Having a smartphone makes socializing much easier. What would you rather do, try to come up with a clever way to ask a girl out on a date through text? Or would you want to just send her a snapchat of what you're doing and have her pretty much invite herself? Social media isn't just for orbiting/stalking girls, guys. Believe it or not you can still socialize like a normal human being using social media.. and it does build social status. I don't know if it's cause you guys are older or what, but …

Damn.. that really put it in perspective. I honestly think I overdid it.. I never thought I would come off as too redpill. There were times I thought I was struggling to keep frame but really I was overdoing it. I think I just came off as too inconsistent.

Yes, don't overthink it. Tease her about something she's doing, wearing etc. You don't need to be overly creative and you don't want to sound too random anyway. Just tease her about something that'll make her self-conscious. They like this because it shows that you understand her insecurities and it adds to the mystery of what you think about her. ("Is he really making fun of me or is he flirting?")

I understand what you're saying. The reason I go for girls like her is because they offer the best experience for a relationship without becoming too invested, because getting invested and breaking up isn't something I want to deal with at the moment. Anyway, it's been like a month since we hung out and I'll see her in 2 weeks. She's been at college and I've been zero contact with her. How would you suggest I re-initiate things with her? I think I pushed for the second date a bit too hard before…

I should've explained better. She pretty much went for sex but I stopped escalating. And she didn't want to give me head so I took her home. :,D But she still keeps hitting me up, only now she's playing a bit harder to get. I'm wondering if maybe I should've just had sex with her and got it over with? But not sure if she would still be hitting me up if that was the case. And to answer you're question she's looking for a relationship, I'm just looking for a fuckbuddy but I don't want it to be a o…

escalate to the point where you're certain you could've had sex then excuse yourself. This is basically what I did the one time I hung out with her. Are you saying I should move on or that I ashould go for sex next time we meet?
/r/askTRP26/02/17 07:36 PM

I'm serious. Most people's primary goal on here is sex, but I found a girl that I want to have sex with more than once and I'm willing to hold off if it'll show abundance mentality or whatever.
/r/askTRP26/02/17 06:46 PM

No, you need to find a way to accomplish all these things without being boring and mundane. Which means having time for hobbies and socializing. Girls won't stay interested in a guy that's all work and no play.

Basically I'm wondering if she saw me as a pussy for making out for so long and then not escalating besides making out with her
/r/askTRP14/02/17 04:52 PM

Her next action was grinding on me.. so I'm guessing she wasn't hesitant and was actually into it?

So the cold shoulder method works.. crazy how it's that easy. Semi-related question: this girl is at college right now so I won't see her again for about a month (spring break). How should I re-initiate things with her when I see her again? I'm thinking of just ignoring her and making her make the first move. Is that smart? Or am I just being lazy?
/r/askTRP14/02/17 04:37 PM

How did you overcome that last minute resistance? And she didn't say sto, I think she just wanted me to escalate but she said it in like a laughing type way so I don't think she was saying to stop.
/r/askTRP14/02/17 04:31 PM

She obviously said it for a reason though.. do you think I came off as thirsty? Or was she happy that someone wanted to make out with her for that long?

What about if its with someone who i put in no effort with like a ugly girl or escort? Will i still have increased confidence despite settling and not actually having done anything to get it?
/r/askTRP22/01/17 05:23 PM

The reason I'm so hung up on it is because I did everything that was necessary to get to that point but I didn't do the deed. I want to just get the virginity thing over with cause then I can go back to improving myself and get rid of this extreme regret I'm feeling.

All my friends who i would consider "natural alphas" had hardass fathers who became alphas themselves by having to overcome a somewhat rough childhood and, as a result, they never let their kid feel entitled. I think that type of upbringing breeds alphas, but it's rare nowadays in our politically correct society.

But you said i should tell her the truth about why i went so fast. How do I do this without being apologetic/explaining myself? I don't see how I can both tell her the truth and pretend it never happened. Isn't it one or the other?
/r/askTRP03/01/17 08:08 PM
1

Should i tell her this over text? Or wait to say it in person? I think you're dead right on the comfort test thing. I know I have to apologize and explain myself at some point. I just don't want to do it in a way that seems beta and breaks frame. It always feels more alpha to do/say it in person. And i also feel like if i wait too long it might be too late to apologize without seeming fake..

I'm glad you agree, yes I should've posted the conversation I just didn't want to seem like i was overthinking this haha. And i really dont think I came across as butthurt at any point. When she put up LMR i kind of just laughed it off and continued to make out with her. She was grinding on me and shit so i didn't feel bad or act sorry about it. Eventually she sent me the corresponding shit test over text: Her -i feel like you went rly fast Me - yup Her - why Me - (the next day) slow is boring, …

Go for what you want but still be conscious about her body language and words. Not to over analyze, but.. Her - you just look at me now Her - (5min later) ??? (begging for my attention) Me - wym i talked to u just the other day (didn't come off as defensive, I was just saying what was true) Her - u just give me weird looks now (she could tell i wasnt gonna be defensive, and is trying to make me act defensive - shit test) Me- All i did was look at u, u can but i cant? I really feel like it didn't come off as defensive. What would have been a better response to that? Just an "ok"? Either way, how should i re initiate contact? Should i just ask her to hang out again?
/r/askTRP03/01/17 07:07 PM

This is really counter intuitive because it's how i scared her off in the first place. I know woman are counter intuitive by nature. I already made my intentions clear but it came across as thirsty, which I guess is better than the beta nice guy vibe, but still.. i was a bit too upfront if there is such a thing. Her - i feel like u went rly fast Me - Yup Her - Why Me - Slow is boring, built for speed The next day i talked to her like nothing happened and she kept giving me weird looks and trying…

