Not only have we been encouraging starting your own blog Are you nuts? Or is this a policy change in like the last week? I have read numerous good essays that included a link to the author's blog at the end, then returned to the read the comments later, only to find the post gone and the writer banned.

All have been either quarantined or banned because these subs oppose feminist ideology. This is why the mods should have been encouraging regular posters to start their own blogs, which are easily found by search engines and not easily attacked by Reddit admins, instead of banning most posters who did.

Not sure why this is so heavily downvoted I've written other controversial pieces like this one before, and I think it's because most guys imagine themselves as the beta in the situation, and/or they have weak game, and/or they're inexperienced. They're the majority reading here; the minority reading here are the guys with their stuff together. Many intermediate and advanced topics get downvoted because they're not understood or are simply rejected due to inexperience. Which is fine.

Yeah I will improve in time Keep practicing. I'm considerably older than you, and while I don't make the same mistakes you do or I once did, I still struggle too at times.

Great points. I think this distinction is part of the reason open and poly (they are different in some ways but close enough to merge for RP purposes) are so contentious in RP-land. For typical guys without game, open and poly are the landmines you describe. For guys with game and who don't want an LTR (or an LTR with a particular girl), they can be useful tools for the reasons I describe above. These two conversations are just moving past each other. I think I just found my next post. Reminds m…

I wonder if this is why poly relationships are on the rise From a guy's perspective, "open" relationships are a handy contrivance to increase sexual availability and keep FWBs going over the longer term. As every guy who has ever lost chicks to the "Where is this going?" conversation knows, most chicks think they want marriage. Open or poly is a way to keep her on the rotation while forestalling her dropping out. In my view it is still better to catch and release older women who want families, b…

One of my earliest Red Pill posts is about Elon, Someone is lying: The new Elon Musk biography and the supposed 22-year-old virgin actress, and it seems that little has changed about his approach or thought process since then.

I like non-monogamous relationships and have written about them from an RP perspective, and the OP is correct. Open relationships still have standard Red Pill and dating dynamics, just with another twist. To me, open relationships allow 1) chicks to stay on the rotation much longer and 2) access to hedonistic sex parties where partner swapping is fun and common.

As for what keeps guys in game? That's going deep. Couldn't even tell start. Will read your posts. I don't know myself and those posts are tagged "rambling" for a reason. When I first heard of the game as such (back from Strauss's original book) I'd gotten laid a fair amount but never had a framework to back it up. But now I am older and whatever I once derived apart from the physical from slagging randos has mostly gone away. Yet that practice has given much of the meaning and structure of my l…

Unfollow on social media (better yet, don’t have it but that’s a whole other debate I don’t want). Fortunately, I have already written on just this topic, but the advice to unfollow an ex is excellent. I'm convinced that social media is a net loss for most guys (and most chicks, but I don't expect chicks to figure that out).

I haven't seen my son in almost 2 months and it's he'll. I don't want to hit you when you're down, but have you gotten a DNA test? If not, that should be your one number priority right now.

Don’t gamble your livelihood and potentially your actual life out of fear of being alone. I have a tag on blog, don't get married, filled with the horror stories and the abstract reasoning. Readers ask, "Why are you repeating yourself so much? We get it." I reply, "I will stop when guys stop agreeing to marry."

You'd see more of this stuff if people weren't so freaking inept in general The good stuff is out there, but it's on blogs. The larger problem is the people in this community: they upvote a lot of crap and downvote a lot of the most interesting material. The students are leading the classroom and it shows. Imagine high school as taught by sixteen-year-olds instead of instructors. That's what we have here.

I love everyone saying "Yeah but those parties are full of GROSS, FAT PIGS!" ...maybe the ones you've been to. Not all of them, I assure you Very true. They can be hit and miss and are location dependent. Another guy pointed out that TRP has a lot of broken guys and insecure keyboard jockeys on it. I think that explains a lot of the negative reaction.

You are looking for co-parenting. Most women hate the idea of coparenting because they want a lock on a man's financial resources as well. But as more women realize that the marriage dream dies by age 35, they may become open to it. Stories like "Marry Him!," by a "feminist," help. My favorite RP truths are stated by women.

