I am so sorry this is happening to you. Focus on yourself and the baby - try not to let his mood change yours (easier said then done). Do you have any family or community you could lean on? Or a doctor you could go to for postpartum depression?

One thing I love about my husband is that I never had at pester, nag or even bring up commitment into conversation. He was always the first one. He was excited for it. If your man is not sure about you, find one who is. When a man is certain he won’t disappoint you. 23 is still so young.

What happens if one of these girls gets attached or gets pregnant, or anything like that. She could set out to ruin your life, your marriage, your reputation.
/r/RedPillWives28/05/25 04:13 PM

People commit to someone for life, expecting them to maintain the same physical features? Dumb.

Sounds like he needs some space, I would give that to him. If you decide to remain friends, I would set firm boundaries. You don’t want to be downgraded into a situationship. Instead, you could wait for him to contact you and be emotional support when necessary. The key is to not entertain any relationship-like activities (ie, no going over to his place or inviting him to yours). He wouldn’t have broke up with you if he was scared of losing you. At least on some level he doesn’t value you enough…

A lot of coping going on in the comments. Reality is that it is going to be very hard to find someone who will go along with this situation. You’re best bet would be to find someone who is in a similar situation. Look for a born again religious man who also has a past.

I always cringe when people talk about other people approaching them. If you mention when someone hits on you, it gives the impression that it is an interesting event worth mentioning, meaning it’s not something that happens all the time. Act like it’s a normal occurrence and don’t bring it up LOL.

Getting married in the state that you are in sounds like a horrible idea. Slow down, try and seek help from a therapist. Work on making controlled, well-thought out decisions.

It’s a sad fact that men are kinder and friendlier to people they are attracted to. Men of low character anyway. Customer service has been getting terrible now a days as well. Try looking for the positives and gravitate towards people who are kind to you. Find a place to shop that has better costumer service. Be the kindness that you expect from the world.

Once you marry someone, you are stuck with them. That is why it is extremely important to vet throughly. If he is already flirting with the idea of cheating two years in (when you guys have an amazing relationship) he will probably escalate to a full blown emotional affair or even physical cheating years down the road when life gets challenging. This is a massive red flag. If you stay with him, you are rolling the dice.

Wondering why you aren’t married after 13 years and three children? And you don’t work? Really think about what life will look like for you if you separate. The grass isn’t always greener on the otherside.

this is the answer. If it upsets you that he’s going to more attracted to other people as you age, get ready for this one: he is probably ALREADY more attracted to others. Instagram models and flawless people will always be impossible to compete with in that department. The point is to vet and find someone who isn’t shallow. To find someone who loves you for you.

She already has children with this man, it’s too late to vet him. Personally, I would not marry someone who compulsively watched porn. However, she’s already married to him. It doesn’t matter how much you try, eventually your body will age. That’s life. Of course someone who is older with children can’t compete with a 20 year old. This is part of the cycle of life. Those 20 year olds will go through the same thing. The important thing is that he LOVES you, not that he thinks you are the most attractive thing in the world. Does he love you? Take care of you? Is he a hood father? That’s a lot more important than sex.

Read the fascinating womanhood chapter about asking for things that you want. Also to note: things take time. If you just recently started using RPW techniques, I wouldn’t expect a perfect relationship right away. Try really focusing on being the best partner you can be for six months, then ask. I am definitely not a gamer, I just respect my husbands hobbies as he would respect mine. I absolutely love reality TV and would schedule an important episode as “plans”. I agree that it is odd he wouldn’t want to hangout with her, but she should ask herself why that is. Nagging him to hangout with her will only make it worse. They probably have problems worse than the video games.

Maybe not necessarily a 7, but you do become a better option. Matches might still see you are a 5 compared to the internet, but compared to the rest of girls who they could actually date, you could be a 10. In the town I live in, at 27 years old, a lot of my peers are overweight or have other baggage. At this point in my life, it feels like anyone who is in shape and has no kids is the top of the food chain. When I was 20 you had to be a lot more than just thin and childless to be gawked over.

When I was your age I tried dating an older man (33), and I went through the same thing. He was everything I was looking for: already established, ambitious, handsome and caring. But I felt the same disgust anytime he flirted with me. I just couldn’t do it. Shortly after this I met my husband, who was ambitious, handsome and caring - just not established yet. It has been beautiful watching him grow and getting to build a life with him.

