I've written a lot of detailed posts, fieldreports, and essays here. But I'm getting to a point where it's internalized in my subconscious. It's not a conscious dialog with myself anymore. It just flows. An emotion kicks in and I act on it without thought and it works. That's where you want to be.

Not delegating the task to your subconscious is due to two reasons: having bad previous programming, and not trusting your intuition. I got rid of the bp shit, but then you gotta trust in your biology. It's hard to let go when you're used to keeping track of all the variables and functions like a script. Why would you? Your subconacious is so much more powerful than your rationality. Reality goes way beyond your comprehension. Automate that task. Supervise with your rationality and step in when necessary. But other than that, learn to let go and let your biology do it's thing.

You will get both backlash and praise for this post because it hits the bulls-eye 50% of the time and misses the entire target the other 50%. Whether or not you need to keep things more simple is variable from person to person and can change by the day. Also, new guys do in fact do need to type up paragraphs, ponder, and discuss in order to make lasting change in their mindset.

This post is really just kind of pointless.

Also, you state you read this everyday. You're consuming a product daily and then trying to shit on the ones producing it?

This. There is too much noise on this sub. You already know what your mission is. Educate yourself. Work on social skills. Lift. Groom yourself. Approach. Learn from your mistakes. Be critical. learn from your mistakes. Rinse, repeat.

It's easy that way, but you will initially get girls in the 3-4 category. Maybe a 5, or a 7 but its completely crazy or BPD.

The point of TRP is to improve yourself, get high quality women, keep them and recognize bullshit.

It reminds me of the Good Looking Loser's guide for busy guys.......always look good, talk to many people, ask at least one attractive female if they want to meet up for drinks that night, if they do or you're already at the bar, invite them for a nightcap, and finally forget all about Game (which, of course, is Game).

You just sound frustrated. And it's normal if you are a daily reader here and read the same things over and over again. But I find your post stupid if you ask me. It's just like "guys, I'm tired... just be better, it's not hard". What kind of approach is that? If you are learning a skill and your mentor just went like: "dude WTF just be better, just do the thing, it's easy"..

Or if you suffer of a random phobia and your terapist told you: "aah man, all bullshit, just do the thing already". would you accept those answers? This is basically a forum, a place where people talk. I'll argue that most people need to "write out" all the shit that doesn't matter before appreciating the truth of what you just said and just go out there experiencing stuff.

Idk man, shit's pretty complicated. I can lift and work on my career until the cows come home but itll do nothing, if anything I get laid less. I used to do nothing all day and sell drugs, got laid a LOT. How tf am I gonna feel happy as a sexless "self improver" when any girl I talk to is already fucking some dealer pimp or sugar daddy, and bound to go back to them once I bore her to death. I can't even bring myself to try at anything anymore, only way out seems to go back to being a degenerate... It's getting pretty bad, maybe it's the influx of kids going back to school but there is a bunch of coddling over simple topics that could be explored in the real world. But that doesn't mean that it IS simple for everyone. For those who can actually do this stuff, it seems simple. It's certainly simple for me now. But 10 years ago? It was impossible.

I think we forget just how advanced we are compared to the average modern male. We are the 1%. What's simple to us is not simple to the newcomer.

We are miracle workers to the average man - some people need these over-complicated step by step instructions, until they master the mental state necessary to make it all internalized and simple.

Complicated is a relative term. Not all of us grew up with strong male role models so we are learning this stuff now. It's foreign to us and so that makes it complicated. Just getting up on your soapbox and shouting down anyone who dares ask a question and just telling them how easy it is isn't helpful.

To me lifting isn't complicated. If I wanted to be a dick I could just go around and tell anyone who asks a question about fitness how sad they are for not being able to bench 400 lbs. If I can bench 400 at 165 then why are you benching 275 at 200 lbs? Stop making it so complicated and just do it! Of course someone who doesn't have the same lifting experience I do is going to find it complicated and difficult to get to a 400 lb bench press at any size. It's a learned skill just like anything else, and if you don't know it can be pretty complicated.

And sure, there are probably some guys here who never take an action and just endless post excuses about why they can't go out and talk to women, but that doesn't mean there aren't plenty of legitimate things to ask and discuss that guys who didn't have male role models growing up simply don't know and need help learning.

At the end of the day you hit a good point, it is simple, but it's even more simple than you describe , the only thing you need is game.

Social skills,dressing well, working out , help you and should be done for you, learning about women doesn't require any of those things. We aren't sleeping with Princesses or Queens but horny perverted women

Nah say what you want but this guy has a point. A lot of the folk here are what we like to call theorycrafters and what need is actual players. Thing is though you'll probably only find players out on the field playing the game. So no matter how you look at it getting out there is just 100x more effective then wasting your time here making weird semantical lists as to what makes a Chad or an Alpha. Take basic game theory and apply it as often as you can in the real world.