The mods are not a real issue. Users are. I submit a fair amount of intermediate and advanced material. It almost never gets upvoted. Meanwhile, "OMG just go out and be yourself" and "How I got over this one girl" get hundreds of upvotes.

Jesus christ what a retard This guy is an idiot. I have paid before and it is possible to pay for play successfully. But it's only worth doing for older guys with a lot of money and good game and masculine polarity to begin with.

In texting, less is more. There is zero reason to do extensive texting and many, many reasons not to. Or to do whatever this is: I tell her "aww you fuckin hoe" laughing out loud in whatsapp voice chat (none of this is in text form) IMO Instagram is also mostly a waste of time and there is little reason to look at or follow her.

So much redundancy, yet so little new content. Because once a guy understands the basics (evolutionary biology, game (and lifting), putting himself first, AF/BB, how feminism has morphed into a socially approved effort to put women's needs above men's, don't get married, focus on your own career), there isn't a huge amount more to say. RP is not math or computational biology, which appear to be infinitely varied. Once a guy gets the basic principles, it's all application, and usually application…

the reason you are 'lying' or 'rationalising' something to yourself is the lack of self-awareness No. Read the book. Even self-aware people appear to self-deceive. Learn first, speculate later.

The OP's point is elaborated in the book The Elephant in the Brain, which every RP guy needs to read. People lie to themselves first, and that makes it more effective to lie to others. That is why you can safely ignore 95% of what women and even other men say about attraction. The authors don't address attraction and game specifically but they might as well have. Why is she actually attracted to you? She's open to dating at that moment. Plus she thinks you're higher value than her, she thinks yo…

In most cases, if you ever escape the Blue Pill and have enough experience, you will come to realize that your Mother is the Architect in the Matrix I think a lot of guys on TRP and deep in the game had problems w/ their mothers or dysfunctional mothers and project those problems or dysfunction onto everyone. In another comment I said that my mother and many of her friends actually gave me good advice about female nature, but I was often too self-involved to listen!

Depends on the mom. Tucker Max's mom was basically a raging narcissist: “And beyond that, my mother, God bless her, she tried but she’s got her own issues to work with. My mom’s mom was a drunk, like, an evil drunk. I mean, wake up, starting at 10 A.M., a fifth of bourbon a day—that kind of drunk. There’s consequences to that, and my mom suffered them. She never dealt with any of those emotional issues. She was a much better mom to me than her mom was to her, but…” and that fucked him up in some…

Rules are for rookies, starters, novices. These are guidelines Agreed. They're useful for beginners, but I would reply to some of them... Want to express love? Say 'I like you' and stop don't glorify love too much. Women are romantic but internally in their imagination not outside If I've been seeing someone for a few months, I often tell her I love her during sex, but then never bring it up again. Not sure why I do this (perhaps because the illusion that sex is meaningful can work on me?), but …

A lot of you have probably heard about the #metoo garbage going around online. You may have heard the justifiably outrageous false rape accusations against men. Those things are awful, but they represent very few women. Most women love guys, especially guys who they think are cooler than they are, and they love being seduced. When you get off the Internet and into the real world, you will see this too. So don't be discouraged when you spend too much time online. Online is not the same as the rea…

Seriously just talk to people how hard is it Depends on who you are and where you're starting from. I periodically link to Krauser's post Reveal vs Restructure because it has the best discussion of the issue I've seen. So why the divergence in opinion? I think it comes down to which side of this divide you fall on. Posts like this are a refreshing change from the hardass maxims of anger phase warriors. This is practical and reasonable I get what you're seeing and agree with it, but I suspect that 80%+ of the guys reading here have problems with being too "nice" and insufficient sexual threats. They need more edge and less comfort, so we get the "harass maxims of anger phase warriors" (a great phrase). The problem being of course that guys who are too hard, edgy, whatever are also driving away some girls. G…

The way here is more random and fortuitous than most want to believe Yes, and this is part of the reason I began putting my RP writing on a blog. I'm by no means well-known, but in the past six months I've supposedly gotten 406 readers from search engines. Not very many, but that's 406 more than I would've gotten from some other way. I've shown a couple other guys from real life this sub, but only because I know them pretty well. An intern showed me this sub the first time.

