friends. See what they're doing right and try to use it or improve on it. Read books on game, social intelligence, sex, …

This is awesome man, very inspiring. Thank you. Unfortunately, I commuted to college all 4 years due to monetary reasons, so I've literally felt the bored and lonely aspect you experienced after college all 4 years of undergrad lol. I was lucky to have a girlfriend for 2 years but in ended badly and my life literally collapsed within months. I realized that many of the friends I had made were her friends and my life basically revolved around her. So when she left, I basically had nothing but mys…

Liked it, very helpful. Seemed a bit forced at times. I would try to do the same but make it more natural. Also, with that last girl Antonia, after she said "I'm going home" I would've kept talking to her a bit more and then said "Let's go for some coffee." Like this guy, gonna subscribe.

That weird feeling if your inner beast telling you to man up and go talk to her. So just do it! All you need to do: 1) "Hey, so... this is kind of random but I think you're really attractive and I just had to come to meet you." Make sure you smile and speak slowly (not fast and nervous) and after you drop that line you introduce yourself: "I'm ...." Then she'll introduce herself and then ask her what she's eating, what she's doing, where she works, whatever.... as long as you find a way to keep …

Totally normal. I think that something that really helps is being in the moment when it's all going down. I know it can be nerve wracking thinking "holy shit this is really gonna happen!" But I think that comes from an inner fear that you didn't think it would happen. The first thing I would say is believe that you're going to close the deal by the end of the night right from the beginning. I think overall, this changes your mindset from being nervous to being confident and if you truly believe …

I think the situation overall was pretty good. You did a great job your first night back! I think the situation started going down hill when that "hot guy" joined the conversation. I mean, yea it's true when people say that looks aren't everything, but they do matter to a certain degree (a very small degree, usually for initial attraction). However, this is something completely out of your control and I wouldn't worry about it. Just bad luck that he happened to steal the show from you a little b…

Yea I know, as soon as I got the "nice" part I actually laughed cuz I knew that the wasn't the case lol. Not the first time I got rejected and usually I'm fine. I laugh it off and move on. But like I said, this girl was amazingly hot. That's why I'm so bummed lol

Yup, absolutely right. I might have gotten sloppy because I assumed I had it in the bag just because I was older. I should've let her come to me instead of pushing too much. Wrong move.
