OP you can literally die. My coworker's friend had a husband who was anti-vax and the wife decided to go along with her husband's decisions and not take the vaccine. I was told he was controlling. They both ended up getting COVID but he survived while she didn't. I mean, she could have just snook around and got the vaccine but if you have to sneak around and do that it's just plain sad in the first place.

in the past I suggested a cute new indie coffee shop for the experience and I just really wanted to check it out and the dude suggested "Why not Starbucks?" because I literally can get that during the weekday and anywhere

not shocking but elon musk treats his wives awfully and it's been known for years now he lovebombed his first wife in college which he supplied her with credit cards to buy "all the books she wanted" and sending her regular bouquets of roses when he transferred colleges. on their wedding day he whispered in her ear "I'm the alpha" lmao https://www.marieclaire.com/sex-love/a5380/millionaire-starter-wife/ and "If you were my employee... I would fire you" gross

There's not a lot of single people my age in my area (mostly families) so that's my reason for OLD. Oh nah I'm making sure I'm dating multiple people he just struct me as someone I liked among them then I saw how long it was. I'm not the girl waiting by the phone like my past thankfully! But this is solid advice I will consider going forward :)

That's what I'm thinking about. If I have time to fit dating while I'm in school/work they should too. The last guy I dated was in dental school and he told me that even if we were to spend time together during the weekends, he wouldn't enjoy our time together because his mind would go on to think about the next test. My sister said that I should be thankful this dude was upfront before I developed true feelings but she also said bullshit, if he really wanted to he would it wouldn't be easy but …

My instagram is me promoting my personal brand so it's sorta public I felt like I needed to be polite. Thanks, I need this sub sometimes, I can be too nice.

His instagram is private too so I can't even bond with this dude until I follow him? Not that I want to! I need a firm and polite (?) (almost PR response lmao) way to tell this dude stop talking to me. Like it feels odd typing "no I don't want to get to know you random stranger."

One guy wasn't a fan of labels like wtf am I supposed to call you if we end up fucking for a period of time? I'm not someone crazy on labels but now I know I need them to know where we stand and to know I'm not disaposable.

I think it just has to do that it's all run by women and it's a small corner where men aren't allowed. I hate going on subreddits like for a female artist. No one is talking about the music it's all photos of her ass or legs. So gross. There is nothing hurtful about FDS, are women subreddits out there committing mass murders? No. We are telling ourselves and men to hold up to higher standards, bettering everyone.

a couple months ago I saw a couple with "looking for my toxica 🥰 " (toxic half) or something like "i'm depressed 🤭🙈 socially selective" meaning they're anti-social like no, get a therapist Timmy, that shit ain't cute I also hate when guys have snapchat filter selfies in 2021 and people who wear their masks in their profile photos, to me you don't seem that confident in your looks
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy08/11/21 03:23 PM

Brilliant. Reminded me of the last guy I was talking to, we were talking for awhile to bring up abortion. I wanted an idea of where this guy leans politically and how he would likely react if I ever had to get one. Anyways, he wasn't too sure about abortions but he "totally understood in cases of rape" but it seemed like that was the only allowable option. I feel like that's such an safe thing to say if you're trying to come off as "woke enough" to your date

I'd like to add, if he says "let's just go with the flow" after asking him "what we are?" just drop him. Trust me, it's a recipe for heartache or anxiety whenever you spend time together

Someone on FDS said (and I have been using it irl) is to at least offer to pay ONCE to be courteous so guys don't think you "owe them anything." This is due to safety and has worked 100% in my favor the key here is to not bicker just mention to pay once if it all fails and if he's like "ok cool you can pay it!" then say you only offered to just pay your half and never go out with the dude again lmao

if he's so successful use that money to buy a nice comfy bed set-up! I bet you it's 1000x better than sleeping on the floor. sleep quality is important! even my poor parents growing up insisted my siblings and I have one/looking for the bed deals or using second-hand. dude is just lazy, he probably bent over backwards using dumb reasons to justify it in the past lol

It boggles me how do people "accidently" send dick pics? How careless can you be? I double check everything before sending it to people 🙄 and sure I'm human I've probably sent people the wrong pics but not of me butt naked

It's awful but here's a tip: try registering with a man's name? I used my dad's name on my account (also due to the fact I was staying at his home). Then I yell back "dad food's here!" so the delivery guy thinks someone is home even though he wasn't sometimes.

her family has roots in Hollywood too no way an abuser would go after her or otherwise he would kiss his career goodbye so he'll go after someone who isn't a big risk

I'm not an Ellen fan but how is she complaining about cancel culture when she got on so many people's good sides in taking part of cancelling Ellen lmao also not just her but so many celebrities say "it didn't happen to me so he must be a good guy!!!" also I can't separate the art from the artist, you're still giving the abuser a paycheck to support their lifestyle. that being said, human beings (those victims) are more important than art

there's this TV show called Succession and they cover this topic, there's a highly disfunctional couple and they try it but clearly the guy doesn't want to and these characters just seem sad and empty lol but I like how this source of media portrays it as something serious rather than "light fun" https://youtu.be/alSoFv-FbfE

this sounds like a line from one of those indie movies I pictured myself in with the college aged girl and hot professor (older but like maybe mid 30's and in great shape) and them reading poetry to her and they sneak around to go on art gallery dates, coffee dates and they sleep together and in the end they just can't be together because he's just like "I can't.. there's this character from the show parks and rec (ben wyatt) and he has a bachelor party and one of the other characters is like “I know you said no strippers because they make you sad.” that quote sums up my opinions

yeah I don't buy into the whole positive sex worker thing anymore... you don't see a lot of 60 year old women performing at strip-clubs, it really is all for the male gaze and i'm sure the guy running the place is making way more than these women do. I love sex but when it's on my terms and I feel comfortable with it, for me it's usually behind closed doors with a fling or partner

Reminds me of what Megan Fox said once: "I was 12 when I first started getting attention from grown men, and for a while I misused that power. When you see 16-year-old girls in really short skirts and stripper heels and shirts that say "White Trash Whore" on them - I was like that. But it's not empowering. It's the opposite. It's taking power away from you." https://www.wonderwall.com/entertainment/megan-fox-in-rolling-stone-1521514.article

was 19 working at a library, this guy in his 30's asked me back to his place and I then did a background check on this guy, found his ig, he had "entrepreneur" in his bio, he was broke lol and wasted his time on the computers, I knew this because my boss is his neighbor and he was in a psych ward but that's another story...

Oh yeah! I agree with you when it comes to the ending of the song. I think the part that stuck out to me more to post this was women's expectations vs men's expectations. Women just want someone with values while men just care about how hot they are, hence, "real dolls." I'm 21 and just accepted the fact that I won't find anyone probably into my 40's. I hope to meet more mature men at that time, they should have been matured. (Let's hope).

this is so gross... when you drag innocent women into your drama because you're insecure. I was in line at Walgreens and the cashier looked about my age (19), while the couple buying stuff looked like they were in their late twenties. The transaction was pretty normal except the guy called her "darling" once. I'm next in line and I pay, walk out and the couple is standing in front of Walgreens arguing about, "wHY DID YOU CALL HER THAT" and she was going to go back inside and talk to the poor cas…
