I actually am a part of nofap, I'm on day 29 today. It definitely helps having all this stored up energy. I just did the first drill today! I was anxious to stop my first girl but after I got the ball rolling it went a lot quicker. I just think of it as a game, and the objective is to complete the drills. I had a smile on my face after!

Yeah that one is actually the last drill of the program and he says you don't have to do it if you don't want to. I think it would be okay as long as the girl agrees to the hug. The rest of the stuff though I think is pretty good. It takes the thinking of what to say out, and just focuses on approaching without trying to get a number. This is almost the same as mass approaching girls, just with a more baby step approach with drills and a clear plan.