In May I wrote about the Elon biography, in "Someone is lying: The new Elon Musk biography and the supposed 22-year-old virgin actress," and yes Elon is a technical and managerial genius, but he is also, simultaneously total fool about women. That said he is wealthy and famous enough that he can likely just show up and pick someone. Emulate his innovations and technical prowess but not his sexual dynamic worldview.

Rejection is better then regret always Not necessarily. You can make your gym, school, or similar spaces uncomfortable very fast by approaching women there. I'm not saying don't approach but you're better off doing more indirect approaches instead of being "that guy."

Great post. I still think it's worth starting with Strauss and The Game. His book Rules of The Game is also good because it emphasizes baby steps. I don't think anyone should think "This is the one and only true way." Read it, take some points, apply them in field, integrate or not, and move on. Experiment with what works. The guy who does Good Looking Loser is different than Krauser / Torero and I like him because he's different. For guys starting from nothing, the key to progress is small step…

part of you feels bad for him until you realize that if he had more balls he would of had her. Or moved on. With most girls there's a relatively short period between meeting her and fucking her. If you don't do it in that period it's best to move on and go no-contact. The big exception to no-contact being if she's a super social girl who throws a lot of parties, etc., in which case she can be tapped for warm intros to other girls. I've been there.

Jordan Peterson should be required listening for all aspiring Red Pillers Listening is fine as a supplement to reading, but reading is so much more info-dense that aspiring Red Pillers should spend more time reading than listening to podcasts. Usually I don't submit podcasts, and indeed this podcast isn't good for beginner guys. If you're a beginner dealing with AA or other basics, save this for later, after you've undergone many trials and seen the boon at the center of the universe. But if you're an intermediate to advanced guy, some of the themes will likely resonate with you. I especially like the emphasis on the darkness that is part of game and life. The darkness is part of the light of success, but it's very rarely discussed on…

that's funny considering many of the top contributors here are black men Smart black guys probably already know what it's like to be stuck in a liminal zone between a lot of cultures, but never quite in any of them. Many don't fit in low-income or ghetto cultures, but at the same time they know that white liberal academic and professional culture is only superficially inclusive. E.g. What are your rules for dispensing knowledge? (RP and non. RP).... Who/When/Why. Seems there are a lot of stupid people and thus many opportunities are presented. Man, that's a good question and there are no hard and fast rules. But a few principles... 1) Never use any of the jargon. Ah, this again. Whenever I see it, I post "Reveal vs restructure" by Krauser: I was thinking recently why some men (I’ll call them Former Chumps) find the Player’s Journey to be a life-changing struggle of high drama and near collapse spread over four volumes of a Tolkien-esque memoir…. …. whereas other men (I’ll call them Trainee Chads) would summarise their journey as “learned a few openers, put myself out there, and got laid plenty. You. Are. The. Problem. Own it. Absolutely. Have an up vote. Western civ is so awesome that most people in pretty much all countries want to emulate it. The only way that some countries can try to avoid it is via massive repression. Normal people love Western Civ, love pop culture, want to have hot sex, and want to get out of whatever hell hole they were born in and to the US, Canada, Japan (tough because it accepts few immigrants) or Europe. Western civ practically defends itself.

This is actually a divide within TRP as well. Guys who have solid game and want to sleep around a lot love it. Guys who don't have solid game, who fear their SMV is lower, or who think they want a traditional family early in life (which usually means limited exposure to women or success sleeping around) often don't like sex positivity, fearing that it will only empower their competitors. They think they want to monopolize one woman and that they have the means to do so. The problem is that the s…

This is one of the more amazing game stories I've ever heard.

Don't try and "condition your sex drive" - apply it to MULTIPLE women, that way you live in abundance Scarcity is your problem, not your sex drive. Yeah man, I was going to say something similar. A man is as good as his options. Women can tell when a man has a lot of options for sex, and when he does, everything changes. If he doesn't, he's never going to get where he wants to be. Game comes first.

