Watch Ryan Gosling in Drive. He does literally nothing and yet he gets the girl to fall for him. How? It's more than just eye contact. It's efficiency of movement. It's vocal cadence. If you want to be an alpha/leader you have to study them. Really study. Like an actor studying for a part.

If you want you can PM me a picture of yourself and I can give you some tips to clean yourself up. As far as accepting yourself, perhaps you should try a different approach. There's nothing wrong with being unsatisfied with the way you look now, but if you set goals and stick to them (like going to the gym everyday and grooming yourself well) you're more likely to start to become satisfied in your own skin. We all have our bad days man.

Last night I tried that approach, honestly. I had a fucking awesome time dancing by myself. But it still kind've stinks to look back on the night and realize that I only danced with a single girl (who literally jumped on me, humped me to death, and then ran away afterwards). It's not that I don't have fun, but at the same time it does stink to go out and consistently come away empty.

I use to. I used to be workout partners with the (literally) most popular guy at my college. As I spent more time with him I realized that besides attitude, the only thing that separated us was status and that is completely invisible. If it weren't for girls stopping him 4-5 times as we walked from weight rack to weight rack he'd be quite normal. Actually, he seemed embarrassed at the whole thing.

I've broken my nose too many times to count. Nah man try it. And look her in the eye and talk to her when you do. After a while you can make a joke about it or something, but by then it shouldn't matter. If she's holding onto your hand for this long all you have to do is isolate and boom.

I'm not especially big. I;m 5'10 152lbs. But my physique is quite similar to Brad Pitt from Snatch and Fight Club. So it doesn't really make itself explicitly apparent unless I've already worked out that day or my shirt is off. I think girls see it as a example of my inner drive and discipline. And so they get self-conscious that they don't measure up.

Dunno. Sometimes I can just walk up to people and watch as they go crazy without me saying much of anything. It's weird and it makes you think about people in a much different light. I think it's a big reason why I don't have a girlfriend. Knowing how stupid people can be when they're turned on (most guys do the same shit when approached by beautiful women too) makes it a bit harder for me to empathize with them.

20, I've had a lot of success recently and I know I'm making a lot of progress, but it feels like I rarely get the opportunity to go out and meet new people now. At parties I get hit on by women who used to never even notice me, but they always have boyfriends or I just get the number and school break comes along and after all of that I just feel like it's too late.