They say that single women get picky after 30, but that’s only because all the women who can compromise are already wifed up before then. In my opinion, all of the above things are very picky. No single person will be perfect. Nobody will have the exact same humour, hobbies and childhood background as you. This is what I think really matters: Does he love you? Does he have a good heart? Fascinating womanhood talks about how apologies will often be met with pushback because the partner has been hurt and in the moment he might not trust you. Take your time getting back on your feet. Don’t start dating anytime soon. When you do eventually start dating, I wouldn’t disclose that you were previously in an abusive relationship. Men will see it as a red flag, as malicious women could claim this as a way to retaliate against their ex (NOT saying this is what you are doing, but a lot of men will be wary of this). Or even worse, men who want to abuse will see that you previously put up with this behaviour. Just keep your past in the past.

Yes exactly. It could be that he has no intentions to cheat, he just enjoys the attention. Either way, once OP communicates she is uncomfortable it should stop. Vetting is the key to a happy marriage! It is the most important part. The fact that you even needed to post this shows that your instincts are telling you something is off. Listen to that. Reality is that a lot of men, especially Christian men, will care about body count. It’s so unfortunate that society pushes the narrative that it doesn’t matter, because largely that is a lie. Everyone will have a different definition. Some people think that you could have hundreds of sex partners and it’s not a bad thing, other people are horrified by someone having sex before marriage. Reality is, you can’t change how people will perceive you. My purely anecdotal evidence tells me that the average man of marrying age (24-30) is okay with up their partner having 4 - 8 previous partners. STFU advice is only given when it’s a small issue. Majority of the advice in this is sub all about communication, the point is the delivery and approach is everything. It’s not great to demand things. Unless he’s doing it for himself, chances are very slim that he will actually stop. He might pretend to, but he will just get sneakier. Porn is addictive. You are not married. You can still vet him out. Proper vetting is a crucial part of having a happy marriage.

I think reality is that if a low quality woman doesn’t want to change, she will still have no issues finding a low to average quality husband. The same cannot be said about men. If a low quality man does not want to change, he would struggle to marry even a low quality woman. The problem is that enough men will settle, but modern women will not.

I agree with this to a degree. But if it is true, why is it that most women have less issues in the dating market place?

Read fascinating womanhood. If you find you are to tired and have to lighten the load, I would keep the personal things that cater to him and ask help for other things. For example: still make him his coffee and pack his lunch, but ask him to do the dishes. Acts of service like this are a way of communicating love. If you just stop doing these nice little things it could damage the relationship. I would find another way to lighten your load.

To me, it just means to be trusting, kind-spirited and let others lead you. It does not mean to develop mannerisms of an actual child. If you haven’t already, read fascinating womanhood. Especially the chapter on childlike anger. I think a quality man would be put off by a grow woman fan-girling over an artist like a child.
/r/RedPillWomen20/03/23 06:38 PM

With being “childlike,” there is a very delicate line from being charming to being immature or down right annoying. It can also be easily detected as disingenuous. Be careful how you use this. Blunt people are often not pleasant to be around. Maybe a very specific man might enjoy it, however, it is usually not a desired characteristic in a wife.

My husband has also been cheated on. It used to cause him paranoia, but these are a few things that helped us: -let him see your phone whenever -let him see your location -always communicate what you are up to -limit interactions with opposite sex -be mindful of his past cheating trauma when making decisions This might be a lot for some people, but i could not care less. Plus, it has really helped my husband find some peace.

An accurate comparison would be if a man quickly committed to his previous partner. If he was introducing her to his parents, buying her expensive gifts, and giving her girlfriend status within a month, his new girl would rightfully be upset if he tried to stench out the non-exclusive stage for months upon months. Sex for women is equivalent to commitment/resources for men.

There are a million other relationship subs that are about who is right and who is wrong. This sub is supposed to be from a red pill perspective. A fundamental part of RPW is that you should not try and change your husband/partner. Doesn’t matter if you want to call it a personality trait or a habit. Either way, trying to change him has made him so upset that he chose to lie about it to make his wife happy. She may feel resentment about him lying, he probably feels the same resent for not being …

I think the big difference is that a wife’s care doesn’t come with any bossing around? I’ll gladly cook, clean and care for him but I’m not going to order him to eat his veggies or go to bed at a certain time. If he’s sick I’ll really pamper him, but I would never force him to rest or take medicine (like a mother would). My husband constantly goes to work when he’s sick. I’d never reprimand him for doing so, I just make sure he has every comfort he needs when he comes home.