The best thing I've read about what the OP describes is "Reveal vs Restructure:" I was thinking recently why some men (I’ll call them Former Chumps) find the Player’s Journey to be a life-changing struggle of high drama and near collapse spread over four volumes of a Tolkien-esque memoir…. …. whereas other men (I’ll call them Trainee Chads) would summarise their journey as “learned a few openers, put myself out there, and got laid plenty. Cool”. Naturally the fChumps tend to write detailed blogp…

If you have some game and a strong frame, SA can be great. I've done it. For guys without any game, I'm sure it can be horrible.

I see articles that would belong here, but I can't submit them directly and have nothing special to add, so I don't submit them and move on with my day. There are probably a lot of people in a position similar to mine, so many people with something to contribute don't bother. Leaving the field to "tall + skinny" or whatever else people submit.

I started archiving my posts on a blog because I realized that I'd written so much and because search engines index blogs but almost never turn up Reddit posts. Plus, a lot of what I write references previous writing or ideas. TRP's auto moderator is set up to kill any links to other parts of Reddit. To reference previous writing, one has to have a link outside of Reddit. If you don't like a post or whatever, just down vote it and move on.

In my view non-monogamy, non-cohabitation, and swinging are, put together, possible and interesting. In my experiences, too, most of the guys there are as shit as they are everywhere, so guys who consistently bring new hot girls to parties and clubs have just insane experiences.

Yeah. Just say no. Or in a case as bad this, you could even ghost. If you are a man you need to learn how and when to say "no."

This has been inarguable since about 1990. Yet word hasn't gotten out. IRL I keep hearing people and friends talk about company loyalty and how bad it looks on resumes to jump companies too often. I lightly air a different viewpoint and then let it go. Only reason I am where I am today is because I leapt at every opportunity to increase salary and responsibility by 30% or more.

Nice constructive criticism Thanks, and I appreciate the point, but I also ignore comments like the GP's. He has no idea what he's talking about and his comment has zero thought; responding is just a way of feeding the trolls. There is a mod post up right now, "Make the community worth a fuck by not acting like a cunt," addressed to those kinds of comments.

Varies by woman. Most women also get a large amount of low-quality attention and not much high-quality attention. Be high quality. Also, your game shouldn't vary much by attractiveness. So the real answer is, "who gives a shit?"

As a 56 year old guy myself this post reads as authentic. I'm not so sure. I just finished writing in response to someone else: I dunno. I'm a bit younger but in a similar overall situation and this isn't very congruent with my experience. I've written about some of that experience in past posts. I'm not saying that your experience or the OP's is impossible, because it's not, but I wonder what his pipeline looks like, where he's meeting all these 20-something women, what they actually look like,…

The strong exploit the weak The truly strong generally don't. Exploiting the weak will over time tend to backfire (not in all circumstances, obviously, but in many). The truly strong tend to have a generative, world-building personality and orientation. That being said, the weak often can't be helped.

I'd never pay for a girl's plane ticket before she'd at least fucked me. But I have competed for women and lost. Every guy in the game has losses. Losses hurt and they suck. When I was very young I would rage about the losses. But pretty quickly I learned to appreciate them, because losing a girl taught me something useful about her and let me let her go so I could spend my precious time and energy on another girl. Even when you lose, you learn. Everything in life is a learning experience.

Your friend is full of shit. What he says can be true. It can also not be true. Very attractive women are also human and have their own insecurities, problems, challenges, dreams, desires, and goals. Like most women they want a man who they think to be of higher status or value than themselves, and it is true that they have trouble finding a man like that. Pre-selection and/or social proof are arguably even more important here. They may be more likely to have an affair. That I can't speak direct…

After doing some self examination, I don't think my game or mental fortitude is strong enough to hire one and enjoy it. That's all right. Even money on its own is not a pure substitute for game. If hobbyist guys tell you otherwise, run.

