Been there before - what helped for me was playing a lot of sports, especially team sports. It also gave me a good reason to lift and get stronger. It will pass with time, you accept reality and adapt to it. The sooner you do this the better. Oh and delete your social media accounts if you can. They are just validation/attention seeking tools for women.