I feel like she is still just shit testing me. She goes back to college in a couple weeks so maybe my best bet is to just cut her off and wait for her to contact, but she's shy and I feel like I might be losing my chance if I act passive.
/r/askTRP03/01/17 06:50 PM
1

How do you balance respecting LMR with being assertive/masculine? Also i wasn't defending myself I was effectively shutting down her comment by saying i give off good vibes (not "weird" ones) because I'm a person with a lot of charisma and positive energy. So it's not like the response was out of character. And it probably came across as cocky as I intended.
/r/askTRP03/01/17 06:49 PM

I dont think so. She has consistently been texting me first and I've been passing her shit tests left and right, trust me. What would an alpha do in this scenario?
/r/askTRP03/01/17 03:35 PM
1

How can i do that now? I dont want to apologize and look like im trying to change for her because that creates the opposite of attraction.
/r/askTRP03/01/17 02:52 PM
1

So how do I communicate that i want her without her getting the vibe that i need her? I've already passed plenty of shit tests with her. The going too fast, establishing my SM, being indifferent to resistance. So it's like I know I'm in a good position to say something, but what to say..

I dont think Im coming off as needy because I havent started the text conversation once. (I'll start a conversation in person but not text). However Im starting to feel that this is playing it too safe. I have to take the initiative this time. But i feel like if i just simply ask to hang out, I'll come across as pushy/trying to bed her again. I think where I went wrong the last time we hung out is that I pushed her a bit too hard for someone she just met. But to me it felt natural to escalate wh…

My question is what should I say or do next to arrange to hang out again without coming off as needy or desperate. I feel like maybe I should just wait it out but its been a couple days since the text conversation i mentioned.

She just texted me saying sorry she fell asleep. What can i say right now to make a good impression?
/r/askTRP25/12/16 03:07 PM

So my best course of action is to not text her and wait to see her in person, right? It would make a more genuine impression. Edit: well she just texted me saying sorry she fell asleep. What can i say RIGHT NOW to make a positive impression?
/r/askTRP25/12/16 03:00 PM

Judging by what was said do you think Ill have a chance to redeem myself?
/r/askTRP25/12/16 02:51 PM

Yea, after thinking it over again maybe she just subconsciously took "fall asleep" as a command lol.

Thats all the reassurance I need. One more thing, when I avoided eye contact did she probably think I was scared or just disinterested? Or does it not matter really?
/r/askTRP25/12/16 03:26 AM
1

So I am correct in thinking it's better to wait the extra week depsite the risk that she might lose interest? Im more likely to lose her interest by going the FB route correct?
/r/askTRP25/12/16 03:12 AM

This was my train of thought. When I asked females for advice they said I should just contact her so she's not left hanging and not knowing etc. But I was cautious to take the advice bc as we know, women dont always know what they want lol. Do you think I am also taking a risk by waiting so long though? When i see her again, it will have been 2 weeks since she asked for my number.

Should i just ask to hang out or do i need to come up with a cool plan orsomething

Do i just ask her to hang out? Or should I come in with a plan?

What if i want to just leave with her then and there. I work with her (retail) so it'd be easy to set up. The only thing is she has a car and I don't

She has my # i dont have hers
/r/askTRP19/12/16 05:01 AM

No she has my number lol. So idk if she's showing interest or just playing games
/r/askTRP19/12/16 05:00 AM
1

Noted for future reference. But what about this girl? She hasn't stopped showing indications of interest so I'm not sure if I should make a move or wait for her to text/call me
/r/askTRP19/12/16 04:25 AM
1

Right she hasn't. It's only been a couple days so maybe she's just waiting. But I don't know if I should make a move in the mean time. I probably won't see her til Friday though, unless I make it happen but that might seem unnatural.
/r/askTRP19/12/16 04:23 AM
2

True, but she was like "put your number in my phone" handing me it with the add contact screen open so I was just kinda like sure in the moment you know?
/r/askTRP19/12/16 03:49 AM
2

I understand this. But the words part is where I'm lost. I know how to indicate interest but I don't know how to get her in a 1on1 situation. It seems needy to ask to "hang out". If I indicate interest with body language should I expect initiation to hang out from her?
/r/askTRP19/12/16 03:34 AM
1

No she has my number. It seems weird to ask now.
/r/askTRP19/12/16 03:11 AM

Sorry I'm not giving up that easy. You mentioned that she's playing games but you don't suggest a course of action. Probably because you're not in a position to give advice yourself.
/r/askTRP19/12/16 02:42 AM

Ok what should I do to set that up though
/r/askTRP19/12/16 02:28 AM

Only a couple times. And with long periods of time between interactions. This was the other day, she asked for my number and told me i was really chill. You could say she was asking my number as a friend.. but no, I have all the facts to know she's a giant slut and she gives me "the look". I know it makes sense that a slut would want as many guy's numbers as possible but I'm not looking to wait around for her while she calls the shots.
/r/askTRP19/12/16 02:27 AM
1

How do I do this without seeming needy? Plus she asked for my number which makes me think she wants to take some kind of initiative once she decides if I'm attractive or not. I could be completely wrong on this. What do you think her intention was in asking for my number? She was in a rush (at work) otherwise she would've probably gave me hers I think. But I'm in a stuck position right now but maybe I'm not looking at it the right way

I didn't ask for tips on self improvement, I'm asking for an interpretation of a situation so I can better understand what happened. Improvement comes after.