It might go against red pill ideology, but I think he’s yucky. He preaches about womens value being in innocence, but then he sexually exploits vulnerable women. A real man would help keep troubled women safe, rather than encouraging them to perform sexually on camera for his own benefit. He understands that this will significantly hinder their life, and instead of helping them he profits off of their misfortune. It’s appalling. I have no idea why anyone would look up to someone who is so cruel.

Support him in his time of need. If he stopped being himself it must be because of stress. Trying to force affection out of him will only make things worse. If you do that, you might even lose the affection during the relaxed times. Just keep doing what you are doing. I know it must be hard, but just remind yourself it has nothing to do with you.

Whatever you do, don’t try and force him. Don’t give him an ultimatum. That’s a recipe for unhappiness. If he doesn’t want to get married yet, I’m sure he has legitimate reasons. First off, nothing wrong with staying a virgin if you are a girl. I don’t think your future husband will care. I think this is partly misunderstood. Women do want a man who other women want, BUT they want that man to be uninterested in those options. She wants you to ignore those other options for her. Women don’t want someone who has sex with or even flirts with someone else.

For me personally, the answer is no. I would never want to marry someone who “spins plates” or thinks women are always looking to branch swing. A lot of it is manipulative as well. I’m not interested in someone who is going to try and apply “dread” to make me insecure. My husband is not red pill and he is the greatest man I have ever met. That’s simply untrue. Many women have short husbands, short children, or are born from short fathers. The idea that they want them gone is ridiculous. That would be like saying men would delete all overweight women, when in reality plenty of men will settle for someone out of shape.

I think this is a key factor. Not only is he tired from night shift but he’s over worked in general as he works long hours at an incredibly stressful job. My rational mind knows that’s why he’s doing these little things, hence why I’m trying to regulate my emotional mind. But it’s hard.

I would never want to be with a “red pill man”. Men who are interested in the red pill are usually bitter or misogynistic or both. I know it’s hypocritical as I use feminine red pill strategies in my own relationship, but I take the red pill advice with a grain of salt. All I have every wanted was to be able to love and care for my partner. RPW taught me the best way to do that. It did not teach me to exploit people for things, which is what primarily goes on in that subreddit.

That’s below average. I see average men out with their average girlfriends/wives/families all the time. I think the big differences is that the average man will have to provide time and commitment, not just get hookups.

My guess would be connecting with 1- 5 women before settling down and getting married. Most or all of those women would be commuted relationships. If he has game he could score hook ups with less attractive women pushing his numbers up. Edit: I guess the most important thing is what do we define as an average man? I’m going by average build (not fat/not skinny), average height (5’6- 5’10), normal face (nothing special, but no deformities), normal job (able to afford rent, car and some savings), …

I don’t know your exact situation, but if I was him I would be concerned about your loyalty/interest as well. You spent a length of time being without him and have bailed on him multiple times. If you truly do want to be with him (I would really, really think if you actually do or not) follow the red pill guidelines. Make him more of a priority in your life.

The most glaring thing about this is the lack of desire to actually see each other, on both ends. Didn’t talk to him at all for a while and you are both bailing on meet ups. From the short post, it seems like you don’t truly feel connected. I remember when my husband and I were first dating. He worked 12 hours + and I worked very early in the morning (5:00am) but I would still stay up late to go on dates with him that went past midnight because that was the only time we could see eachother. If you are looking for a life partner, someone to marry and settle down with, you need to vet extremely carefully. If you were already married or had kids there are a million different ways you could try and work this out. However, you are still in the vetting stage. So I would walk away. The high n-count isn’t great but it’s not necessarily relationship ending. But she basically slept with a man for money? That is the red flag for me. Unfortunately, society and media tell women that this type of behaviour is good and will make them happy. Is it possible she does have moral character and just got swept up in that? I mean it depends. 23/24 years old and you have already dated for a few years? Nothing wrong with that. 19/20 have only been dating for a year or two… yikes. It is becoming more mainstream to support sex workers, not BE them. Huge difference. There is a reason why girls (like Bella throne, for example) are vocal about supporting sex workers - but then do things like creating an only fans where they never get naked. Most people are just advocating for a world where sex workers aren’t completely demonized, that’s a far cry from thinking it’s a normal profession now. From my understanding “the wall” is the decline of a woman’s looks. When someone has hit “the wall” it means they have lost a lot of the attractiveness they once had. If you are going by this definition the wall comes for everyone. Even if you don’t want to have kids, you will still eventually lose the attractiveness you once had. You can stall the wall, but you can’t stop the wall. Wether it comes at 26 or 66, it will happen eventually.