Exactly. Fucking hookers can be a blast. It can also be annoying and a waste of money. It has clear pros and cons compared to fucking random women or long term FWB's. Not better or worse, different. Yes, and this is what people miss. The ones who say it's a blast can be right. The ones who say it's terrible can be right. It's all about the circumstances. I added this to the blog version: In Red Pill writing, too many guys are binary thinkers who divide the world into black and white. Most of the…

This is the sort of thing I've been pointing out in posts like “Supply, Demand, and the Rise of the Man-Child:” Lessons: Be a fun-loving bad boy with lots of lovers and a good solid squat and good dancing skills over the stolid guy sitting in a cubicle somewhere. At least if you want to get laid a lot with hot women.
/r/TheRedPill24/05/17 12:09 AM

You should read his whole post, because he's pointing out how cultural / social conditions change male-female behavior and what men and women are likely to find attractive in different conditions.

Pretty much every guy who eventually gets good figures out that it's not what you say; it's really who and what you are. Game or seduction are not actually about lines or even understanding women (though those are components). It is about how to be.

I mostly agree and upvoted you, but by most conventional metrics I am "winning" at the game of life (except for child / mother support payments, which kill). When I waste time on the Internet, however, I will still look around here because it's one of the first places I found that has a fairly comprehensive and fairly accurate description of how intersex relations actually work. A lot of the guys here are overly binary thinkers and see too much black and white and too little grey. Many of them a…

Big difference: men aren't lying to women about their true nature Not true at all. Every woman's beta orbiter and male "friend" is lying. Every supplicating guy is in some sense lying. Every teacher who passes her cause she's hot is in some sense lying. All of them want to fuck her but won't go about it directly. Even the guys who dangle the prospect of a relationship in return for sex are in some sense lying (I've lied this way and you probably have too). Lots of guys lie about their nature, an…

I don't get what the point is of endlessly posting outrage porn like this, however. Like, I was going to post a story called "How the Internet Gave Mail-Order Brides the Power: Rural Filipinas have flipped the dating script: Now they’re the ones shopping for Western men," but then I realized: who cares? It's a story about hardcore loser betas. Betas are gonna beta; the rest of us don't have to.

Maybe you're experiencing plight of the lonesome bodybuilder. It's also possible that you can lift heavy but it doesn't show to women. You're better off being lean and cut than having maximum lift strength. I've seen super strong guys who probably aren't real attractive to women.
/r/TheRedPill23/03/17 01:51 AM

I wish I'd been bolded and more forward with women. Faster to get to no, in other words. Faster to simply make the move in the first place. Take the no and move on. I wish I'd never moved in with a woman. That way lies madness today. I wrote more about that story in this account or /r/denver_luv, I don't recall which, but it nearly made me crazy. The main thing I did right is that I didn't marry her and I didn't buy a place (if I had, I might never have gotten her out; as it was, I could just le…

The forum hasn't changed a lot. There are always newbs coming in I think the bigger point is that guys who learn game and succeed, leave. They find relationships they like and don't really need to read or post here anymore. Plus, even if you write the OMG BEST EVER posts on Reddit, they just... disappear, like they never were. That IMO is part of the reason the best material is rarely on Reddit; it's on blogs. I've thought about starting an independent blog of my own for precisely that reason.

an open relationship really works if you, as the male, are in control. This is underrated IMO and TRP's hostility to open relationships comes from guys who are imagining themselves in the weaker position, paying for some woman's apartment while she fucks other guys, rather than the stronger one in which the guy can fuck around as much as he wants and she will also be his wingman. Years ago I realized that I never wanted to be in a conventional relationship with a woman again and that I never wan…

Most women won't give you the time of day if they aren't into you Yes. Also, in the real world, seduction and intersex relationships are often fucking awkward. Most girls actually have shit social skills and don't know how to act around guys they like and aren't good conversationalists. If you are a guy your job is to assume the sale and keep escalating (in a reasonable way / time) until you are fucking her or she stops you. The whole process might be awkward but when your dick is in her you don…

Oh man, that's probably the most debated point in bikes these days. The biggest thing is that they're fun to ride because of all that torque. If you haven't ridden one you need to ride it to believe it. Secondarily, they need almost no maintenance and are very low carbon. The leases aren't bad and used ones coming off-lease are super cheap.

