Hey man, I’ve been through a very similar set of circumstances. What got me through things was therapy, learning about self development, reading, journaling and finding some sort of outlet with exercise, not necessarily gym, could be running, skateboarding skiiing whatever. Find an activity you get some enjoyment and challenge out of. The therapy and journaling helped get things off my mind. It gives you can outlet, you can be harsh, honest and honestly it feels good sometimes to talk to someone…

I was deep in this same state for a while brother. Its tough to see any good in anything. Therapy helped, the practice of meditation and journaling are also great tools. Youve heard this all before but its all true. This is just a storm, feels like a hurricane but like any other storm this too shall pass. You miss the times and memories and you are grieving the future you dreamt up for yourself in your mind. Whats important right now is to ground yourself. Start trying to be present. Stop focusi…

Similar experience, naively assumed my marriage was rock solid and also ignored instagram. She found a guy on there giving her all the attention she desired and cheated and left me.

Rent the house out while you buy a new one with your new wife. Then on your next divorce you have a fallback plan to get out quick.

Get out of the house. Nature is your friend. Talk to someone, friends who have already been through a divorce understand the low points like no one else can. Work out, move your body, sweat. Get a book, self help, growth mindset set. Id also recommend looking into therapy. Talk through how you feel, get some tools to help cope with the tough times. Remember this pain is temporary and itll pass.

I always recall a defining moment in my marriage when she asked why i bother perusing things i was passionate about because i never follow through. Turns out i didn’t follow through because she stood in my way. Someone else’s problem now, im laughing and living a good life without that shitty excuse of a wife.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