Take this time being single to make yourself the best partner you can be. This will make your single time meaningful, so when you find a future husband you will have a lot to offer. Save money, work hard on yourself, maybe even get education in a career field that is family orientated (I chose teaching because it’s great hours for having a family, helps you learn parenting skills and is a solid second income). That way when you do settle down your single time won’t be a wasted.

It’s pretty hard to not be seen as feminine for women, but it’s easy to not be seen as masculine for men. Since masculinity has to be earned, it can be fragile. Men want to date shorter, smaller women because they don’t want their partner to challenge it.

I feel like most people my age, income, and area want marriage because secure financial partner. By having a spouse you have greatly increased your home-buying power. You could do this with a LTR but there is more security in combining finances while married. Married privilege. This is more subtle, but it’s still there. Most people (employers, landlords, salesmen, you name it) take you and your relationship more seriously when you are married. Being married just makes you feel like an adult. Las…

My theory: a lot of men seek admiration, and use sex as a way to get it. A woman wanting to have sex with you means she must like/respect you on some level. Having sex with her gives you feelings of validation AND sexual pleasure. Having sex with someone you are paying is just pleasure, no admiration. That’s why rich/successful men love prostitutes. They already feel validated in real life and just want quick easy sexual pleasure.

This is a thing that women find desirable in men, but men don’t find desirable in women. Women like it when men have lots of partners but choose to take it slow with their girlfriend. I’m guessing it’s because it shows he’s high value. Men do NOT see it that way when roles are reversed.

I am a little confused by your comment but I think you are still talking about misleading women. How exactly do you do your “upfront” approach? Do you just straight up say I’m only looking for sex? No girl will want to hear something that blunt. It will make her feel like you don’t care about her personality at all. As cringey as it is, girls want to feel special even if it’s just sex. Have you tried saying something like “just looking to spend time with you, nothing serious...” or “I’m not ready for a relationship right now but I’d love to still to get to know you”? If you pressure someone to marry you, that’s a recipe for unhappiness for both parties. Let him make the decision on when he wants to ask. Don’t you want him to be so sure he wants you that he’s excited to propose? Isn’t that a million times better then him begrudgingly getting down on one knee because you pressured him to do it by a certain time? Let him make the choice without any pressure. That way, if years down the road things get hard, he will know it was his choice to get married and not …

/r/PurplePillDebate14/06/20 10:35 PM

Again, depends on age. At 32, absolutely no way you should be dating for 4 years. At 19, I think it’s perfectly reasonable. It’s better to take your time. Once you pass the 25 mark is when I would say it becomes unreasonable.
/r/RedPillWomen14/06/20 05:16 PM

Yes be careful who you date. There is nothing wrong with staying single and working on yourself. There is also nothing wrong being in a LTR for a number of years before getting married. My boyfriend and I have been together for almost four years, and everyone tells us that being together along time before you get married will help you stay married. I sure hope that’s true!
/r/RedPillWomen14/06/20 05:04 PM

I don’t know about your country specifically, but the prime age for marriage is usually seen as somewhere around 25-27 for women. At 19, it’s not crazy to wait years for these milestones to happen because you are well below the prime age. If you were in your 30s, it’s not crazy to have milestones happen much faster, because you are already above prime age. You’re only 19, so I wouldn’t be worried about timing!

No one is entitled to a sex act. It sounds like he’s avoiding it because it makes him uncomfortable. I would just ask him if that’s the case. Doesn’t matter the situation or the gender, no one should feel pressured to do something sexually that they don’t want to do. If you like going down on him that’s great! But that doesn’t mean he’s obligated to do the same.

That’s the truth right there. Unfortunately in life, you can’t have it all. Having children is a sacrifice, having no one around when your old is a sacrifice. You have to pick which one is right for you. And it is important to wake up and realize that you can’t have it all. People think that they can not have kids and their nieces/nephews/friends will care for them but they won’t. People think you can have kids and still live the life of a single twenty-something but you can’t. These realities a…

It’s all good, it’s a huge decision so it’s important to debate both sides. I’m not saying all women should have children by any means, but if you are on the fence about it, these are the things you should think about. I have refuted every other argument you have presented. As stated above, the idea of paper abortions would have to go mainstream, and voters would have to show that this is important to get the funding. There are people both for it and against it, but it hasn’t been formally voted on, so you have no way to factually claim your argument. I would be interested in hearing any other solid arguments you have, but I have asked a few times and you have yet to present any.

