It's maybe not the best format for a journal. I've thought about doing this too, since I posted a fiar few fieldreports and it's better to be able to read previous reports to better provide help to people, I guess. There should be a seddit forum!

But yeah, just do it and see how it goes

It's vital, I've been recording my progress on a journal for a couple months and you visually see your progress. Also sometimes you may forget a realization u had and u can look back at it, like u would look back at a ass. Trust me it's hella helpful.