There's a motorcycle: Cheap, looks good, fun to ride, hurts like hell when you fall off. It does hurt like hell but if you ride conservatively and carefully you will likely only fall once. Motorcycles also attract daredevils. Women fucking LOVE motorcycles. I have a Zero and it's amazing. In online dating the motorcycle pic gets all the comments and questions. If you don't know how to ride I strongly suggest you learn. My favorite comment is, "Usually I don't let women ride my bike till after I'…

For me, the red pill seems to be a very divided community More importantly it should be an intellectually open community. Any group that cannot debate ideas or that enforces orthodoxy inevitably grows stale and crumbles.

Question? I'm not much of a hedonist but I always wondered if you guys were partly bisexual No, or virtually no guy is. If you want to be bi or experiment with other guys, half an hour in a gay club will do it. No need to bother with sex parties and what not.

truth is that strange is its own reward and basically every girl gets old after a while. I realized years ago that I never want to be conventionally monogamous again. I truly never want to live with a woman again because that is the worst and makes the sex worse.

Hollywood loves your inferiority complex, too, and most movies / TV shows are totally out of touch with how sex, romance, and attraction work IRL.

Basic rule of thumb: Always escalate until you can't anymore. Do not stop escalating until she says (or clearly shows) "no," or until you've had sex. Even if she says no she will respect you more for trying to fuck her than she will for you not trying to fuck her.

Career advice doesn't necessarily have to be "Red Pill" per se. The big thing in today's world is about YOU, though. No one else will look after you but you. We've had decades of time in which implicit promises between companies and employees have been voided. Whether that is good or bad, it means that you always have to look out for yourself and realize that no one else will. That doesn't mean you should be an asshole or screw people over, but it does mean that intangible like good will are shi…

I agree with your post and can relate, so it bothered me to get to the end and so wholeheartedly disagree. Advocating spending money to impress women? Is this TRP? IME women don't give a shit what car you drive if the rest goes right. The guys I've known who do the best with women often don't drive or drive shit. Ideally women don't even see my car till after I've fucked them. Bar 1 -> bar 2 (within walking distance) -> home -> repeat.

My impression is that not many 30+ yr old guys post here, or if they do they do for only a little while. Personally I would rather do things in real life most of the time, but since I moved into management I've had a lot less work and a lot more money. Funny how that works out. There are also tons and tons of good books about career out there. Two are High-Output Management and The Alliance.

Same thing w/ bitching about your job or colleagues or whatever. If your job sucks quit it and find another. If your colleagues suck find new ones. Etc. etc. It's like complaining about traffic in LA. LA to its credit is building out rail. Not totally to its credit, as LA just wasted $1.6 billion on the 405, but it is moving in the right direction (towards rail).

Pickup per se developed in the atmosphere of very large urban cities with lots of anonymity and large transient populations. In that environment, pickup can make sense because even if 99 women say no, there are unlikely to be repercussions and the one who says yes may be worth it.

I enjoyed your field report , this sub still doesn't have a lot of love for Open relationships That's because (realistically) most of the guys on this sub are imagining themselves getting the short end of the OR. I personally love them and will likely never go back to a conventional relationship, for reasons that some of the posts in my posting history describe, or under /u/denver_luv

IME this is correct, at least in the United States. I just laugh at proffered Instagrams and shit like that. Never goes anywhere, and usually I say that they have enough guys offering BS digital flattery and that I want it real or nothing. That will sometimes recover but usually if they offer a non-phone number it's not for real.

IMO if you are stupid enough to buy a $17K engagement ring, there is a strong element of "too stupid to live." Yes, it's morally wrong on the part of the woman. But I mean... christ... buying a woman a $17K engagement ring is like getting drunk at a frat party. Have some common sense, people.

She is a "yes girl" or just very horny and/or really likes you. She is unusually sexually free. (most likely IME) she is seeking attention more than sex and knows how to get it.

I talk about the truth but without any of the jargon and only with a smile on my face. E.g. women say men only care about looks and I might say, "You should talk to short guys" or I'd tell a story about shit I've heard women talk (it's incredible if you really listen). Or, to men, women want a guy who they perceive to be higher status than them. If that is not true nothing else in the relationship is likely to work. Never use jargon like "SMV." Most people understand the basic concept. Framed as…