A paper abortion will absolve one parent of responsibilities. As already discussed above, there will have to be state care in place if the mother is unable to support the child herself. So, care from the male parent is replaced with care from the state (if necessary). You are correct that this is not an option, however, this could be because not a lot of people have considered this. It would have to be brought to the mainstream, and voters would have to show that this is a priority if they would…

I think it’s you who has missed the point. Yes, they can’t have a physical abortion if a women wants to keep the baby. That’s just biology. So, the closest thing they can have is a paper abortion. The child will still be put in the world, but they will have no ties to them. Now I’ll ask again, do you have any solid arguments against this other than “But men can’t do that!!!!!” ?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/20 04:46 AM

Women can get their tubes tied which is functionally similar to a vasectomy. Men only cannot get an abortion because paper abortions are not in place. That is why this thread is talking about it trying to put them in place. Do you have any other arguments against it?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/20 04:37 AM
4

Women DO have the choice to not pay child support because they have the choice to either not have the baby or give it up for adoption, this is not an option for men unless they have the option to paper abortion. Also, men who want paper abortions don’t want to be good fathers - they don’t want to be fathers at all (at least not right now). The same way women who get abortions don’t want to be mothers right now. There is nothing wrong with both women getting real abortions or men getting paper ab…
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/20 01:54 AM

It needs to become more mainstream, as a lot of people don’t know it exists. There are plenty of positives for women too, not just men. Women who want to keep their babies are less likely to be forced/bullied into an abortion, and single mothers will not have to worry about chasing down child support, they will have a better form of public assistance in place.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/20 11:25 PM

It’s true. The only logical argument against paper abortions is that it’s hard on the tax payers. The majority of voters have to show that they see this as a priority for anything to change.

For it to be fair, I think it would have to be within the same time limit a woman has to have an abortion (maybe even a bit shorter). That way the mother can make an informed decision on weather she would like to keep the baby. The father should also have to submit some sort of medical history before leaving the picture completely.

Sometimes you take the proper precautions and they still fail. A man shouldn’t be forced to pay for a child he doesn’t want, just like how a woman shouldn’t be forced to birth a child she doesn’t want. I believe it is fair that a man should be able to sign all legal rights and responsibilities away if he does not want a child (up to a certain point during pregnancy, much like a women has a time limit on an abortion).
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/20 10:35 PM

I believe there are countries where this is legal. The man can choose to completely sign away his rights. He won’t ever have to pay for the child, but he also can not change his mind and try and contact the child later on. I think this is a fair system. Edit: I did some quick research, this is called a “paper abortion” and It’s gaining popularity in some countries, but I don’t believe it is actually in place anywhere yet.

In women the stomach fat is usually the last thing to go, unfortunately. If you are at your ideal weight (the can calculate this yourself online) and still have stomach fat, it may be worth it to talk to a doctor. It might be a hormone issue. I do also know people who have had success with cool sculpting. That is another more extreme option.

Ground rule: do not have sex with him until you get the kind of commitment you want.

Exactly. I think if you never have to see the people your partner has slept with, it doesn’t matter.

I never thought I would care about a man’s sexual history, until I found out my boyfriend had sex with my step-cousin. Worst part was that he couldn’t remember her name. Most awkward family dinner party yet.

Absolutely! I have noticed this a lot too. People on this thread are talking about demanding things, or saying her captain is a slob. I get OP’s post and her frustrations are valid. But the advice should be aligned with RPW values. Otherwise you might as well just post on FDS or relationship advice. I feel like this sub is changing and I’m so sad.

This is great, actual RPW advice. I don’t know where all the man-hating is coming from.

