If she says no she can’t make it and doesn’t offer up another time she is not interested. You don’t respond butthurt. You simply say “All good, maybe another time.” And leave it at that. Then you don’t hit her up again.

Then don't text her for a week or two. Spend that time having sex with other women.

After a week or two, send her one text proposing a meeting. If she ignores or says no without a counter-offer that next time, don't text her again, period, unless she happens to come back to you on her own, in which case you repeat the above and try to set a meeting.

The general rule is that if a girl declines to meet you but doesn't propose a counter-offer, she's not that interested. It doesn't mean she's completely uninterested, but you don't excite her. If a girl is excited about seeing you, but honest to goodness cannot make it at the date and time you proposed, she will send you like 6 texts in rapid-fire succession apologizing over and over and proposing other fun activities and dates and times. If she's not that excited, she'll just tell you she can't make it, then forget all about you.

I usually give girls in that second category one more chance. Only because it literally takes me 10 seconds to send them one text message next week then forget about them. Most of them ignore my text, but sometimes you get a nibble.