From your post, it sounds like he might be feeling like you are nagging him (not saying his behaviour is justified)? If something is bothering me I like to find ways to fix it that don’t involve conflict. If his place is always messy, just don’t go over there. Bring him to your place instead! Also, try and remember the things you admire about him and forgive his faults. In my opinion, this double duty cleaning is a short term problem because you are living apart. It will be a lot easier when you…

This breaks my heart! I see my friends do this all the time. They want a relationship with a guy, he makes it clear he just wants something very casual, so they have sex with him anyway hoping they can change his mind. I don’t see why girls put themselves through this torture. If I man isn’t ready to commit to someone, no one will change his mind. I would just tell him that you are not interested in the type of situation he is willing to give you, but that you wish him all the best. Explain to h…

It’s going to be really, really tough now. Since you have already have sex and admitted you have feelings for him, he is most likely just bread crumbing you because he wants to have sex again. He knows you have feelings for him, so the “I miss you” is a strategy to get want he wants. He’s made it clear that he doesn’t want a relationship. Do whatever you think is right, but my advice would be to move on, and next time do not have sex until you have an established relationship. It is the best way…

Whatever you do, don’t have sex with him unless you get a confirmed commitment. However, I wouldn’t get my hopes up if I were you.

I feel like unless you are religious, marriage is mainly about being financial partners. For example, my mum worked for almost a decade as my families sole provider, while my dad got his business off ground. A few years after the business became successful my parents got divorced. My mother paid my dads bills for years so he could create a business that is now very successful. She is entitled to money from that business because it wouldn’t exist without her. That is why people get married, so th…

I believe that most woman who want children do want a marriage beyond just a fancy wedding. They want a good provider and role model for their offspring, the easiest way to do this is through a successful marriage.

I have never read Marry Him, is it outright against feminist values or does it sort of tip-toe around it? I think this could really work!

Acknowledging this is jealousy half the battle! Taking inspiration instead of being angry is a great start. It’s hard not be a little jealous sometimes, just don’t let it become bitterness.

You won’t get anywhere by nagging him about it. The best you can do is make him feel like a king on his birthday, and HOPE he will get with the program and return the favour. If not, always remember to look to at his good qualities, not his bad. He might not be good at birthdays, but I am sure he is great in other aspects of the relationship!

Yes exactly like that. Basically, every-time he does something dominant that you like.

Taking extra attention in praising his dominant qualities both inside and outside of the bedroom has worked for me!

I feel terrible for you OP, I had a very similar experience and it was very painful. I eventually realized I was being disrespected and got the courage to break up with him. It was horrible to learn that my ex and the coworker he was constantly messaging were dating less than I week after We broke up. Trust me, if he will not show you the messages that is a problem. They are probably either flirting, or he is bad venting about you to her. Either way, your captain should be loyal to you, not to h…

I agree with this. If you DO feel the need to call, try and get someone else to do it and don’t tell anyone you were involved. That way it won’t get back to you. It’s clear that this lady is terrible, however, getting involved in trouble usually just leads to more trouble. The last thing you want is this women coming after you if she doesn’t end up getting fired.

Not exactly looks but a major requirement is cleanliness. If it looks (or especially smells) like he skips showers I’m not into him.

I think all you can do is be your feminine self. It may lead to you not being taken seriously, but I think it is a worthwhile price to pay. It is very hard to be feminine in these environments, I feel for you!

One thing I have realized over the years is that comments like this only hurt if you are insecure on some level. When I was a bit heavier I would get so defensive when anyone made a slightly off-comment about what I ate, what I wore, or anything related. When I lost all my weight, my confidence went up, and I realized that these comments are normal and I was taking them in the wrong way because of my own insecurity. In my opinion, none of the examples you have shown are actual insults. That is h…

You’re not an asshole at all! I would use this as an opportunity to let him know what you expect of him. Explain that when you were acting that way (sending nudes, etc.) you thought you were on your way to being in a LTR. Be understanding and supportive of the fact that he might not be ready for that, and explain that you are ok with just seeing eachother until he is ready. If he only wanted you for sex he will flee, which will probably hurt, but it’s better to be hurt by him now then be hurt by…

If you want a LTR, and he is not giving you that (or at least not yet) DO NOT have sex with him. If you just want a FBW, then that’s great! But do not do FWB relationship if you want more than that, even if it is an exclusive one. It will only lead to insecurity, heartbreak, a higher N-count and more baggage when you are ready to move on. If I were you I would cut my losses and move on, or stay with him but not have sex until you get an acknowledged commitment.

I find it’s best to just ask your SO for some ideas! Less special, but then he gets exactly what he wants and everyone ends up happy. My SO asked for a specific pair of shoes... I never would have guess that in a million years.

I agree. If you have a lot of extra time/money you can worry about things like aging. Skin care and eating healthy are a priority.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
